VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.

Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.
