@VodafoneIN 1.Your vodafone centre and customer care(198) aren't ready to talk to each other while the customer isn't get solution from any side, even both haven't any system that customer can get solution, if we ask to VCare than they don't know what Vstore had done!!😂

@SanjayDhotreMP we need strong legislation’s against errant telecoms. They don’t have escalation matrix n ppl r forced 2 run pillar 2 post in this digital age. @VodafoneIN is prime example. I had 2 visit their store 3 times in last week n every time a new issue rises. 🙏🏻 help!

@ViCustomerCare I had port three VI number in JIO, because of poor connectivity. Now I have three others VI working Post-Paid connection. If there is no improvement in VI network, will definitely Port remains Three connection.

Even after recharge of 365 days getting daily 5 sms for recharge of mobile phone it seems made a mistake of recharge of 365 days. What is the issue with you @ViCustomerCare stop sending these sms otherwise will force to port out out of your network..
