Pathetic, lethargic customer care of Vodafone, wake up. I did a recharge on 07-Nov for INR 379/- on 9424626897 & it was unsuccessful, money was deducted but not yet refunded. Sent mail on 13-Nov & 18-Nov, no doubt why the customers are unhappy @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

Dear @ViCustomerCare I'm seriously fed up with the services now. Not able to use internet today. Almost wasting (Unused) 4GB per day. Other network is providing seamless, bufferless speeds. Location: Khamla, Nagpur-440025 (Entire pincode has pblm) *No apologies pls 🙏
