    @ViCustomerCare since couple of weeks facing LTE network problem in my 4G phone. With Post paid plan compelled to pay regularly despite of resolutions of error after registering complain thrice.🙏

    Very bad experience with your Services, Regards my complaint 4 times I call your Helpline no and I asked Supervisor, but your Service Advisor disconnect my call all time without any solution. I have all call recordings also . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hello I did MNP from Airtel to VI. I just swapped the sim. It is showing VI network but when I call someone it is asking for some pin to activate. How to do that.? I am in Urgency.

    @ViCustomerCare why WiFi Calling not working with my phone? My other sim is showing VoWiFi but Vi sim shows VoLTE. Done all troubleshooting including restarting, reset phone settings, reset APN, Checked Wifi Calling setting is on.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 now vi 4g speed is improving, due to low congestion...still customer care need further improvement...policy of refund also need to be taken care. If any customer delay the payment after due date late fees imposed. But for vi no panalty for delay.

    . @ViCustomerCare today I did a prepaid recharge of INR 399 where I'm supposed to get 1.5gb + 1.5gb = 3gb data/day for 56 days but after using just 1.5 gb , there's no data left for me to use. Never expected this from you. Please help, I want my extra 1.5 gb n it's urgent.

    @ViCustomerCare Can you please DM my Connection ID, as I need that to be added in consumer court complain filing. Please send as early as possible. Also, stop false promises, closing complaints w/o solving issues, gives misleading dates n delaying for many weeks after it. I'll sue VI for sure.
