    @ViCustomerCare It is appalling that you been consistently deducting charges for services that my family never subscribed on our pre-paid number. This is clear loot.

    Very bad services and customer support,not able to use internet properly, some apps and websites not opening with vi internet. Raised complaints, but auto closed without any communication and resolution. I want to port out, but we have to use 90 days with vi. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @amazonIN Vi Customer Representative Calls and tries to adjust the money in Next Billing so amazon looses a subscription which has been paid in Dec21 and as per Indian Legislation - Vi refund should be back to original Mode of Payment if services are not provided.
