    @ViCustomerCare After seeing this don't give the pre-recorded answer that the customer has opted for the callertune service. And as a goodwill gesture,we are returning the balance. Bcz if that's so, your company won't have deducted the balance.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @VodaIdea_NEWS At last my issue resolved by Ms Arya ur front line staff. She is truly an asset to ur Contact Centre. After listening to my issue she sorted in just few mins which was pending for hrs. She has very good tech info about mobile phone. SR# KEL-V00444960526

    @TRAI Whats the procedure to send a official complaint to TRAI AS @ViCustomerCare is forcing to pay full bill and not solving any complaints. Not allowing to generate porting code inspite of full bills paid
