@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

Dear @Idea and @VodafoneIN, I have two Idea and an Vodafone connections. Vodafone gets 4G in my home but both Idea numbers latches only on 2G. Help me migrate to Vodafone for other two as well. Service location

@ViCustomerCare Dear network, your service is very poor, there is a lot of lack of good networks in our area due to which I am having a lot of trouble using the net or making calls, please bother to get it correct or will have to be ported to another network.

@ViCustomerCare Hi there is serive got activated named jetsynt_thelolclub to my vi no. without my permission & money got deducted from my balance. I don't even don't know what is it.Deactivate the service ASAP & refund the amount and make sure to not repeat it next time. DMed no.

@ViCustomerCare Internet down from 4 days. Contacted customer service almost 50+ times using multiple idea numbers, all of them make excuses. Very problematic and frustrating, I'm a customer from so many years, did not expect this from Idea :(

@ViCustomerCare This problem occurs daily 2 to 3 times a day. When electricity is there then we can make call and use internet. Why this is happening with particular this tower and location ? Please identify.
