@ViCustomerCare VI sends a SMS that They understand, I need more data! I am not able to use even existing data due to extremely poor quality of network then how come would I be needing more data VI? Not able to make even voice calls & you are talking about more data. Good Joke.

@ViCustomerCare Hi team, I am facing severe network issue at my place since past few days and the same has been reported. My number is 9999043770. Me and my family are thinking to port out from VI if the issue is not resolved asap. People can't hear me or my voice is cracking.

@ViCustomerCare For what you are trying to reach me , you can blame your network not me I have raised several complaints but vodafone is not capable of solving the issue I might need to take this issue to world that vodafone keeps me charging for 4g and giving service for edge

Hey @ViCustomerCare, Now without a SIM card, not receiving SMSs or calls and don't have a way to contact anybody or receive anything. My old SIM is also not working. What type of #pathetic #service are you providing? No ethics at all. Already provided my details in DM (2/x).
