  @ViCustomerCare Your CNAP is showing an incorrect caller name. A number saved as “Kakkar” is showing as “Shivam” on my Nokia 110 4G. Please fix this incorrect CNAP mapping. I can share the number via DM.

  @ViCustomerCare My concern is very specific and requires a clear resolution: 1. I never authorized the ₹210.17 Vi Movies & TV subscription/auto-renewal. 2. I have repeatedly asked Vi to provide the activation, consent/OTP and usage proof, but I have not received it yet.

  @ViCustomerCare Prashant, Thank you for the explanation, but I am extremely disappointed with this response. First and foremost, I never authorized or requested any Vi Movies & TV subscription or auto-renewal. Who gave Vi permission to activate or auto-renew this service on my number

  @ViCustomerCare As per mails and calls that should be delivered within 72 hours which means today I am supposed to get the same. Now it's about 7 PM, 12th Aug still no communication on delivering the SIM. What kind of service ?

  @ViCustomerCare Yes, it was resolved, but my service remained suspended for 26 hours; the VI team is responsible for this. Airtel had already provided clearance by 8 o'clock, yet the service was kept off, causing inconvenience to the customer—this is not right.

  Ported to @ViCustomerCare because of Airtel's poor coverage in my area. Idea's net speed is much poorer than Airtel. Now i can't port to Jio because of 3 months lockin. @TRAI should allow to port after 1 month.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India What made you think +919582050404 is my number? Are your agents that careless or do they not even read the complaint? It is a Vi number making automatic marketing calls. Disconnect it.
