  @MyIndusIndBank what is your app’s problem? Till now I had no issues using your app while on @ViCustomerCare mobile data. Suddenly after updating app (which you hounded me to do), I’m getting error “caution network threat”. I can’t even take a screenshot because of dumb policies.

  @ViCustomerCare 3/ When I contacted Vi, I was told that IR could only be activated by sending an SMS from the same SIM. Think about that for a moment. No network ➜ No SMS. No SMS ➜ No IR. No IR ➜ Still no network. A perfect catch-22.

  Why offer if you have no facility to cancel? Now I have no option but to throw away the sim. Give kyc in bank, office, insurance co for new number, which will take almost a month. Stop cheating your customers. @ViCustomerCare

  @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Do you guys have any shame left, my number is not working due to reverification and your store is forcing me to port my other two numbers into vodafone in order to get the old number reactivated, is this a scam going on with innocent citizens.

  No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @vodafone in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to Customer Care @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.
