    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network the only reason for down is the network even call do not connect at once. And the network is only 2G

    @ViCustomerCare Wow, i bet i will change my sim to vi Reply me See i am from Rajasthan Udaipur There my friend bought Vi sim and he regrets Due to low connectivity issues Sometimes he can’t even make calls Currently i am in Bangalore I don’t know condition here And please give me reasons
