    @JacquieTellis @ViCustomerCare Please let us know what @ViCustomerCare ‘s solution is. Every day they call & pretend it’s a service call to bypass spam regs just to upsell a more expensive plan. Every day. The same plan. Despite saying no every time. I’ve had to block 23 of their numbers

    @ViCustomerCare Does VodafoneIdea charge 484rs to migrate from postpaid to prepaid opting the same mobile number? The customer executive told me I would get 1.5gb data/unlimited calls for 28days. And said the processing fee is included in that 484rs. Is this true?

    @ViCustomerCare Very amazing, hw to contact yr DM w/o any contact no. Even yr 079 66714000 nobody picking. India's big conglo doesn't have proper customer care no on app to touch with u. Very amazing. Tht is reason poor service, it loosing clients by yr un calibrated staffs

    @ViCustomerCare, concern is regarding my number 8691002014, I have just as spoken to customer care who disconnected the call without giving me proper resolution. You want me to recharge for 120rs for a single message as I am unable to send outgoing messages . How disappointing.

    So @ViCustomerCare called me to inform that my #DND complaint has been closed because they could not find matching entry in CDR for the date. I am on full DND and VI have call record at their end, but probably for not same date. cc: @TRAI
