    Hey @ViCustomerCare, thanks for finally improving the network in my area! The jump to 15-20 Mbps is a huge relief. However, here is a clear deal: If you don’t buy 5G spectrum for the #Assam circle in the 2026 auction, I will definitely port out. We can't be stuck on 4G in 2026.

    Shame on @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdeaIN ! I ₹649 recharge FAILED on 12 Dec due to YOUR server glitch. 48+ hrs later, NO refund, NO service! Call center admitted YOUR fault, the social media team and call center team agreed the receipt of ₹ 649, yet want 3-7 day wait?Malpractice

    Hey @ViCustomerCare today I visited your office Noida Sec -18 and meet Mr Abhishek for activation my old number he said I can't issue this number because it's PORT. But I remember I can't port this. Pls look this issue on priority basis. Thanks
