@ViCustomerCare Issue resolved....got my balance refunded....one small request that please don't deduct the balance of the people who recharge with your basic pack i.w. 49/- or 79/-...they recharge it only for validity and giving a miss call to relatives for small talk. Thanks 👍

@ViCustomerCare it's like you r operating leg in case of chest pain,it's not my real complaint GUJ-V00604822251, we have checked our network strength in your area and have found it optimal. In case you arent satisfied, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days.
