    . @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare are worse in service they just loot people in the name of service. Now I'm going to switch my network to a different network like jio or Airtel. If you don't solve my query then I feel cheated to be a customer of your network.

    @ViCustomerCare Been an investor and loyal customer to vi today in my whole life i never regret anything but having a vi card i recharged my phone with 99 rs but i cant even send one sms to bank to activate my account they are telling to recharge my phone again with 129 rs 😭 that's 230 rs

    @ViCustomerCare My bill generates on 5th, and my data still hasn’t been renewed. I called the customer care 10-15 times yesterday but no help.

    @ViCustomerCare Nadim What i have shared is not an issue. Its your regular service. Its been like this for 2.5 months now. It only works fine intermittently Actually i think i should start reporting issue when your network works fine.

    Being a postpaid VI customer, mobile net is not working since last saturday. Even after repeated complains all I get is, a fake assurance from customer care, but no real solution by the network team. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @Vodacom
