@ViCustomerCare I have responded with the details. Need this fixed within half an hour (max). Facing this issue since morning. There is no professional response even after calling Customer Care other than the standard response that this will be fixed in 24 hours

@ViCustomerCare Don't ever try to connect me. You guys are not capable enough, your technology sucks, your illegal way to allow promotional advertisement calls even after two week of apply DND is not acceptable. You open case by your own and close case by your own. I will switch to @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare what nonsense is this .. I did recharge of 99rs sms pack was not there ok.. now i did 179 pack recharge which has sms pack but till I'm unable to do sms... Can u please send me msg to DM my number and check what's happening with ur service.. i know it's worst..
