    Voice calling in Village Poore Bashanti, Warziganj, Gonda (UP) is severely affected. Calls frequently go mute and there are repeated call drops, making communication extremely difficult. Please urgently investigate the network and resolve the issue @ViCustomerCare @DoT_UPE_LSA

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve shared my details with you twice via DM, but still haven’t received any response. Are you guys seriously fooling customers? This is extremely frustrating . If this can’t be resolved, please help me switch my SIM back to my previous operator @TRAI

    Switch to @ViCustomerCare ; their service is much better than @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare across India - I’ve noticed this myself after using #vodafoneidea . Also, Vi's recharge plans are affordable, and the service is excellent. Put an end to this Airtel-Jio duopoly. #airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is a pattern now. The day you send the bill which is due after a week to 10 days, my fibernet connection goes down. An indirect coercion to remit bills much before the due date? Now, be smart & get details from DM history. Via @ViCustomerCare
