@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare Again the same happened another 46 rupees got deducted. Last time while resolving the issue the executive told he will blacklist vas on this number. But nothing seem to happen. Again money is getting cut without any usage.
