    .@ViCustomerCare my woes with you guys is like a saga. Ported out from Vodafone on Oct 26 and I am still awaiting the refund of my excess bill amount over 2k. Your executive said it would take 7 days, which are over and still no refund.. I want my money back! #terrible #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare what is the point of 4g activating when I most of the time gives me 3g or 2g during calls. Please fix this issue asap or I am switching my network

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, my complaint Customer Feedback related for 7804020457 with reference number C004-139273325555 is resolved. But I didn’t received any resolution. I want my prepaid sim which was changed to postpaid mistakenly by VI store person.

    @ViCustomerCare I am sharing complaint number in image attached. I am literally being harassed to pay for service for which i was charged without asking. Plz look into the matter or else 5 number are getting port to @JioCare.
