  @ViCustomerCare Yes I know Sonali mam someone will contact us, however I also know the outcome (already mentioned in my tweet). We even changed our sims in the month of September, the network got even worse. I hope someday I will tweet while using VI internet and not Wifi.

  Pathetic services of @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to port my number after paying all the dues, yet they are cancelling my port out request in their system. If you can't provide service to your customer, pack you bags and leave the country.

  @ViCustomerCare Yeah sure - you will send a private message and ask for phone numbers facing issues and then get vanished. Such simple jobs @ViCustomerCare has for its employees. Let the customer bear the pain and struggle to speak on phone and let them suffer losses coz of silly network issues.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare , since 17th Nov I am in Egypt. I am not getting any network. I tried everything . I have taken the 4499 pack . Made several calls to customer care. So far the issue is unresolved. Kindly help.
