  @ViCustomerCare please note we are experiencing bad connection both in terms of Mobile and Data. We have raised a complain since 3 days and it was in process but today the complaint has disappeared and the horrible ZERO SERVICE continues and we are paying thousands for nothing.

  @ViCustomerCare Problem is not yet solved,and VI is not taking my porting request saying your account is 7 days old only,while I have been with VI network for years and TRAI's Mandate is that you have to be atleast 90 days with the operator before porting.This is pure mental harassment.

  @ViCustomerCare I have been running pillar to post to get my SIM reactivated since no solution. I have my 15 years career based on this number. Your customer care executive have just placed my call on hold while taking when I started talking about my issue.

  @ViCustomerCare unable To receive Data connectivity Suddenly Disconnect internet again I need to turn on/off airplane mode it works , repeatedly it happens every 20 minutes, sometimes it drops from 4G to 2G Unable to use internet. I raise a complaint over 20 days,till not solved
