    @ViCustomerCare 3 days have gone. Any particular reason? I just switched off my phone and the network never came. Before switching, it was showing 4g.

    @ViCustomerCare 17 hrs since you said that you were keen to help. No contact from VI. I hope that's not the VI experience you were talking about as we aren't enjoying it.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Sir/Madam, I facing Network issue during uses Internet and call. Network E show when I use internet connection .I complaint servel time to customer care.But network problem still remains. Very bad experience with VI network. 7206116823

    Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare . Two of my numbers were removed from safe custody on July 16th, and I am still waiting for a single bar of signal. Just so you know, my third Vodafone number is working fine, so no network issues here. Porting takes just one day, apparently.

    @ViCustomerCare absolutely rubbish service and experience. Been a customer for 20 yrs. One of my phones got lost and got a new sim same day. For some unknown reason activation is on hold. Customer rep says they dont know why. Store says we dont know. Sheer intentional harassment

    @Rohitdas2152000 @ViCustomerCare they only want to charge the customer you have no attitude to provide good service or support to customer. Even after this they will charge you full and will not give you any support, even bsnl works better than VI
