    @ViCustomerCare #VodafoneIdea shame on vi, being loyal is betrayal, being a redx plan 1099 customer, last 4 days no internet. Even after repeated complaints nothing happens. But accepting payments shamelessly without service. Is it really fair???

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS says they can't provide network at 100m because of geographical interference. I just wanna ask one thing simple one.. ************ if you can't provide network at 100m how ******** will you provide network at 500m or more dumbass. Use brains.

    @ViCustomerCare ur cst care agents are bunch of liers.. 1st guy told me he tk my complaint regarding call drop n it will resolve within 24hrs..aftr 5days whn I called thm back 2nd guy told me thr some technical issue in my area n he don't know when it will end..

    @ViCustomerCare do you have any channel to actually let the customer lodge a complaint? The numbers 198 199 and chat support in your app is useless. You should have reviewed an exhaustive list of complaints before automating complaint resolution through IVR

    @ViCustomerCare what a crappy service provider vi is.. recently ported to vi and i am not able to Play even 240p videos on youtube thats the condition in delhi.. Network is not even 4g it's showing H+ . Call quality it pathetic.. vi sucks.👎
