    @ViCustomerCare Still ZERO response from @ViCustomerCare after my DM. Even worse, the delivery agent contacted us and had the audacity to demand ₹150 for a replacement SIM for a faulty one you already delivered! This is daylight robbery & harassment. Fix this NOW. #Vi #CustomerService

    @ViCustomerCare You admitted the store agent’s error, yet my number 79765XXXXX is still suspended. No incoming/outgoing calls and no resolution. Kindly restore services immediately instead of giving contradictory responses.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , My number 7976566719 was ported from Jio to Vi and is now showing “All services suspended temporarily”. No incoming/outgoing calls. Complaint closed without resolution. Need immediate action and restoration of services.

    Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +
