@ViCustomerCare so, I could move up to a RedX 1099 plan within 30 seconds. But now that I have to change it to the RedX 699 plan, I have been trying to do that unsuccessfully for 2 months now. Btw, your customer care sucks! No response to my reminder emails.

@ViCustomerCare dear vi group Earlier I also used to suggest everyone to take the idea but in the last 1 year as much as I have been troubled by the idea, hardly anyone has happened.Complained by calling the customer care number some times but after 10-15 days the same problem
