  @ViCustomerCare i ported my family connections from Airtel and Jio to Vodafone postpaid. Number is ported but there is no network showing in both connecting after 12 hours yet. What is going on. Need resolution.

  @ViCustomerCare Also please change the script for the customer care persons Many people don't use chrome now so there is no need and no benifits of clearing cache of chrome or resetting the APN Noone change APN and that's not a solution Just saying it many times impolitely doesn't change it

  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
