Hi @ViCustomerCare I am following up with the VI store for last one month for a dongle (MiFi) for office use in NOIDA, despite providing all documents we are not getting dongle. So poor service is in Capital of India, imagine what will be service status in rest of India

@ViCustomerCare when you see the main balance in an account, you just automatically activate a service and deduct the amount. Try to give quality service, people will pay for it. Don't snap money with fancy service names which you wouldn't even use.
