  @ViCustomerCare- if Vodafone can’t solve my problem kindly inform ,600 numbers we will shift in Airtel, as 15 days we are unable to access the internet, complaint is closed without any solution,technician isnt visiting my home premises and giving xyz reasons. Service is pathetic.

  @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Nerul had wrongly updated my name on my postpaid connection ..After multiple visit .. they are still not able to change my name .. Kindly help .. else I have no option but to port the number out of VI.

  Facing the sms issue since 16th Jan and till date the issue is not resolved. VI is not providing any alternate way of PORT my sim. Is this legal to block a customer by sending/receiving sms and not allow to PORT VI sim. @jagograhakjago @ViCustomerCare
