@ViCustomerCare your International roaming service is pathetic. Although I activated the daily 500/- package, I am getting access to only Edge network in North Carolina, US. On the other hand, @airtelindia's roaming partners are giving me 4G. No doubt you are losing customers.

It mostly stays on 2G & that too isn't capable of proper voice calling! You guys only call regarding offers not for the resolutions! I'll be porting out soon! #porttojio
