@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare Had a pretty bad experience at the VI store. Wanted to block the stolen sim and get a new issue but the executives talked rudely and even though the store was open having 2 support reps, they didn't have the authority to do it. No wonder people are switching 😑

Every time I recharge after a long time thinking that its service must have improved, but every time it gets even more pathetic. So I advise users to throw their sim cards so that VI can shut down easily. @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea #VI Even pre JIO era felt faster.
