    @ViCustomerCare Third class company because they don't know how to operate corporate number, every time they doing trouble to us, our corporate SIM payment done every month but vodafone team don't know how to adjust in other numbers like Airtel and Jio Shame on third class comp.

    There is a data using issue in surat pincode 395007 no response from coustomer care they said they are not get detail of my number due to network isse,data services not working properly since morning my number is 9825282086 and my complain Id is GUJ-V01149761674 @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare So, disappointed with your service. I purchased sim using door step delivery. Requested a service in near by VI store they said sim purchased in Chennai so you have change it only in Chennai. WHY DOOR STEP SERVICE USELESS

    Dear @jio i had port my voda @ViCustomerCare number to jio after sometime voda complaint to jio that subscriber has some outstanding. hence jio request me to pay the dues otherwise Jio service will disconnect. I had paid the bill but Jio services still disconneted @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare - please help me to get the amount back credited to me as i don’t want to continue with Vi due to its poor service and not providing what was committed, if not i will have to approach consumer forum to resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst network I have ever seen.😡 If I walk 5 step inside my house the network is only for emergency call only, even for this tweet I am standing at roadside. This much worst situation of the *Vodafone Idea* network. And no action will be taken from VI side

    @canewsbeta @pratyushsingh12 @ViCustomerCare I am still awaiting my refund. They looted me for 3500 Rs in one day. I got a phone from customer care that they will refund me, but it hasn't happened yet. I still get automated calls that my balance is negative although it is positive.
