@ViCustomerCare I changed for yhe bill of 1161...with some additional charges, while in bill its not mentioned. I can't get the portability OTP even Why this...?? U can't provide network charged over ....nd still u can't give permission to change

@ViCustomerCare @bitbala If the plan has been withdraw so why the customer has to pay the extra amount. Do you know that I am capable to pay that extra amount. And today #VI increased 50 tomorrow it may be 500 or 5000 without #customer consents. I am not capable to pay that increased amount sorry 🙏🙏

@ViCustomerCare After almost 15 days, 3 requests, hours chatting with agent, explaining same problem again n again, fraudulent closure of requests, my international roaming still not working. this is how you treat your corporate customer of 10+ years with 3 post paid numbers.
