    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the details. Since the ₹1,189 plan doesn't include service validity and the insurance doesn't cover devices older than 3 years, I will not be porting to Vi at this moment.

    @ViCustomerCare I also visited a Vi Store regarding this issue. The store staff informed me that I need to wait for 6 months, which is not acceptable as I urgently need this mobile number for my personal use.

    @ViCustomerCare vodafone Idea Vi... A company that offers deceptive & lucrative offers to attract new customers. Bogus services that cannot be trusted. Never activate Vi mobile sevice
