  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I got my SIM ported to Vi through a roadside vendor 2 days ago. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. I can share my mobile number and other details via DM. Thank you.

  @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare Had booked a home delivery of prepaid sim and paid the amount too. 60hours passed now. Still have no clue, no call, no message. I called up customer care number but they have given fake promises. FEELING CHEATED.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Sufiyan, Sudeep, Palabi — same script. The issue is public. Vi is allowing marketing calls from regular numbers. Regulators are failing to enforce. Fix it in the open, not in private chats.

  @ViCustomerCare got charged for international roaming where as it didn’t even activate. Had mailed about regarding the same but no reply. How can you charge me for service ypu didn’t provide.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will send the same “please DM us” message? The problem is your numbers being used for marketing calls. Fix it publicly or admit you can’t control your own network.

  @ViCustomerCare last night I recharged with ₹399 to be precise ₹404 with GST or Service Tax whatsoever. You gave me the offer of unlimited data all day, everyday for 28 days. Now why the hell you have lower my speed. Can’t even browse

  I never expected that switching to Vi would mean losing iMessage and FaceTime. Because of Vi, I have lost both. I barely use WhatsApp. 90 days without iMessage and FaceTime feels like torture. Big lesson learned. Thanks, Vi @ViCustomerCare

  It’s for vodafone, There was already a network issue and now you have increased the price of postpaid plans. After so many years of relationship with Vi now i feel that you are looting now, it seems that I will have to join another company @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @airtelindia
