Before visiting I was assured by CC that the rectification can be done only at store, but that person was just interested in selling postpaid, are customers idiot? Vi need to take some action as they are client facing and can destroy the image of company for ever..@VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare I am not able send porting sms from my Vodafone number 8382846116 since 3 months after so much recharge and talking to customer again and again they are not solving my issue this very shameful of them. Please look in this and resolve my problem

@ViCustomerCare Want to say you instead of spending on advertising improve your network.Example Channagiri-577213 a taluk headquarters in Davanagere (D) you people have 2G that too very low signal strength. More than that on 3/6/2021evening total network off. Shame on you people

@ViCustomerCare Why DM ? Are you customizing network tower? Nobody replied, I already DM yesterday @airtelindia @reliancejio you have more opportunities at New Maninagar, Ahmedabad Gujarat, as VI does not shows interest to improve its network and tower.
