@ViCustomerCare Sad to you have the worst customer service I have ever seen. You have blocked incoming and outgoing from the mobile number even if there are balance. What a pathetic company!!!

@ViCustomerCare I can't celebrate any festival because of Vi's pathetic service. They told that in a month or two the service will be back to full, but its gone down the drain since then... Too bad they wont see me again ever as their customer....

Bad experience with @ViCustomerCare for data speed problem. How can I get rid of this network before 90 days port system? There are very slow services for data speed. It is providing me 3G service instead of 4G. I am leaving this network. Bye

Even though I have unlimited recharge, @ViCustomerCare sim is giving no service since 2-3 days and now Vi store guy is saying either I will have to go to at same circle to replace it (from Delhi to Pune) or get it in postpaid!!!!🙄 There is no logic in this @ViCustomerCare 😖
