@ViCustomerCare why repeatedly disconnecting one year plan.. Is there any intervel for one year plan. Many things customer care people saying is not updating in system..when v call next time, they not aware of what others in customer care said. Please be a little more vigilant

Time to switch from @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare after more than 5 years. The service has gone from bad to worse and an extremely inefficient redressal system despite repeated complaints. Tomorrow will be last day with your services.

@ViCustomerCare why do your technicians close my ticket requests without solving the issue? It's been 15 days, I've opened 5 tickets and all of them are closed as "temporary issue". No. It is not a temporary issue. I cannot receive any sms/calls.
