@ViCustomerCare Sad to you have the worst customer service I have ever seen. You have blocked incoming and outgoing from the mobile number even if there are balance. What a pathetic company!!!

@ViCustomerCare Its been very song since i have raised complaint related to caller tune issue but the same is not taken care. Unable to set caller tune for my vi number.

Day 7 and still counting. @ViCustomerCare closed the complaint without resolving & stating some lame & frivolous reason. They have no process or whatsoever in chasing complaints and there is disconnect between their customer care & back end team.

Amount is around INR280/-. I wasn’t aware @ViCustomerCare charges such a huge amount for MNP. I never faced such kind of problems with @airtelindia
