    @ViCustomerCare , Satisfied customer since 7 years BUT NO NETWORK on my sim since yesterday and its not first time . Automatically Network disappeared from mobile, Now I'm fed up with VI . Also long process to connect Customer service .

    My internet services have still not begun. @ViCustomerCare just does not care. How can it take 4 days to rectify a problem after being told that my complaint is on priority. I’m disgusted… waited patiently till 13th but still not done. Very disappointed with the no care attitude

    @ViCustomerCare I don't understand why my complaint was again marked as resolved without taking any action or contacting me for feedback. This is absolutely unprofessional & the reason why you are losing customers. If you can't even solve a small issue professionally, what else can be expected.

    @ViCustomerCare To stop or withdrawal of out going sms service in all lower value pack ( below 150 pm) is great inconvenience and a cheat with common customer. We should think to throw out this type of -ve service. Advice for trying to customer friendly.

    @ViCustomerCare sorry, maybe I was unclear. My brother is an existing vodafone subscriber, but his sim has broken. So he needs a new sim for his existing number. He's in Canada, so he can't come here to apply for a new sim. Can I do it for him? Thanks
