@suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare Yesterday after decades of using first idea and then Vodafone which now is vi I finally migrated to Airtel...lost hope of their network improving in nearby future and fully sympathetic to their situation..but current call drop and network situation is too bad

@ViCustomerCare I don't think it's useful. Your network connectivity is not good at all anywhere in India i guess. I am availing your service from more than 6 years and issue is always from last 4 years.. I keep telling you all and you keep giving false promises

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Day 3 - Still no resolution or response from VI. Still unable to make or recieve any call. If someone calls on the number which i have already shared with you, they are getting automated voice message that the number is temporarily out of service.
