@ViCustomerCare Sad to you have the worst customer service I have ever seen. You have blocked incoming and outgoing from the mobile number even if there are balance. What a pathetic company!!!

Hey @ViCustomerCare, my sister's postpaid no. had intl roaming activated only for Sep. I’d requested deactivation after a month but now got a bill of ₹8k+ for Nov even though the no. wasn’t used! Cust care isn’t helping & blaming me instead. Pls fix this ASAP. #VI #Complaint

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @JioCare Why don't you guys give discounted recharge plans at every 3rd 6th month to loyal customers? Until the customer sends port sms you guys don't give discounted plans nor do you call to ask for any issues.
