    @ViCustomerCare Instead of spending so much money on promotion, you should fix the network with that money. That would make a lot more sense.

    @ViCustomerCare Network nhi hai sir mere area me Aapka Sim card last 10 year c use kar rha hu But Network problem bhut jyada hai Solve nhi keya abi tak bhut baar costumer care me report keya Please solve it 🙏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare Once a bad experience, arrogant manager at call center, and never have looked back at VI to buy any of their service ever. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.
