@ViCustomerCare Terrible terrible experience at the Vodafone. Went to get the ownership moved from a corporate account to my personal account and it took the team 5 attempts to get the request raised. Once I came back home, got info that request was rejected. No answers on why.

Hello @ViCustomerCare, My father’s number got disconnected even after ₹998 recharge. He had received DoT re-verification SMS, but before he could complete KYC the number was blocked. Please restore the service immediately and adjust the recharge amount. 🙏cc: @DoT_India @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare The company has not come up with a permanent solution in the area where data speed problems have been occurring for more than a year... I think that now that 5G customers are starting to arrive, the company's rule may be to not pay any attention to those on the 4G
