    @ViCustomerCare You're fraud people as the call was disconnected from the agent Maya without providing the resolution @ViCustomerCare No one taking care of it and the issue is pending since long time. No one taking action against the agents which I've mentioned previously for fake commitments

    @ViCustomerCare It's been over a month since incoming text msgs stopped working & after registering 7 complaints, the only ans I get is that the issue "will be resolved in 24hrs," which never happens. What explains this pathetic service? Why can't your techies fix the problem?

    @ViCustomerCare I dont knw wat upgradation is going on now. Ur internet sucks dat I couldnt even suggest to an enemy aswell.Every another day since month, I only have complaints against u. Hopes are zero from you people bcz you dont even call back again if someone missed the call

    @ViCustomerCare I have a postpaid connection. Due to non-payment from last month, my connection got inactive. I cleared all dues today morning. But still my number is inactive and there is no any network in my mobile. I sent a mail as well, but didn't get any reply yet.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India VI is increasing the monthly price for postpaid by upto 200%. This is seriously not acceptable. Also I see news of around 40lk consumers leaving their network. Bound to happen with such fair practices. Step in soon or else will lose whatever subscribers they have
