@ViCustomerCare Your team is good enough to handle this issue. Simply they are telling me to wait till 15th Feb. Dnt know if they are taken this as high priority issue then why they need 5 more days to check ?

@ViCustomerCare its been 4 days since I ported to your network. I am already been bombarded with options of bill payment on your app. Guys, please hold and have patience. Your turbulence will take time to resolve and it does not mean you drive customers crazy for bill payment.

@_swanand @ViCustomerCare Oh very lucky. At South #vi we don’t have any features,no - 4G indoor coverage, volte, Vowifi, esim for prepaid/watches, MCA,Caller tunes & no updates on 5g. But charges are at par with other operators, even BSNL is cheaper than #vi network but provide very good 2G service.

@ViCustomerCare Either technical team is lying or else support team. on 7th Feb support team told me on the call that they escalate this issue but don't know why they keep on closing the SR and extending the date. Ilis this the way to handle high priority issue

@ViCustomerCare doesn't belong to be active. Its the worst ever. The Govt unnecessary bailed them out. Stock price was 195 in 2015 and 3 rupees later on. Doesn't deserve to stay in the Telecom Market. @airtelindia @reliancejio - profitable companies.

10Feb23 but till now nothing is fine VI company has not given any solution to my problem till now and it has become such a fraud company which is fooling since 10days and don't know how many people are being fooled @ViCustomerCare @ANI Recharged and still not received the benefit
