    @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

    @ViCustomerCare Krupa - do u or any1 in VI really understand my concern or is dis just a standard script? I complained on 08th April & today on 26th April m yet waitin for a callback?! D only thing dat VI is diligent n prompt about is overcharging & sending bills. Customer"care" is a farce!
