  @ViCustomerCare Vi is worst , I have already confirmed my previous operator mobile payment, previous operator also confirmed the payment by msg, but My Vi postpaid num barred from 8 days, called 199 5 times but not helpful . Regreting to port into Vi 👎

  @ViCustomerCare what a sad excuse of a Customer Care Service! Porting from prepaid to postpaid was a horrible decision. I've raised 4 requests in the last 4 days (also visited a VI center) to have my address verified and restore my outgoing calls and data but zero action so far!

  @ViCustomerCare Hi Priyanshu No resolution so far. Standing in your store at NSP Pincode : 110034 Store manager ( Mr Chirag as informed by Ms Mahiya and Mr Divyansh) is not available in store & store executive are repeating their old version. No resolution provide. Waiting here 4 ur intervention
