Dear management of @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia, do u know, why don't public trust ur service anymore? I got sms from ur company saying 1gb/day credited in my acc for 7 days. But I didn't get benefit of it, thus I dialed cc no. 1st guy said, service is activated on ur no. 1/2

Such a pathetic network @ViCustomerCare Called number of times to your customer care to resolve the issue but nothing helps... They just take a complaint like robots and ask us to wait for 4days to solve the issue... In which age are you still running your businesses???

@vijay8186 @TelecomTalk @ViCustomerCare If #vi can invest and give service at par with other network then there is no need for these topics. CC says they are going to launch 5G first at Kolkata and Delhi then entire North. It will take another 6months for South India if funding succeed.

@ViCustomerCare @ViVodaidea Both my Vi sim card are acting up since dawn. The network is fluctuating and the internet is as good as 2G. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS. Expecting a DM from the concerned team.
