@ViCustomerCare I have ported my sim from another network to Vodafone. incoming and outgoing call are not working. Checked in Vodafone gallery, they have confirmed connection is active, they are saying issues in Vodafone network wait for sometimes. Pathetic Support....

@ViCustomerCare Guys do you think no network on a working day for 40mins is a very favourable customer experience. This is in Bhubaneswar location. From 4pm to 4.40pm on 12th March, 2021 we experienced no network on the handset.

@ViCustomerCare Still your network speed issue not resolved. Many customers in chinchoti-kaman road pincode-401208 is facing issue in accessing data. Please resolve this issue. Data is not accessible on band41(2500mhz) and band3(1800 MHz ) data is accessible on band41(2100 MHz) but weak coverage

@ViCustomerCare been 6 month but still the problem isn't solved ..2 engineer have come, but didn't solve the problem stating their isnt a tower around this place but still nothing is being done by the in-charge..guess it time to move to another service provider.
