    @VodafoneIN None of your follow-ups has given me the solution. I have raised complaint since long, and Vodafone is not at bother to solve the complaint. Being one of the most significant corporate accounts, I should reconsider and re-evaluate other options too.

    @VodafoneIN @trai very pathetic customer service, registered a complain for network issue, got a call the person said still 3G n 4G network is not installed at you location properly. What is this charging the amount for 4G and not giving the service. @TRAI should look into this

    @ankit_patel1675 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN I m also facing same issue in this area (nikol,Ahmedabad). Already logged many complaints but still we r facing issue. There is zero 4G coverage.

    @SanjayDhotreMP we need strong legislation’s against errant telecoms. They don’t have escalation matrix n ppl r forced 2 run pillar 2 post in this digital age. @VodafoneIN is prime example. I had 2 visit their store 3 times in last week n every time a new issue rises. 🙏🏻 help!
