@ViCustomerCare So, disappointed with your service. I purchased sim using door step delivery. Requested a service in near by VI store they said sim purchased in Chennai so you have change it only in Chennai. WHY DOOR STEP SERVICE USELESS

Dear @jio i had port my voda @ViCustomerCare number to jio after sometime voda complaint to jio that subscriber has some outstanding. hence jio request me to pay the dues otherwise Jio service will disconnect. I had paid the bill but Jio services still disconneted @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare The worst network I have ever seen.😡 If I walk 5 step inside my house the network is only for emergency call only, even for this tweet I am standing at roadside. This much worst situation of the *Vodafone Idea* network. And no action will be taken from VI side

@canewsbeta @pratyushsingh12 @ViCustomerCare I am still awaiting my refund. They looted me for 3500 Rs in one day. I got a phone from customer care that they will refund me, but it hasn't happened yet. I still get automated calls that my balance is negative although it is positive.
