@ViCustomerCare charged multiple times on new activated Pre paid SIM. But still not reflecting in balance and number still out of service. Why such simple stuff is getting stuck ..that too when I'm trying to pay for. VI doesn't need pre-paid customer?

@ViCustomerCare absolutely unable to hear anyone who calls me or who I call through your network, on the other hand @JioCare works just fine. Bill bhara hai Vaise... Aur paise chahiye kya? Or should I only use WhatsApp for calls going forward? #badnetwork #vimumbai #noservice

@ViCustomerCare Being the Idea customer for 8 years, the SIM is not working since last 3 days. When visited the mini store of Vi; although providing valid original documents, the documents were rejected again and again to issue new SIM against the same number.
