@ViCustomerCare Well! The agent informed me that the kyc is not done on the number and I need to get it into postpaid to process the request asap else it will take indefinite time. I spoke to customer care rep who informed that they have some targets that's why they lied, I have the recording.

@ViCustomerCare every day you send me number of nonsensical offers messages ,but can't send 1 message reminding of Pack expiry date and your stupid app doesn't even mention last day of the Pack. You people are best in terms of mediocre services.
