Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

MY no 9924296156 stopped due to non use 7 April 2026 .I recharged for 169 Rs Deta pack 3 month validity 8 GB on 11/4/2026.Now Vi says that it will strst only after other recharged of 199 Rs.! My 169 rs goes in drain.
