    @VodafoneIN Very pathetic service from #vodafone. Around 60days not getting signal in my house. No proper support from #Vodafone customer care. And no improvement in service.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst service ever by any company. Your voice calls are not good. Always cracking voice whenever I call someone, always cracking. Internet is also bad. Net not working even If I have 3gb of net per day. The worst worst worst sim card ever. No words to say.

    @ViCustomerCare You need to somebody to listen, empathize and sympathize to the reason for which the customer wants to leave. But it was like me talking to a robot not at all interested in what I was saying.

    @ViCustomerCare just got call from this no. +91 9763100136 Putila Podar i was asking her my query and she wasn’t able to explain me so uski tune bahut rude hogi and she was like “ohh god“ so is this the way to talk? may be i’m not aware of the process but you can explain right?

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS From past 4 days my internet isn't working. So I called Vi customer care then they asked me to wait they are checking information and then they hung up the phone 😑.This happened twice today. Really disappointed by bad customer service of vi.

    @ViCustomerCare And u knw why I am wasting so much of my time with you guys Bcuz honestly speaking I dun feel like leaving vodafone which has been the only service provider I choosen in the last 17 years since I first got a sim and 10 yrs with this no itself. It's Bcuz of the attachment.
