    @ViCustomerCare You are accepting that there is a #poor service from your side, so why should I suffer? I saw the network is there so I recharge my mobile but the internet is not working, so how would you #compensate this to us because of poor #service from your side?

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team, I am using Vodafone service from past 16 years but never faced billing/network related issues which I am facing from last couple of months.Even not getting satisfactory responses from VI customers care. We as a customer loosing faith now from VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Good joke we are not getting network to call PPL or to receive WhatsApp msgs . Look at the claim Vi is making.

    When I complained about the complete #networkissue while roaming, I received less calls addressing the issue, instead received tons of calls for clearing the due. I have to keep explaining to every agent the same issue, why not have a centralized system @ViCustomerCare? @TRAI
