@ViCustomerCare Sad to you have the worst customer service I have ever seen. You have blocked incoming and outgoing from the mobile number even if there are balance. What a pathetic company!!!

Vi store ranchi tharpahkna are forcing me to change my prepaid to postpaid number. But I didn't do this. They had taken 100 ₹for sim change but reduced tha charge from my main balance..i am 11years old customer of vi. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I am in UAE and not getting network in my VI sim, chatted whole day with support, did their suggested steps for more than 10 times still no good, I have international roaming pack plus no dues right now still not getting any network @TRAI kindly look into this
