    @ViCustomerCare Is this issue resolved? I recvd call from Mr.Arbas(frm backend team) on fri he said we will resolved it in 48hrs wat happend nw? Not able to do any banking transactions without otp, kindly understand it is really frustrating now

    @ViCustomerCare sir check paytm app also in prepaid card dont work well check many games are not working in prepaid vi card it take too much time also smile. etc etc ,symbols we use in whatsapp that dont come in vi check why all this happen

Customers are educated, sensible & know when they are bring ignored. We don’t care! Customer first! #VodafoneIndia

    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged my number in the morning at 9:46 AM. Money is debited from my account. And till now I am not able to access internet or make calls. I'm having a lot of trouble. I have missed 3 classes of my college. I am very sad.

    Shameless service by @ViCustomerCare! So many frustrated customers & all they do is send tweets asking you to DM your contact details. And don’t even follow up! Then they ask us to delete tweets! Customers do not deserve such third-rate services! Day light robbery! #VodafoneIndia
