Kind request @ShashiTharoor to look into the matter, as consumers need better service standards than what is being displayed by #VodafoneIdea. Have been communicating with @ViCustomerCare team but their response can be noted by the thread above.

@ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Been a loyal idea customer for over 15years now. Just experienced VI ripping off innocent customers (through VA services). Having second thoughts on continuing with this association.

@ViCustomerCare Very pathetic service. Six days back I have registered a complaint as there is no internet in my mobile. Till date no response from the company. The issue yet to be resolved. I am totally disappointed & disgusted.

@ViCustomerCare @More24MORE Been facing the same issue wish to port my number but Vi has rigged the servers to prevent people from leaving the network. Shared my contact details with @ViCustomerCare on DM but they don't seem bothered to fix it.

@ViCustomerCare Employe name is Nisha rai, gujarat ahmedabad circle, i called at 22 sept at 5.45pm, she gave all false info, and told me that initiated service stoppimg amd refund process, but nothing were done. When i called today , there was no such initiated.
