@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

Dear @Idea and @VodafoneIN, I have two Idea and an Vodafone connections. Vodafone gets 4G in my home but both Idea numbers latches only on 2G. Help me migrate to Vodafone for other two as well. Service location

@ViCustomerCare Understood but wowifi is enabled but still getting charged also customer have their diff statements. Why there’s no transparency??? I ensured and it shows wo WiFi still call charges getting applied . Pls have this check and share justified resolution.

@ClashofClans @ViCustomerCare I wasn't able to login the Clash of Clans game. It just keeps loading and never enters the game. I'm using VI network. But when i checked with other apps it does work and issue exists only with COC. Why is that ?

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS went to 2 Vi stores to get a new no and was informed that no I want is not being released by other store, does VI have rivals within the organization ? Unethical games between stores and customer suffers.

@ViCustomerCare If you're not there to give network signals to us, then please let us know. Our whole Village is facing network issues since last 5 days. If you can't then @airtelindia will surely help us. I was Airtel customer till 2014 then i converted to Vodafone.
