  @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare i have recharged my mobile number a day ago through vi appsl... even after chatting with @ViCustomerCare executive , still balance is shown as low... its pathetic that no one is resolving simple problem even aftet 24 hours... no sms/communication

  @ViCustomerCare Its more than 24 hr since I done the recharge which is still Pending... Such bad service is not acceptable..highly unsatisfied
