@ViCustomerCare #Terriblecustomerservice each time. Vi promptly billed me 1st of each month and inactivates my number and customer service asks me to get new connection from scratch. Get your act together Vi ! This is not how you treat long time clients.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I am still looking for help. Pls call me . Vodafone store pryj has false promised that they will assit me while i am in Uk. Now I am in big trouble bcz of this. This is costing to mich everymonth. Deeply frutrated by this sevrvice.

@ViCustomerCare Horrible service. Can't use the phone at all due to zero connectivity in my residence. ALL complaints have fallen on deaf ears. High time that I switched to another service provider. Only false promises. Problem never got resolved.
