  @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed with your services, using your ₹859 recharge where it was mentioned that this plan includes unlimited 5G, but after my 1.5GB limit the network stops working. I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.

  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

  @ViCustomerCare It would be far better to spend money on expanding 5G network coverage nationwide rather than wasting it on useless advertisements.

  Updated gem from @ViCustomerCare Got a call asking if I wanted a new number or keep the same number after converting to postpaid. I said I don't want to convert to postpaid. I just need a new SIM. Guy says they can't do that. It can only be postpaid. I said I have paid for a plan until July 2027. Why would I want postpaid? So he told me to call 199. Already have. No way to talk to a human. He said he'll tell somebody to call me. Nobody did. So he can't help me, unless I want to waste my plan and pay for the more expensive postpaid. So basically, a prepaid card can't be replaced/upgraded to 5G in Vi? Giving it a couple of days before approaching a consumer court.

  @ViCustomerCare My sim port has been successful and I've lost signal on my Jio but I'm not getting any signal on my Vi network 🛜 It's been a few hrs since I inserted my sim in.

  @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi
