    Vi network completely DEAD in Moti Rafudad, Jamnagar, Gujarat (361170)! Power cut started at 7 AM, tower shut down by 10:15 AM. Just 3 hrs of backup? Power returns at 4 PM. Entire village is suffering. Fix this terrible backup ASAP! @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I am paying for a 2GB daily data plan, but I am unable to use even 10MB a day because the network is practically non-existent. My phone has become useless—people cannot reach me, and when a call somehow connects, the voice breaks constantly, making communication impossible.

    @ViCustomerCare When i will get my solution? Its really very harassing. Its my money and i m begging for my money. What kind of depressing situation vi company has put me...its really a horrible. Its a disaster actually. A multi-national company is not working for its customer interest.

    Had to port out from @ViCustomerCare due to continuous network and internet issues despite multiple complaints over a long time. Now ₹266 final outstanding is showing. Considering the unresolved service issues from Vi’s side, request you to review and waive the amount appropriat

    I am getting very poor service from VI Company on your network and I have to roam on your network from Mumbai to Virar. Is this bad? You are giving very poor service to the customers. This needs to change. Customers need a better service.@ViCustomerCare
