    @ViCustomerCare we have some CUG numbers at Jalpaiguri West Bengal but the signal is very poor. Need to enhance the signal. Can a booster be fitted at the location.?

    @ViCustomerCare The problem has been discussed, but not resolved. I need a solution. In the morning the speed is 1 Mbps, but in the evening it's only 20-30 kbps.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare ready to refund 99Rs. However they are still not ready to refund the remaining 198 Rs which was charged incorrectly. Please look into this asap and refund my remaining amount. Complaint No MNG-V00480548267

    @ViCustomerCare What touch..company doesn't cares about their customers . They just give sympathy like teama are working to improve the facility but never improved. The company just making fools by giving sympathy that the are improving but the improving never turns into improved.@VodafoneGroup
