Shame on @ViCustomerCare, despite replacing SIM, number is still inactive and no help forthcoming. You just lost a customer who as been with you for over 15 years. No wonder @reliancejio and @airtelindia are winning

There has been massive disturbance and interrupted network through out our areas with all network providers for past 1 week. People are suffering. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Since customers are unaware to report, being quite n paying money in vain! Its so hard.

@ViCustomerCare Well I'm not using Vi anymore coz I've surrendered the sim a year back bcz of the very very bad network connectivity, dat was a VIP postpaid no. 9594411110 nd I paid around 500 bucks, I went to vi store, lodged a complaint, surrendered the sim nd sent an email to deactivate it.
