    @ViCustomerCare The worst network provider in india. I recently ported to vi which is just waste of money. Multiple tickets raised, visited vi office for 1 month but unfortunately zero results. Terrible service by vi

    @ViCustomerCare How USELESS ARE YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE 3 NUMBERS. THERE IS ONE NUMBER SUSPENDED WHICH IS THE ONE THAT THE COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED ON.     @ViCustomerCare "We have checked and found that the charges were genuine. However, as a one-time gesture, we can offer you a waiver of Rs.500/- (including 18% GST).” I repeatedly get this response from @ViCustomerCare but no explanation to my query … is this customer service?

    @ViCustomerCare I am from Chechar, Patna (Bihar). There is no 5G network in my area, while Jio and Airtel are already providing 5G services. I have a 5G phone but cannot use it due to no 5G coverage. Please install a 5G tower or improve network as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi store did not provide the actual SIM card for my second connection; instead, they gave me a different one. Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.

    This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve been using my mobile number since 2019. It was originally @reliancejio, then I ported to @airtelindia, and later to @ViCustomerCare. Recently, my number got deactivated due to re-verification issues. Here’s what happened 👇
