    @VodafoneIN just port from Jio to Vodafone. After portability activation came to know that there is a worst network signal. No Internet connectivity. Very poor signal. My bad decision to port to Vodafone. This is not expected from Vodafone. Dissatisfied. Hope u will help.๐Ÿ˜Ÿ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ™

    My maa has a Vi sim and the service is a joke. I've asked her to change providers so many times but she wants to stick to it. @ViCustomerCare is so far back on the caring for the customer scale it makes me furious!!

    @ViCustomerCare Following up with the corporate team to fix an issue in postpaid number 7094433344 for the last 2 hours, finally I received a response like if no one is supporting you online, try to visit the store... What kind of support team is Vi holding? Vi fails...

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Dear Vodafone, Please put some network towers on pilgrimage tracking route of Kedarnath. VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operatorโ€™s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.
