    @ViCustomerCare The case is registered again when didn't get proper solution on my first request. The initial date for the resolution was 18th March but nothing happened yet.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, my area has 4G network issue from last 2-3 days. Maximum time connected to 3G only. After network searching and select 4G it changes to 3G after 3-5 mins. Please resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare Getting very poor sound and data quality. Even though in an open area, while talking voice cracks. Download speed doesn't go beyond kbps.
