    @ViCustomerCare Again caller tunes has been set for my number without my any intervention and an amount of Rs.1 charged. Why VI is doing these non sense. It is not good customer service and business.

    @ViCustomerCare You guys should really consider changing your TV ads to "FASTEST NETWORK UNTIL RAINY SEASON HITS" it's been a month and in every week or two I had to put a complaint for slow internet speed. Not even playing YouTube videos at 144 p. Pathetic!!🤮🤮

    Vodafone-Idea thinks I have plenty of money to spend on them, so they are charging me twice for the same service. Fed-up to an extent that looking for other option than @ViCustomerCare.
