Every time I recharge after a long time thinking that its service must have improved, but every time it gets even more pathetic. So I advise users to throw their sim cards so that they can shut down easily. @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea #VI Even pre JIO era felt faster.

@ViCustomerCare Your network services is getting worse and worse. My number calls invalid all the time if anyone calls, net data switches off in every 15mins for 10-15 seconds. There's no response from you team. Everytime if called only automatic machine answers the call.

@ViCustomerCare VI 4G service is down in Village Kodalia, Kostia, Bankura, Pin-722144 from last night. No improvement after complaint several times. Its not a problem for this time,it's happen atleast once in a month😞.
