    @VodafoneIN Update 1 : So, i received a call from the social media team that the complaint i have registered already is being taken care by the networking team and will be solved. I'll be updating the status here. Let's see how it goes.

    @ViCustomerCare Made a complaint in my area in Lucknow now we get speed of 20mbps to 70mbps. Could you please help me here in Nyay khand 2, Inderapuram, ghaziabad. Near Aditya Mall. I get full network here but internet speed is not good and calling is pathetic! Please Help!

    @ViCustomerCare My out going are bard because due to n/w issue I don’t pay bill as I am not able to use mobile services and same I am complaining from last 2 months but don’t get any solution if you are not able to provide solution help me to generate porting request I am not able to pay 800rs

    @ViCustomerCare I w8ted for 4 days tht I might get refund Aftr tht I did new recharge on 2july as no one can live w/o cellular services and I believe im with. Worst service provider from last 12-13 years that I have to rethink It’s my hard earned money that I want back If possible let me know

    @ViCustomerCare You're supposed to give me free internet from 0000 hrs to 0600 hrs, but internet goes down during that time. And it has been a bad service for last 7 days. I can’t even use the internet even though my service pack is active. 😒
