    @ViCustomerCare Please don't sell your 2G speed in the name of 4G plan. If Vi cant provide better service why you are selling these worthless plan . And I am surprised youtube is only your good customer where you send all your traffic. @reliancejio you are doing good job.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been almost 10 months but network problem is not solved yet, pathetic service by you. When last year ipl was hosted i was getting very low internet speed like (10-50 kbps) rarely sometimes it goes to (500 kbps),when i called customer care they said that it(1)

    Respect representative, my network are not coming since 24 hr +I had call your Customer care services twice in 24 hr they only tell that our server are updating call after 1 hr what can we do, this is way of your service...? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, your customer care no is switched off. I had crap data last two months, and now as of today, I have no network altogether. Other Vi numbers are also down. What's up?

    @VodafoneIN It's good when someone raises the issue and you guys call up to confirm and disconnect the call in between without giving resolution. Worst experience ever with you guys.

    Finally issue got fixed by Vi tech guys aftr struggling for 5-6 days. Problem ws related to Signalling whr users in specific area wr not able to connect with 4G services, instead SIMs getting lached to 2G only. Nyways, I m happy tht it ws a known issue fixed by @ViCustomerCare
