@ViCustomerCare internet is not working since morning & app won't let me register a complaint because the only issue apparently is that I'm connected to wifi but if I disconnect from wifi your app is not connected to the internet so HOW EXACTLY am I supposed to raise a complaint?

Now without even informing me, my outgoing services have been blocked saying address verification pending. I visited several VI stores and they don't have any solution to this issue and I've been waiting since more than a week with barred outgoing call services. @ViCustomerCare
