    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn u can't compete with other player's unless u mark your presence at ground level. Plz look into this on priority basis. Ur distributor is busy selling Soap, lipsticks,Creams and don't bother to attend VI customers. Why would VI customer stick to U

    @ViCustomerCare very poor services making fool of people, converted no to postpaid, already paid 1 year bill, earlier told me they will adjust all money but later ask to pay only 1000Rs i ll will recommend everyone not use vodafone

    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare I have been using Vodafone SIM since more than 15 yrs. Now my SIM hv been corrupted and not working. On visiting nearest Distributor getting no positive response to replace it. It's small variety store with no Signboard no Care for Customer.

    @ViCustomerCare I hav moved to a new place where VI's network coverage is almost none. I want to port out; however your customer care isn't able to reach me because of coverage issue. I have also given an alternate number to your chat operator. Please contact me back.
