    @ViCustomerCare however harder I try to reach your prepaid customer care executive but it's in Vain I feel the bot has taken over the human interaction completely & the time is not much far that it will soon takeover the company as well. I feel AI will run it better!! #EXCELLENT

    @ViCustomerCare: Activated International Roaming for 24 hrs via customer care. Charged again the next day without consent.Told it got “auto-renewed”? I was in India. No usage. Reverse the charge & stop forced auto-renewals, scoundrel & fraud activities. #ConsumerRights #Telecom

    @ViCustomerCare My son purchased a postpaid sim on 30th March. But outgoing is still not started. Upon calling on Customer care they are saying that sim is purchased by a student. What is this ******* bullshit? Can you tell why shouldn't I file a case of fraud against you?

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare After multiple complaints same issue, the network speed is less than 20kbps. VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.
