    @Prasantprince @ViCustomerCare Don’t trust #vi customer care. Just pay your entire bills and port out on same day to other network. #vi will call and give you lot of false promises. They don’t have good 4G indoor coverage, volte,Vowifi, free missed call alerts or tunes. They don’t have any updates on 5G.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service ever. wont even deactivate number also the executive is lying to the core. the senior would go on break and then would go into meetings without attending the call which is waiting for 30 mins. #worstcellularnetwork

    The biggest mistake of my life is that I ported my airtel SIM to VI, I thought airtel is bad but VI proved me wrong, VI is the worst network I've ever used. @airtelindia #sorry_airtel @ViCustomerCare
