    @ViCustomerCare I'm approx 20 year old user of your service but now I'm fedup due to network your network is worst now in Varanasi (UP), so I'm going to port sim in other network.

    @ViCustomerCare my problem cant be resolved yet and your co also added 500 rs fine. We paid 7550 out of 9600 as said by your executive. We want to port our no.Very bad experience with vi and we also closed our other sim from vi and port it to jio and airtel.

    Dear @DoT_India @TRAI request your action on @ViCustomerCare for NOT providing Network signal since 30 March 23 at Uran Sec 11-12 opp JNPT Township Malhar society flats on 2nd floor onward. Depriving customer of legitimate service is punishable offence and Vi deserves it.

    @ViCustomerCare Network fluctuations or no service experience after call because of no volte. That's it. Also, I'm not a user of vi but I take one sim from one of your partner in Jammu as he requested me to take for free (you may know that why he is giving free free).
