    @VodafoneIN hello vodafone team, i am facing issue with Vodafone network in our area since 14 days there is no network in our location. I visited recharge shop asked them they replied that "bhaiya yaha vodafone ka koi maa baap nai hai network jati haito aati late se hai.😔

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, yesterday I tried to recharge my number using the VI app. The payment got deducted but the recharge plan is not activated. I can't see it in the history either. Kindly help on this.

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    @ViCustomerCare What's the update on this?? Customer service is absolutely pethatic. Neelam advisor, I would love top officials listen the call center quality of work. Poor, 3rd class. Let know otherwise I will port all my numbers.
