    1/ @ViCustomerCare Using this Vodafone/VI number for YEARS. My mother uses this SIM daily. Suddenly the SIM lost signal completely while she was travelling. Local mobile shops checked the phone & confirmed the SIM chip is faulty and needs reissue.

    From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare
