@ViCustomerCare Sad to you have the worst customer service I have ever seen. You have blocked incoming and outgoing from the mobile number even if there are balance. What a pathetic company!!!

@ViCustomerCare I am from Mumbai....and no network since morning and even my sim is not showing in any slot. Are it is Mumbai City not any village. Kuch to sharam karo...not even customer support provided. When visited service center they are telling to convert to billing sim.

@ViCustomerCare I don't know why I have to use VPN to open sites which we use on our day to day life, speed is good ping is worse. At least get us a good ping on Indian Servers. Please do something about this issue I'm not only one who is facing this issue and you guys know that.
