    @ViCustomerCare i have applied for a sim , i am trying to port my existing sim to vi i have completed the process in online but the offline executives are saying they will not spend time on online orders and is not processing and saying they will cancel the request from their end

    @ViCustomerCare whenever someone calling me, my 5g network will switch to 2g, why?? its 2026, atleast call quality should be good if you cannot compete Jio or airtel, i have put my number to your DM message. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare HELP! No 844600xxxx blocked 12 days for Rs.18 Airtel due. Paid on 11 Aug, receipt uploaded. You said 96 hrs. It's 264+ hrs. Now asking to re-upload while app shows "Already Uploaded". Parents use this no. Restore NOW! 880630xxxx.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve shared my details with you twice via DM, but still haven’t received any response. Are you guys seriously fooling customers? This is extremely frustrating . If this can’t be resolved, please help me switch my SIM back to my previous operator @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks. I’ll DM my Vi & alternate number. But this is a genuine village-wide need, not a personal request. 📍Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 has no proper tower; homes, streets & rooms suffer weak signal. Please conduct an on-ground survey and assess tower feasibility.
