  @ViCustomerCare Just bought your prepaid connection and god, it is very bad. I get 4G but 80% of the time there is no internet, can't even send a single message. Please fix your connection around my area or else I'll be forced to discontinue this connection.

  @ViCustomerCare the most pathetic services, even after being a loyal customer from more than a decade. Frequent call drops & call diverts, cross-calls, invalid phone number messages, zero data even if data bars are full, and poor network everywhere...what more to face ?
