Hi @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have 4 postpaid connection in a family plan, VI keeps generating wrong bills and one of those number is having incoming calls issue as not getting call and it's been 45+ days, have complained many times but no resolution, no stable internet connection

@ViCustomerCare That’s not it, been a customer for long and I need to visit the store but if I apply for a new connection I would get a home service, policy really need to be revisited.. #accept digital id #give home service to ur post paid customers too.
