    @ViCustomerCare Today I got my answer why people portout there number to other operator just because there worst customer care service and there top management people. I mailed my issue to there top management Regarding fraud activity but they did not respond my mail. #fraudVi

    @ViCustomerCare myyy net suddenly stop work for 1-2 hours...... I am facing this problem from past 2 weeks...... I have already tweeted about that and also raise a complaint on vi app but still not get any response from them

    I ported my sim in VI family plan ,now we are suffering from network issue and I am not getting any solution from VI team .. I email to customer care bt they are not doing anything ,only doing timepass .. very bad experience ,never use vi .. @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare there is literally no Network at 422004 and you are making its compulsory to recharge other wise the number will be disabled.. Do you have any kind of sense? Or you are dumb and your MD CEO is dumb whole company is dumb?4
