I went to vi store today they take more then half hour and said this no available for postpaid connection only. Please help.

Mehul Chopra (@MehulC) reported@ViCustomerCare VILPower has the most unsupportive and non responsive support that I have ever seen. I am running behind them from the last 4 days to just get a damn header registered for OTP SMS. They are rejecting for all invalid reasons. Complete harassment game.
