@VodafoneIN hello vodafone team, i am facing issue with Vodafone network in our area since 14 days there is no network in our location. I visited recharge shop asked them they replied that "bhaiya yaha vodafone ka koi maa baap nai hai network jati haito aati late se hai.😔

@ViCustomerCare Kudos to VI team on increasing the recharge pack prices by around 40%, looks as if you'll were not happy even after removing the outgoing sms from most of your recharge plans. Extremely customer friendly policies, glad to be a part of VI since 2009 till yesterday.

@ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.
