I asked her If they can provide Sim Delivery at home. But she didn't have any Idea. How ridiculous is this working of Customer Service of Vi, they can't even tell me a proper solution for a dead sim. It's not even my fault. Just recharged it recently for 84 days. @ViCustomerCare
