    OR SOMEONE WHO DID NOT EVEN DISCLOSE THE SPELLING OF HER NAME , SAID SHE CAN'T REFUND MY MONEY AS SOME VAS PACK WAS ACTIVATED THOUGH I DID NOT ACTIVE IT. SO PLS REFUND MY MAIN BALANCE OR I HAVE TO RAISE A COMPLAINT ON CONSUMER FORUM THANK YOU. @ViCustomerCare

    @SunRavi21 @ViCustomerCare If you have #Vi app then it should you clearly on till when your Service Validity is valid. Or you can use *199# and this USSD code should give you the details on current balance along with Validity Dates.

    @ViCustomerCare I HAD MORE THAN 30₹ IN MY MAIN BALANCE. I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I CHECKED TODAY THAT MY MAIN BALANCE WAS 1₹ . WHERE DID THE MONEY GO? I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE SOME MS. SOUITI DALAL
