    @ViCustomerCare : On 02-09-2021, I lodged complaint number DEL-V00604939991. Yesterday, recd a SMS-SIM KYC pending from Mobile-8967702389 and today a call from Mobile -9583334523 which seems fraudusters as asked me to remit Rs 10/- Please check both numbers are from yours.

    @ViCustomerCare @TraiIndia Please make the recharged pack converted to Rs. 379 - 84 D pack. The Poor & Inactive response at the Complaints is shocking, like We / Customers are treated like #Animals! Recover & Restore Confidence! E&OE not only happen by your side alone, my side as well! So, I want a change!

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer service person called and spoke very ill. Your showroom person not to pay the bill as there is no usage. And one side you are calling and speaking bad. I need a solution here.
