    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi executive My vi sim number 9081497191 had been shut off by you due to some documentation update issue. Which i already did 2 3 month ago. The sim was bought from Gujarat and now i live in haryana and i am not able to reactivate it. Pls help.

    Unfair recharge pack for sms facilities by idea. Idea is now making fool customers if this kind of service you are giving than customer definently on last day of validity port their sim from your Telecom. Because its really unfair. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare May I know if any of @ViVodaidea customer misses to pay its bill then how many times u wud send payment pending reminders? Multiple times thru various mode -phone, emails, texts, WhatsApp! U guys don’t leave a penny but if a customer is requesting for solution u guys easily 4get.

    @ViCustomerCare When will this issue be resolved? I mean how can you guys be so laxed…. Your service is just pathetic and rotten…. Does it take 15 days to resolve a billing issue? And don’t tell me about DM, no one replies to the queries sent by DM.
