    @VodafoneIN just port from Jio to Vodafone. After portability activation came to know that there is a worst network signal. No Internet connectivity. Very poor signal. My bad decision to port to Vodafone. This is not expected from Vodafone. Dissatisfied. Hope u will help.πŸ˜ŸπŸ˜•πŸ™

    @ViCustomerCare very conveniently has scammed me by showing my Oct 2025 recharge (β‚Ή509) - which ended in Jan 2026 as my current plan. Even the Vi App doesn't show my actual current plan β‚Ή859 which I recharged in March 2026. They have cut off my data for 3 days. FIX THIS NOW!

    @ViCustomerCare I want to use VI but in our village there is 0 network at all. We want tower in our village. If you'll install tower then you'll cover 200+ users and 100+ can be potential users.

    @Indianinfoguide Surprised to see low #VodafoneIdea speed. They must work on strengthening the 4G/5G network & internet speed. You can't compete with Jio & Airtel if you don't improve on services. Consumers will only shift to #VI if they get better speed & services #ChangeToVi @ViCustomerCare
