    Finally I want to say THANK YOU @ViCustomerCare After 2years network issue resolved. Special thanks to Nakib Choudhary, DT Engineer, who personally visited the tower site and spent nearly an hour in my room, carefully checking and fixing the issues.

    Trying to contact Vi customer support, but I haven’t received any response via email since morning. I’m also unable to connect with a customer support agent. Really disappointing customer service. @ViCustomerCare, please look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare Paid for a new Vi SIM with delivery scheduled for 31st July in Bargarh, Odisha. No one showed up. Every day customer support gives the same script: "Executive will reach today." Still waiting. Please resolve this or refund my money immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare 3/ When I contacted Vi, I was told that IR could only be activated by sending an SMS from the same SIM. Think about that for a moment. No network ➜ No SMS. No SMS ➜ No IR. No IR ➜ Still no network. A perfect catch-22.

    @ViCustomerCare Standard template replies won't work! Same generic answers were used to close CPGRAMS & NCH complaints without resolving anything. Tweet won't be deleted until I get certified proof of your "100 towers every hour" claim. ASCI Complaint Active. @ascionline @TRAI
