    @ViCustomerCare I have requested to Port my sim on 9th July From Airtel to VI Yesterday night my Airtel sim started showing no network so, I inserted new VI sim, but I am unable to call anyone or cannot do anything. It showing everywhere that this service is not available. Help!

    @ViCustomerCare In my area internet speed is very slow from last few months I call to customer care they told me that "your problem will solve with in 24 hours " But they are saying that from few months buty problem hasn't solve please take a serious action regarding this.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst network ever seen in my life, So much of fluctuations in the network it keeps on changing from 4g- 2g while traveling, Which in result drains a lot of battery of the phone. So many call drops per day, and your network don't even provide miss call aletrs free like jio

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. Sorry, I've either been busy or don't get network on my Vodafone SIM. You can call be today. But then it depends if I'm in an area where I get your network or not (which has not been the case this whole year of using your sim again). Have a nice day.

    @Vodacom @VodafoneIN VI care you are cheating and sharing wrong information from last 3 years.. You say work in progress since 3 years but you don't know what kind of work going on. You don't have info when work will complete.. Do you need 10 years to resolve an small service?????? Besarm ho tum VI
