@ViCustomerCare I complained about bad 4G internet at my house in Bengaluru yesterday. And still it is not resolved. It still says "E" above the signal bars. Shocking to know customers have to be without internet for 2 days even after raising complaint and paying bills properly.

@ViCustomerCare what the worst kind of service you're providing. I am facing issues of call drop on several numbers. Whenever i try to call the call drops and always shows as "Line Busy" and this situation is only happening with Vi. Kindly address this issue else I'll leave Vi.

@ViCustomerCare u need to brief your Backend team on the product 1st. Before they start calling customer. These people do not have any idea of the product or what the customer is telling them. Worst customer support given by @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar 4th day still no solution
