    @ViCustomerCare @geekyranjit I wonder if it would be worthwhile to create a video on this matter. Sadly, consumers don't have an option to choose b/w which network is good or bad rather the choice depends on which operator is the least worst. I am happy to participate in any legal preceedings.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I just got a msg that this issue has been resolved so tried registering my email again but the exact same issue happened again, not sure on what basis your team marked the issue as resolved without any verification, this is pretty pathetic customer service

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Team am.already tweet 6 Jan still no resolution. I was already paid each and everything but daily received call and message from Vodafone side for bill submit. But I was already paid before 2 months. Please take serious and resolve on priority

    @ViCustomerCare When I try to call the number in question, 99% of the time I get "out of coverage" recording.. which is not true. There is some problem somewhere. Fix it. Sending me useless questionnaires isn't going to help
