    @ViCustomerCare I had called your customer care and registered a complaint on 22nd January regarding data issues. They told me the problem would be sorted out by 27th Jan.. but even now in February, my internet is still not working... Why this problem is still pending?

    @ViCustomerCare Paid ₹590 for a Vi fancy number, converted to eSIM, confirmed on call and now NO SERVICE for days. I cannot use it personally for banking. Billing date 11 Feb is coming for a SIM that never worked. Ref: 4-183128720007 Unacceptable service. Refund or resolve NOW.

    @ViCustomerCare @V_Ramrakhyani It seems the #vi network team failed in mastering, indoor coverage technology. It's all over the India issue, where #vi failed to address. They fix the timeline for recharge but not for their service update.. still no word on 5G phases of release.
