    @VodafoneIN Very pathetic service from #vodafone. Around 60days not getting signal in my house. No proper support from #Vodafone customer care. And no improvement in service.

    The sole reason for me to leave @ViCustomerCare is the incoming calls they bars the moment your recharge validity gets over. @JioCare is much better than that. VI guys needs to be customer centric but they are acting opposite. I can’t believe I gets 2G in many areas in Delhi NCR

    @ViCustomerCare After discussion with one of the customer care agents it was confirmed that the extra amount added in my bill Rs.248 will not be waived off. I am very disappointed that I have been using your network for the past ten plus years.

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely fed up with @ViCustomerCare! At 7 PM today, I couldn't make a UPI payment because Vi's network was down, total inconvenience! Tried calling customer care at 198, waited forever, and still no connection. This is unacceptable!Vi step up your game or keep losing customers

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry but you can’t. You cannot change your recharge plans or policies or network quality on immediate basis. So better not to waste your or my time! It was a feedback for the team to improvise.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi @ViCustomerCare - I'm getting calls on the alternate number (with my parents) for the outstanding bill, which is due to this issue of my number getting activated from safe custody without my consent. I'm sorry to say none had reached out to me directly on this yet.

    @ViCustomerCare done kyc thrice to convert a SIM card from postpaid to prepaid since 2nd of this month . Still KYC getting rejected . Is this how you treat a customer who has been associated for 25+ years … regretting to be associated .
