    @ViCustomerCare VI has subscribers details. Please send someone to the address to check the issue. Maybe the only other option is to move our numbers to Airtel or Jio, which works at the location.

    @ViCustomerCare facing network issues in idappadi Salem dt, Tamilnadu . After repeated requests nothing has been done. Please look into it on urgent basis. worst experience in the last few weeks on 7867080874 and it’s a postpaid what’s going on

    I m using vi from the past 1 year but my experience is worst from the past days means more than worst call 198 several times & before customer repr. pick the call it's disconnected. I can't even complain u . I use someone wifi to uSe Twitter and complain you @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Again request closed without any resolution Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. MNG-V00921185539. With this, you should not face any further network issues. Just in case you arent happy with our resolution, you can appeal at 198 within 30 days.

    @ViCustomerCare last week port my sim to VI which has been cloned and hacked, customer care unable to resolve.
