    I made a blunder by porting my jio number into Vodafone. It was like Climb up and down. Airtel was always the best option I had. Disgusting Vodafone and of course jio - @JioCare @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare. Even after knowing the issue Vodafone is silent.

    @ViCustomerCare If you will drop amount for validity recharges then automatically most of the people will be able to recharge their numbers, they don't have enough balance so they can not be cause for congestion in network. Request you to impose maximum 30INR for a month with all sms/call.

    @ViCustomerCare earlier i complained about slow speed and High ping in online games at that time i was receiving 4g network with slow speed and unstable latency now I'm getting 3G most of the time even 2G sometimes thank you .

    @ViCustomerCare very third class service, i have complained many times for poor network but no action, i have told to upgrade it to 4G booster, 3g already installed but no action. Also sending wrong information on email. Fake company.

    @ViCustomerCare Internet connection automatically of and on every 30 second daily in night. Internet speed never goes more than 100kb/s . I have complained many time to customer care they only register complain. very worst net experience. Resolve it soon @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @TRAI Lost my 10 yrs old number in theft in USA & @ViCustomerCare asking me to spend Rs. 60-70k to fly back to India to get it back. I’ve provided all kind of identity proofs but they’re saying the only way is to be physically present. Are we still living in 1990s or what? Plz help!

    @DeepuSh44240748 @ViCustomerCare Please make available a service validity recharges below MRP of 30INR for a month with all services with limited talk balance, this will surely help us and @ViCustomerCare too because such category of customers will not cause congestion to your network.
