    @VodafoneIN Update 1 : So, i received a call from the social media team that the complaint i have registered already is being taken care by the networking team and will be solved. I'll be updating the status here. Let's see how it goes.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I recently raised a port request from jio to vi.. and after 3days the service has been stopped from jio.. after trying with the new vi sim, the services are still not availed.. and im stuck as all my works are related to that number

    @ViCustomerCare I have responded back, Komal. After 20+ days of follow-ups, I may be forced to give up a number I have used for 17 years because I cannot travel from the UK. This is extremely disappointing,. Zero support from VI #vodafoneidea #vi #vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve

    @ViCustomerCare You have disconnected a number without cause or notification. Your customer care line puts me in queue and then disconnects after sometime. Your store tells me to call customer care.
