  @ViCustomerCare The Vi app is a piece of crap! Trying to get OTP for logging in & every time getting the message to check internet connection. I have wifi connection & all apps are running smoothly. Your service is pathetic! Thinking about porting my Vi nmbrs to Airtel/Jio.
