@ViCustomerCare Today my vi no. Will get port to jio. Sad to see vi doesn't care about customer. I have been complaining since August 1 regarding 4g issue . I need to switch to 3g inorder to use internet. That's the reason people leaving vi.

@ViCustomerCare After a long journey, I'm very disappointed as the Customer Care after 20 min of conversation transfer to supervisor again after 25 min con transfer to SENIOR and then 25+ minutes again to explain him and when he and less he keep on hold for 30+ minutes and then disconnect call.
