    Dear @Idea and @VodafoneIN, I have two Idea and an Vodafone connections. Vodafone gets 4G in my home but both Idea numbers latches only on 2G. Help me migrate to Vodafone for other two as well. Service location

    @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

    @ViCustomerCare I had asked for a full refund, Vodafone customer care calls my wife in the middle of the night, activate some international settings after a week of blatant display of ignorance, and then close the complaint without confirming with either of us. @jagograhakjago
