    @ViCustomerCare Although network is really good, especially indoor connectivity, there seems to be issues with the backhaul or the cell site needs proper optimization. Please ask your engineering team to fix this.

    @ViCustomerCare I have submitted the documents yesterday whatever is being asked. I was being told that within 24 hours you will be able to make calls. But still no sign of network. Can you please confirm ?

    @ViCustomerCare Your reply in DM is an automated reply. It's the same reply since more than a month! I asked you for a date of resolution. Why can't you provide that? Why does it take you over a month to solve such a small issue?
