    I called to vi customer care on 30oct2021 in morning regarding of balance deduction. Call received by your agent(Nisha) she was so rude on call and she did barred my vi number. So please look into the matter and activate my number as soon as possible.  @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Data access have started but its not usefull because of its super slow speed. This was not the case on 27th Oct, speed was satisfactory.

    @ViCustomerCare The details that u have sent is not helping me in any way. Unfortunately you don’t have any resolution to my problem and you know it very well. Vi is simply forcing me to continue with their operator service.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service even though I have paid all my dues of my family plan still my secondary number are not working from past 3 day and I'm getting losses because of you people almost 40k who although I called you cs no reply from their end .

Since You guys have stopped paying heed to these complaints. let me remind you that sim port out 1/n

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @youbroadband post registering complaints, customer is now asked to visit office. In case vodafone Idea and YOU both arent interested in retaining customers, there is enough choice in the market. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Pls escalate this so that the matter gets attention. Vi store says they can't fix, Customer care says over email that they can't fix. Then which is the other channel. Is there another escalation channel, who can fix? Else, please allow me to port.

    @ViCustomerCare what makes you think that i have a Vi Sim? why would i keep a 3G sim while the whole world is in transition to get 5G network. for your better understanding let me explain it "we don't have Vi 4G network in our area yet" and that's the complaint. Dimwits
