@ViCustomerCare on what basis have you closed my services without any issues without informing me! During this lockdown I can’t even access make any payments or do any call. Worst service ever! I will port my number now! And also inform near ones to not go for Vodafone ever!

On the other hand @ViCustomerCare kept insisting that their network was fine & it was a temporary issue whereas my phone had no network. When I ported out of Vi, I got a call from executive asking me to cancel it & the call dropped in between& the conversation never happened.

@ViCustomerCare My VI sim is not showing network since last 3 days. I tried to fix it but didn’t work. I have even reached out to you via online complaint but didn’t receive any response. Request you to please help me ASAP, it is causing me into many problems.
