    @ViCustomerCare India is entring in 5G phase and Vi is loosing even its 4G ntwrk speed. How disgsting. The 4G ntwrk is shining on the top of the mobile but the speed is less than 2G. How superbly they make fool of us. I recmend all not to have Vi. Worst ever.

    @ViCustomerCare More than 24 hour and yet to get sim exchange. I am paying you data charges for more than one year but not getting internet. After visiting your store still not getting any solution. Just getting an SMS that could not connect call will retry after 24 hours. It is rest irritating

    @ViCustomerCare vi provided very poor third class customer service.i am facing no service issue but vi not extended my unlimited plan service validity.please request you to port out from vi to jio
