I don't know what wrong with you guys, @ViCustomerCare .Your service sucks even in Urban Districts, and especially after 18:00 to midnight 23:59, internet runs like 2G. In my family, there are 2 Vi SIMcards & both of em sucks.

@ViCustomerCare why i never get 4G+ network? It has always been 4G only, never 4G+ since i bought the new sim of Vi. It has been one month since i have been using your services. 4G+ have less latency rate compared to 4G. and speed is also slow in 4G.

@ViCustomerCare I am not able to call since two days but I still have validity till 29 June. Kindly check msd for screen shot. Customer Care said ''they can't find old report than 60 days as their servers are new and reset'' What is the point of recharging bigger plans?

@ViCustomerCare Vi is worst , I have already confirmed my previous operator mobile payment, previous operator also confirmed the payment by msg, but My Vi postpaid num barred from 8 days, called 199 5 times but not helpful . Regreting to port into Vi 👎
