@VodafoneIN Very pathetic service from #vodafone. Around 60days not getting signal in my house. No proper support from #Vodafone customer care. And no improvement in service.

I'm Vodafone user. I have problem in receiving Internet since last 10/15 days. I have given my complaint several times. But there is no result. My problem is as it is. Will @ViCustomerCare solve my problem or I port my number to another operator? I have DM my mobile no. to you.

@ViCustomerCare on what basis have you closed my services without any issues without informing me! During this lockdown I can’t even access make any payments or do any call. Worst service ever! I will port my number now! And also inform near ones to not go for Vodafone ever!

Hey @ViCustomerCare I've tried to recharge my #Vi number since morning, but every time I received only a failure message that, " Amount got deducted but your recharge was unsuccessful " . I tried it approximately 6 times ; i was thinking it was just an network issue with my bank

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare have you any personal issue with me??? Sometime you blocked my outgoing calls for 6-7 hour (when I'd a valid unlimited pack), sometimes blocked my network 📡 . Now this is the beyond expectation .

@ViCustomerCare My VI sim is not showing network since last 3 days. I tried to fix it but didn’t work. I have even reached out to you via online complaint but didn’t receive any response. Request you to please help me ASAP, it is causing me into many problems.
