  @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneGroup No Service. No Service. Since yesterday night. Vodafone- you have made a biggest blunder to tie-up with #IDEA and since then it has been pathetic. No connectivity. And full blackout at times.

  @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.
