    @VodafoneIN I wish I could get my problem resolved. But no you can't resolve my problem because if you could check my tweet history you'll find the same issue in which I have tagged you. But the problem is still there. It means you can't provide services to customers for what we pay you.

    @VodafoneIN wrist network using 399 rs. Postpaid plan and facing call drop, network problem & low internet speed problems don't know when you able to provide us quality service now it's showing I m fool I m paying every month 470 Rs on this situation.

    @ironny100 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN is the biggest of all. I had officially submitted my request to cancel my port. Vodafone person said yes done. After 10 days you recieve a message stating that from 00:00 your vodafone sim gets activated ! Bang now you are forced to use it !

    @VodafoneIN In covid times the customer care operators are less & new condition call from prepaid or postpaid no ONLY as per ur complaint(NO PROPER IVR option to talk). Then why there is no relaxation in rental. Once the outgoing calls are barred why even if RC calls are not ON?

    @ViCustomerCare VI is running a new scam. They stop services from backend for the number and when customer visit VI center for the complaint they change SIM card and charge rs 50. They didn't even provided a invoice for that. They are looting customers.

    @ViCustomerCare customer care team have no idea about these terms n condition they tell different story, vodafone store staff tell different story that it is 120 days .I hv questions y postpaid to prepaid/ closing connection is such a pain in vodafone? It is totally frustrating

    @ViCustomerCare Full marks on the follow up. Kind gesture by a global company like Vodafone to reverse the charges. Appreciate it. Having said that it is gut wrenching to see cust Svc agents left at the mercy of the customer with 0 empowerment to assist them. The discussion just went in a loop.
