    @ViCustomerCare I saw the DM. The info that I've already provided is good enough if you really want to work towards fixing the network issue. Make someone visit those pin codes & check the non-existing coverage in that entire area! It's damn simple. There's no need for 5 rounds of questions! 🙏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare @AnanyaBirlaX sorry to share the inhumane attitude of vi staff. In May I switched to Postpaid from Prepaid. Call centre called for PV. Inspite of providing details my number is Suspended. I’m in dire need as my kid is in hospital. Vi centre staff refuses to help

    Failed Company @ViCustomerCare. You activated my port but failed to provide the eSIM for 12+ hours. I use an eSIM-only iPhone, so your delay has left me completely disconnected. Taking a customer’s number and then denying access to the service is a serious failure. Fix this now.

    @ViCustomerCare After raising network complaint I was contacted by a srvc person and being asked to perform all network diagnostics myself and send the screenshots. I already sent network and signal diagnostics frm my side, stil they are asking for more! Pathetic cust service and totally unacceptable as these tests are supposed to be performed by the netwrok team after visiting the premises. The person is rude and doesnt listen to my problem drscription

    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare The only reason I stopped using Vi is their problem with sending SMS due to this unable to activate upi, banking apps, tried resolving issue multiple times with customer care then in work fine for a week. Then again same issue

    @ViCustomerCare I have 2 VI number, but because of bad network I am not able to call and also not able to use Internet. When I raised complaint, customer care just close the complaint without resolving. I think now it's time to change service providers

    @ViCustomerCare I have reported the issue, this level of unprofessional support & system down issues is not tolerable. Also don't expect me to renew the system this time & I don't need your sales team to call me for renewals as I am already exploring other vendors for the internet.
