    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I have raised multiple complaints on not getting SMS issue using Twitter, call customer care and Vi apps in last 10 days but still no resolution. Looks like i need to move to other operator After being customer of Idea for 18 years.

    MNP is available but there is no scope for Ownership Change!! Is this a loophole in the MNP? Why customer will bear loss if the no. was ported from Idea to Voda Why a legal heir can't take ownership of the no.? @ViCustomerCare has no answers I hope @TRAI will help in this case

    @ViCustomerCare my friend is in United States with his family and he had a vodafone sim card that he lost while shifting there. We now need the sim card for OTP purposes. Could you please help us in getting a new sim card for his number.
