@ViCustomerCare hidden charges in bill for sim replacement? Why not inform the customer beforehand of such charges?! Cheap tactics to fleece your customers!!! Probably time to shift to other network after being a Vodafone customer from beginning. @airtelindia @reliancejio

Hi, i have raised requested to upgrade my Sim 3G to 4G at your VI store mogappair on 11.01.23, 2 PM and paid INR 100. At that time they confirmed me new sim will activate within 3 hours. Next day my old sim deactivated but till new sim not yet activated. Pls help @ViCustomerCare
