    @TRAI @DoT_India Despite change in guidelines regarding PORT OUT msg service. @ViCustomerCare is still not allowing customer to send port out msgs in lower value packs. Kindly look into the matter

    Update: More than 24hrs have passed and still no sign of network. A disappointing consumer service as you’d expect from @ViCustomerCare . First thing on reaching India is to port to @airtelindia
