    @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

    @Devraj_lodhi85 @ViCustomerCare In this call, Mr. Customer is not behaving as you say. Vi employee didn't lose his cool. There is more to it than this recording. Seems customer doesn't want to pay his bills.

    @ViCustomerCare i have vi number at native for parents, when I try to call on that number it either says number busy (actually not) or out of coverage area.. what's problem? not at all able to connect to that number. nor he is able to call from that number. it's irritating..

    Hi,@ViCustomerCare From 1 month I am calling in Vi customer care due to internet issue and they are doing the same thing. Keeping the call on hold and then not replying properly. The answer is always same that our system is under update.

    @ViCustomerCare Your are not at all taking it on priority and not even putting an effort to resolve my concern. You don't bother to look into the concern. @airtelindia please help me with your plans so that I can move into Airtel as soon possible

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone mobile network is not available at all. Now it is over. I will be forced to port to Airtel or Jio, although the network of both of them is not very good but it is better than not having it at all.
