Dear @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare The in store services have been pathetic. Had this 11 year old prepaid number which I went to get the new SIM for.Your executive refused to issue without Aadhar which I don't have .but agreed to issue a postpaid connection with non Aadhar id

3rd day and no resolution to my complaint so far. These people at @ViCustomerCare are not even interested in providing a solution to the concerned raised. This is how u guys treat your customers @ViCustomerCare
