  @ViCustomerCare Activated international roaming on my no in Mar. I never got network connectivity anywhere in the country. Raised cmplnt # 4-114635314195, but that was closed without resolving the issue. If issue was not resolved then why vodafone is charging. Kindly refund.

  @ViCustomerCare i am a Postpaid user of Vi 699₹ plan. I always got connection timeout problem. I called customer service several times they take complain and after 48 hours the message came your problem are resolved. But the problem still exist. If u didn't fix network timeout you will lose cus

  @ViCustomerCare Dear vi, i request you to plz improve your network connectivity, ur customer service is good, your talk time plan recharge plan data plan all are good but network connectivity is not good.I am a vi user but jio give me good connectivity than vi. Please improve 🙏

  @ViCustomerCare I requested a SIM upgrade yesterday and I was given a replacement SIM saying that it will work after 4 hours. Neither it is working nor I can contact anyone to help! On Sunday, Vi stores are closed, can you see how embarassing this is??

  @ViCustomerCare I have given several times and Vi customer care called and say our network team engineer worked in your area everything is fine but after that no resolution. So I have no trust on Vi. I want to port to other Network

  @ViCustomerCare Vi Please Fix Connection timeout and High ping with Packet loss in and out and please fix as soon as possible. Because when you on internet on mobile the data turn on and not opening any YouTube or chrome. Always change apn to ipv4 and restarting then it work

  @ViCustomerCare We have total 21 members using Vi Sim. Now we are moving to Aritel. Calls drops, very slow internet, 2 G network showing, calls not getting connected. For all issues still I am paying 710 Rs since last 6 months.
