    @ViCustomerCare my out going n net is still barred on 21st I was told it will start in 4 hrs on 28th I was told in 2 days. Have some shame. Once it starts the first thing I will do is mnp. Enough is enough.. u are happy to harras the customer.. #airtel is better option

    Today I faced some problem while recharging my Vodafone, I contacted Vodafone's Twitter handle, they not only solved my problem but also talked to me on the phone and explained the whole process. Thanks vodafone @ViCustomerCare

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I have placed an order for prepaid vi SIM card chosen through vi app. Order has been successfully completed with Rs 299/- on 28 Dec 2022 but not received do far please check and revert with solution. Vi Order DCHD28122267249 has been created successfully.

    @ViCustomerCare what is the reason for prepaid user can not enjoy benefit of esim service? They have to move in postpaid plan for such service so as result we are left vi and join other network,so request you to start e sim service fro prepaid user from Jan 2023 as new year gift

    Someone snatched my phone for which I filed a complaint. Today my father visited the store for the sim as the SIM is in his name. The team informed them that they have to buy a postpaid sim then only they will be able to give them the SIM. @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare
