@ViCustomerCare Worst services and pathetic reply from c care recently I hv port from post to pre . Since then i am facing ntwrk issue and internet issue. And Cust cr smply saying tht u hv earlier billing nmbr so ur able to access 4G .But since u have mvd to Prepd u can't he 4G.

@ViCustomerCare I'm not getting 4g signal itself in my area pincode-533445. Why u are charging again more with no improve in speed as well as coverage. @bsnl_ap_circle we are ready to switch to bsnl once u launch 4g services. Do u have any plan to launch 4g?

Hello @ViCustomerCare as per the latest news, Tariff is going to increase from 25th Nov. My current yearly unlimited plan of 2400 is going to expire on 6th Dec 2021, if i do the recharge of ₹1499 then from which date this recharge will apply? Please help 🙏🏻

@ViCustomerCare getting notification about leagal process on my Vodafone bill. And support mobile number is given for further communication, but when dialing that number, they rejecting my call. So how somebody will communicate when they are not bother to talk.
