    @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

    Dear @Idea and @VodafoneIN, I have two Idea and an Vodafone connections. Vodafone gets 4G in my home but both Idea numbers latches only on 2G. Help me migrate to Vodafone for other two as well. Service location

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneGroup No Service. No Service. Since yesterday night. Vodafone- you have made a biggest blunder to tie-up with #IDEA and since then it has been pathetic. No connectivity. And full blackout at times.

    @ViCustomerCare users, Do not make any long validity packs. As #Viscam the customers, in the name of deactivating number to re ekyc. And then issuing new sim, forcing customer to postpaid The active plans will get discontinued. As they need to pay loans, simply doing such theft

    @JioCare I have 2 Jio SIMs in my family and both are facing serious internet issues at my home. The speed is very poor and the network is unstable. I also want to port my @ViCustomerCare number to Jio, but current service quality is stopping me resolve this urgently. 1|2

    @ViCustomerCare I will never excuse on what u done to me, to force for Postpaid. Without any intimation, deactivated my number. Eventhough the number was ported from other network few months back. You bloody hell. Just shut down and sell your network. Inability idiots. #ViNewScam

    @ViCustomerCare Deactivated my SIM without any valid reason or prior notice. No justification, no resolution. This is unacceptable. If not restored immediately, I will escalate this to @TRAI and take formal action. No wonder Vi is losing customers rapidly.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup again you have deducted the prepaid balance, this is harassment. This is the 5th time this month. Customer care refunded money once, but no justification no permanent solution.
