Vi has ONLY 1 DAY GRACE period for PREPAID NUMBERS. Outgoing & sms are disconnected on service validity expiry date, incoming is allowed only for 1 day. @ViCustomerCare AI Overview is INCORRECT. "Vi prepaid numbers have a 15-day grace period after the service validity expires"

@ViCustomerCare ...the incoming service validity will expire after 1 DAY of outgoing services. In regard to SMS notifications and additional information, we have already provided the details also asked some information in the above response and ask that you refer to it - Supriya
