    @ViCustomerCare What a pathetic service I'm getting. After changing to prepaid and paying for recharge I don't have balance Not being able to call customer care also. Can't receive any calls. Nobody replying here only also.

    @ViCustomerCare are you guys planning to improve your network in my area or is porting to some other operator the only solution for network issues? Your network is getting worse with each passing day. Even after raising so many complaints no improvement in the ntwk coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare approx 2 days there are Tooo much network problem in our area. No outgoing , no incoming

    @ViCustomerCare raised issue for poor internet coverage however it's closed by ur team without any response. I suggest u to work on ground level instead of showing urself no.1 on poster and tv ads. Ground reality is ur network id worst here on the prime location.
