    @VodafoneIN Youbroadband customer care numbers are just IVR.. Automated complaints are registered and resolved.. Again next day connection becomes pathetic. No engineers visit or call, area manager doesn't pick up the call either.

    @VodafoneIN Why are you compulsorily upgrading the customers from 299 plan to 399 plan? You can improve your network signal to get more customers & more revenue rather than fleecing the existing ones to stay afloat. @TRAI @DoT_India check this errand.

    @ThePulpDoc @ViCustomerCare @Airtel The minimum plan that allows for sms is now 149. Thats the issue. Previously one could do a 10 rs recharge to send a sms but now they BLOCK SMS unless using talktime unless you have a big plan already.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi india, Recently i changed my mobile, and i put my Vodafone sim in Slot 2. After that i am receiving a message from VD-ViCARE saying to insert Vi sim in slot 1. i got morethan 2 thousand messages from VD-ViCARE. Also i reached Vi customer support they are
