    @ViCustomerCare The above mentioned number is from Vi network and is used to spam people. 2.7 million calls is 60 days. Full day getting spam call from the number

    @ViCustomerCare hi Rahul, wn Kumar promised for callback tn why it didn't happen as he was supposed to callback on 2nd Dec? Also I request to hv telephone recording check in this respect to make things straight forward. Further, wn no adequate coverage network is at my location,

    @ViCustomerCare I visited for a sim card issue But i shocked and very disappointed when MS. Shivani started to give me excuses that your prepaid sim card needed to convert in post paid plan then it get activated. please confirm me in which VI Policy it have. #vodafoneidea #Agra @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 5 month facing network issue with multiple complaint raised but no solution. Every month bill paid and once denied for bill payment without solution Sim had been suspended & bills continues to generate. VI number: 8881145045 Alt Number: 8878045045

    @ViCustomerCare Kindly fix the cross connection of calls. I am facing this issue from 1 year. Today I called my friend and it got connected to unknown person I was able to listen conversation of unknown people. I was not audible to them but I heard them .
