    Hi @DoT_India I made recharge for 1799 on Mar 1 2022 1 yr subs. After 2 months my Vodafone balance showing -550. When I asked customer care they are saying me to recharge without any reason. Another team saying working on it for more than a month. Please help. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare #pathetic #customercare been made to run pillars & post just for a sim activation. Customer care over call asked to go to store. Went to store, gave all docs, still no action. Called customer care again, they mentioned some tech issues & need to go store again?

    @ViCustomerCare @gosalajagadeesh Vodafone (VI) does business only to rob money from people. I have disabled intl data roaming for 2 years and they have charged me Rs. 12000 for intl data roaming. **** company! Airtel and Jio are way better than you robbers
