@ViCustomerCare @obbie__20 I empathize with you. Looks like a strategy to reduce the account balance to zero and force customers to recharge. Further, I'm unable to reach ANY customer executive through 198 or Vi chat.

@ViCustomerCare as soon I bought the postpaid SIM I am facing network connectivity issues since July no one looking upon it when I was taking postpaid connection they asked me that I need to pay Rs.740 every month but as of now they are generating bill approx Rs.1000 every month

@ViCustomerCare @amit2164 I am in my home the network is at 100% strength with 4G on ans the webpages or my responses to the tweet also doesnt pass through. i havw to use homw wifi to do so. Is it not really pathetic ?

@ViCustomerCare One of the worst services ever , Not a single call connecting from our office area. All the colleagues are facing the various issues. We have initiated actions of Port from VI to other service provider for our corporate sim, This is affecting our business communication largely.
