Dear @Idea and @VodafoneIN, I have two Idea and an Vodafone connections. Vodafone gets 4G in my home but both Idea numbers latches only on 2G. Help me migrate to Vodafone for other two as well. Service location

@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@VodafoneIN Not able to use Internet services in my area, most pathetic services provided by vodafone and when contacted CC they simply put the phone on hold and it continues for hours at last have to end call...is this is the way to treat your customers..Doing MNP.

@VodafoneIN The biggest mistake I have ever made by porting to Vodafone at least I was not getting these issues with Airtel. Not able to call to anyone, getting calls from everyone but unable to call them back.

@ViCustomerCare Your service sucks. I've been a customer of @VodafoneIN for last 14 yrs & of @Idea last 11 yrs. Before merger I was getting network at least of one of the two. After merger I don't get any network. Only false assurances. Will have to port all three numbers.
