    Unethical charges debited by vodafone and their call support Executive telling me that service can be used during sleep hence charges debited. I got msg at 23.15 of 27 may for balance dedustion while I sleep how could I use any service. @vodafone @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Just did your troubleshoot steps but still issue persist. And plz don't give such stupid trouble shootings like a kids. Only 2G is working, also very slow unable to even browse

    @ViCustomerCare Call me immediately on my primary no. There is also amazon sub charges even after sendiing stop sms B4 renewal ddate.. Thiis is not acceptable.. Ur team had called me to change plan now I can't even portout for 3 months.. I don't want worst service from #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for the most useless customer care ever. To talk to your customer care I was told by your customer care to get a sim from another service provider. Thank you for the advice I will be now try to change my service provider to anyone else.

    @ViCustomerCare Hiii - My Sima prepaid sim has been deactivated since 24 hours and new postpaid sim will come after 24 hours. Who gives such service????? I was promised same day activation. Why VI Why?

    @ViCustomerCare Your employee named santosh is behaving rudely His no. 9763100136 I've a call recording,I'll viral it Employees are answering diplomatically, I've raised more than 15 complaints. Everytime they're resolved my complaints without informing My issues weren't resolved

    @Dhananj55398973 @ViCustomerCare VI's customer support is like DM the info, provide location, and network team will call, again no call and follow back. Again tweet, again DM, again location, again network team will call and that's how they take the issue for more than 2 months. Ghatiya customer support.

    @Sandymunde43 @ViCustomerCare Absolutely you have right choice. Vodafone is very bad for 4G. It's charging 4G but providing 2G. I also complained against it. But @ViCustomerCare did not resolved my issue.
