    @ViCustomerCare please help my sister, who's unable to access her 4g network during day time on her Delhi prepaid number despite having active network pack and signal is fine for calling, and data works only in night time (so no device or configuration issues). Detailw on DM now.

    @ViCustomerCare dear team, i am writing this behalf on my wife. Her no is 9891755999. Sim was faulty and i visited east of kailash center. Md Saif and Manish asked me to pay Rs 600. When my bill was Rs 471 to get the ownership change. May I know what kind of service is this?

    Encounter with horrible service of @ViCustomerCare. more than 20days when we raise complaints about Network, not a single network bar not even 2G in our area. But these all IDEA fellow not serious about service Stop🛑 fooling people on GIGAnet you don’t have 2G network yet.😡😠

    @ViCustomerCare Can you please look into my bill which shows the wrong unbilled amount? Moreover, the customer care said that he had lodged the complaint but it shows that it was resloved the same say whereas it was not. Fraud from your customer care
