@ViCustomerCare There is no proper network with your VI 3G and 4G. Please do proper testing for atleast 5G with your VI connectivity.

@ViCustomerCare VI network has no proper signals in all the areas but still tarrif rates are increased. For only incoming Minimum recharge 49 earlier it is for 28 days now the same days reduced to 14 .this is not at all acceptable charges. Review those before port to another nw
