Hey @ViCustomerCare it’s been 15-20days now my number remains not reachable while any incoming call. Due to this issue I am getting my all calls thru WhatsApp only. Do I need to port in other network ??

@ViCustomerCare Never go for Vi I bought two numbers from VI STORE JYOTI CHOWK, JALANDHAR CITY on 3rd Nov 2021. But didn't get any network on both Sim cards to call 59059 for verification. Still NO NETWORK on both Sim cards. Feeling very harassed due to such poor service by Vi to his consumer.

@ViCustomerCare Your calling system is Worst. I was a @JioCare customer but switched to VI for better connectivity. Now i am facing calling issues, it's not first time, it happens daily. What if there is an emergency? Who will take responsibility? Solve the issue!

Idea at one time was undisputed network in Chattisgarh/MP region. Since merging with Vodafone it is now far behind other networks. Almost everyone I know in my area had idea of which half has ported to other network and other half are planning to. @ViCustomerCare

@sarath_vardhan @ViCustomerCare In fact they said nothing, just dumb customer care, asks you to send number and **** then no reply I experimented with it, as long as you recharge with the same plan, the validity will get extended 2x699 = 6 months
