  @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Hi, I have been facing SMS service issues for the past month while on internal roaming. Even though I’m paying more then ₹1000 per month, the service has been awful. porting to another network seems to be the only solution @DoT_India

  @ViCustomerCare I was told that your network will be fixed in 3 months but now it has been 5 months and there is no improvement, very poor experience.

  @ViCustomerCare disappointed after buying VI sim card. Bought it 2 days back and yet I haven't got the network. Worst customer care service. Feels like throwing the sim in dustbin.
