    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi card their service is like ****.. I bought a new Sim card from authorised vi centre. Now this card is not showing any signal and when I go to vi care centre in city mall 1 kalol-382721 gandhinagar(Gujarat). He is saying sir this is defective Sim but I cannot help u

    @ViCustomerCare Your teams on call are mentioning that eSIM QR Code generation is not working for the entire Mumbai circle and this issue will be resolved in 7 days. None of this is being shared over a formal communication from your end and you want me to have patience!

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer service team at the Vi Store in Thane, MG Road (Shera) makes a customer feel as if he has committed a crime by even visiting and asking for help .. The response for everything is, write an email, I cannot do anything! (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare .. Can you please stop the daily harassment of plan upgrade... Why can't I use 3 Numbers in a plan of 4.. if this is concern please advise i will port to other service providers.

    @ViCustomerCare My phone number keep getting charged for VAS without any confirmation from my side. Also i am going to port to another service provider since i don't have any network at my house. Please let me know if the top up amount balance can be refunded.

    @ViCustomerCare what kind of service you are providing. Each day after 11 a.m., your network likes snail. If i tried to complain, it says, "Please check internet." When other applications are working and VI app doesn't work. I have never seen this kind of fluctuation.

    @ViCustomerCare due to Pathetic Service I switched to other network but still last bill before Portout is only for 15 days...High bill but poor service @VodafoneGroup
