    @ViCustomerCare it’s been more than 6 hours that I went to Vodafone store I requested for sim change from 3G to 4G. They told time for sim activation to be 2 hours. How long it will take? Called your customer service they are unprofessional to the next level, pls help

    @ViCustomerCare Team it’s 72 hours and I have not received any solutions on international roaming. Please be aware I am stranded and in trouble neck deep. VI team you owe me to answer with reasoning. I don’t see any ownership here.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service experience from ur store.. Store address - Ambad link road ,nashik (Vaibhav) I visited store twice . Didn't resolve my issue ... No customer care no. Irrigating
