@ViCustomerCare I regret the day when I become Postpaid user of Vodafone Idea. From the first day I have raised complaint of poor network but nothing has improved. Customer Care says Technical Team are upgrading system in your locality and will resolved soon. 2 year gone!

@ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone SIM from past 5 years and due poor network in my office I had to use Jio SIM from past 2 years and I reacharge Vodafone SIM with 49 rupees or any plan for putting the SIM active. and now you removed "Outgoing SMS" facilities for 49/- plan.

@jagograhakjago Hi, Vodafone Idea (@VodaIdea_NEWS & @ViCustomerCare) is well aware that every consumer needs SMS service for their important activities related to Banking, UPI etc. and they have purposely blocked the SMS services below Rs.128 recharges. So we are forced to do it.
