@ViCustomerCare internet doesn't work. It does not work in the morning not in afternoon not in evening not in night what's the use of additional data if I'm not been able to use that on weekends. even to tweet this I've to use another sim.

@ViCustomerCare I went to their VimanNagar store at 18:30 and it was closed when the official timings are till 19:00. The customer care agents are not helpful at all since they do not have any information and suggested that I look for another vi store. 2/3

@ViCustomerCare Network Complaint UPE-V01074064224. Above issue has been closed by you without resolving. Problem persists & there is NO IMPROVEMENT whatsoever. This is totally UNPROFESSIONAL approach shown by U & Ur Team. R U incompetent or there is lack of Intent ? Can U Help.
