    @ViCustomerCare secondly improve your customer care network itself. Cc calling to convince outgoing client to stay when their voice itself is breaking ans best their calls drop. What can you expect from your customer then!!

    @ViCustomerCare there dispute over the high generated mobile bill , when my define limit is 4000 then didn't VI stop my service when it's crossed 4000 Limit ??? I has opted 299 plan how can pay bill of 18500 hundred in the unemployment period of lockdown ??

    @ViCustomerCare any reasons why you do not accept card payment for a new SIM card? Isn’t it all about choices? Also, why do you not issue a receipt when someone buys a new SIM card? I asked for it and was refused.

    @ViCustomerCare VI no. - 7317078189, alternate no.- 8860385275 Network is good in phone, but while connecting to laptop via hotspot, it’s not working as expected. I cannot use teams, outlook properly. I think upload speed is not well. But your team needs to check, how to rectify this.
