@ViCustomerCare I am on international roaming and even after taking IR pack i did not get the service. I reached at Intn'l dest'n on Sep6 and its Sep13 and still no resolution of issue. Infact it has been HARRASMENT with the customer service in the last 8 days. see scrnshots
