    @VodafoneIN just port from Jio to Vodafone. After portability activation came to know that there is a worst network signal. No Internet connectivity. Very poor signal. My bad decision to port to Vodafone. This is not expected from Vodafone. Dissatisfied. Hope u will help.๐Ÿ˜Ÿ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ™

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists itโ€™s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5 Mobile have an Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been almost more than 1 month now and this issue has still been investigated. Now the only option left is to go with Airtel I guess as your team seems incapable of solving this issue.
