@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare there is no Vodafone network in Pune, since morning today. I am unable to get OTPs & make any calls. What a mess during festivals. I really want to port the service to another company now .
