Hey @ViCustomerCare, I have activated full DND on my number and yet I am receiving promotional messages. Tried reporting those via VI mobile app, but that never gets through. And half of these messages are from Vodafone-Idea.

@ViCustomerCare I have been struggling to replace my not working sim since 14 days now. Do you even care of your customer experience. I have been continuously emailing and calling your customer support but all in vain. Being an old customer really disappointed. WORST SERVICE!!
