    @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

    VI data speed was really good day 1 I bought it. Now I cannot even load my online classes. It’s that worst now. Even raised a ticket on the app and it said resolved. @ViCustomerCare i literally go from floor to floor for a good data speed. Thinking to port back to @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare my Voda no. 9971560496 few I receive bill of Rs 417 I received a call from Voda executive who offer me 100Rs per month discount for coming 6 month. My 13th tweet but no reply or action by Vodafone till now. Now I am totally disappointed with your service.
