    @VodafoneIN just port from Jio to Vodafone. After portability activation came to know that there is a worst network signal. No Internet connectivity. Very poor signal. My bad decision to port to Vodafone. This is not expected from Vodafone. Dissatisfied. Hope u will help.😟😕🙁

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio

    @ViCustomerCare It's been several days since my complaint was registered. Your team acknowledged that my area is affected by data congestion and assured me the issue would be fixed. However, today's speed test still shows only 0.5 Mbps download, 122 ms ping, and 132 ms jitter. The problem remains unresolved. Please provide a permanent solution or a clear timeline. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare Unexpectedly received a call from Amit (Vi)He assured me that my network issue would be resolved very soon. So, I'll recharge my number for one more month & see whether the problem is fixed.

    I am on 5G unlimited data pack. But from 2 days how my data got expired daily from 1.5 GB data while it's always showing 5G on network bar. Solve it or either will port into jio!! @ViCustomerCare
