I have been trying to port my @ViCustomerCare number for last 3 months. I have texted at least 20 times. Last PORT request was yesterday and the customer care is telling me that I will request port code only on 04 October. Such pathetic service. @TRAI please look into this.

Hello @ViCustomerCare I have recently switched to postpaid online with my 17 years old number and it was deactivated without any prior notice. Now VI store not able to help saying the address was wrongly put by the customer care. Mailed you, no reply yet.

@rohitnand1972 @ViCustomerCare Hi Rohit, sorry to bug you but Vi is giving nightmares 😐 I recharged with annual roaming plan but it isn't working in US. they are giving repeat replies to change handset, their partners network isn't connecting 😕 Can we port outside India? any workaround?

@ViCustomerCare I am not able to hear other person clearly while speaking on normal mobile calls. Some kind of distortion is there. I am based out in Chennai, Old Washermenpet. Please rectify the issue as soon as possible.
