    @ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert My number 9820109*** has been activated on someone else's name. Upon calling Vi customer care they are just asking to wait. Not sure how much time it takes to rectify their mistake. Store PPL asks to put in social media and still no response.@TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare Furthermore, the phone number (155223) you provided to deactivate the OTT services is not working. Since it was activated from your end, please deactivate it yourselves. You have made life very complicated for two elderly people.

    @ViCustomerCare @khan_arbaa88923 Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    @TelecomTalk Oh well, according to the report in this post, Vodafone's network strength is not as good as it should be in my location, with weak coverage and slow speed. So let's focus on improving coverage here too(ROB circle rural area).@ViCustomerCare

    I am a VI customer since 2013. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI the recharge plans need to be improved. If I recharge at 11 am on 18 April for 30 days, why does the plan expire at 12 midnight on 17 May? Should it not expire at 11 am 18 May? We pay for full 30/28 days.
