@ViCustomerCare Sad to you have the worst customer service I have ever seen. You have blocked incoming and outgoing from the mobile number even if there are balance. What a pathetic company!!!

hi @ViCustomerCare, I have been trying to activate my esim since yesterday but have not received the QR code, despite trying so many times. The CC Executive said you've sent the mail, which I haven't receive and you can't send that again either, this is weird... can someone help
