    @ViCustomerCare Hi my sister lost her sim card,we have tried to take the duplicate sim,but the person who got the sim he haa send the port out request from that number.Due to which duplicate sim request has been rejected.requesting support to reject the port request and get sim

    @ViCustomerCare guys have courtesy to resolve any issue raised. I have been complaining of no volte in my post paid and u guys are so cool. Looks like u are not even concerned of loosing an entire cx base. Problems do arise, a cx centric company is one which resolves it.

    @ViCustomerCare The local vi store and the customer care people are unfortunately unhelpful and not giving any resolution since so Many days . Let me know who can help to resolve this . The mobile num which needs resolution is 9587692280 Thanks Jayant
