@ViCustomerCare Now your franchise store holder telling me that your documents are not showing/updated in software. You need to go your hometown only there you can buy a sim . I submitted my all update documents. You guys wasted my 30 days recharge amount, will complaint this @jagograhakjago

@ViCustomerCare So month, i raised a complaint about VI internet speeds being gay in my village. The resolution was promised by 23 December but resolution was provided! I received plenty of calls regarding same issue too, wasted lot of my time still no resolution.

@ViCustomerCare Hello Kirandeep. Sorry about trouble. Thank you for the support. I had gone to the Vi store last evening and given my self attested address proof. The executive there looked T it and told me that my number will be activated in 60mims. Did not happen
