    @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneGroup No Service. No Service. Since yesterday night. Vodafone- you have made a biggest blunder to tie-up with #IDEA and since then it has been pathetic. No connectivity. And full blackout at times.

    @ViCustomerCare I have an issue in accessing mobile data. This matter was reported to your vi office here and until now there has been no progress. Need to see a swift action to sort this out on priority !!

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Don't accuse me of lying. I recharged ₹199 ONLY after checking the offer on Vi App. The problem is with YOUR system, not me. If your backend isn't showing the offer, that's Vi's issue. Customer shouldn't suffer for company's system failure. Resolve this.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , This is misleading. I was getting Unlimited 5G on the same device and at the same location earlier. After recharging with ₹719, the promised Unlimited 5G is not working.
