    @ViCustomerCare I got sms saying my complaint resolve ? How I don't know as line was disconnected in btwn and immediately I got msg it resolved. Wow it means ppl shld not work they shld always behind you. As everytime instead of resolution you ppl are expecting fresh complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare today no internet in kerala, but signal showing 4g but unable to access internet. Very poor service, vi customer care no. also not working

    @ViCustomerCare Tried calling all ur custmrcare nmbrs and no one is responding..so what the use of these nmbrs..?? whats the actual issue happen with vi netwrk. its been frm mng the internet is not working..
