    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I did a ₹799 recharge for 84 days but only got 77 days validity. Customer care did not resolve my issue and wrongly said I recharged via Paytm. Please verify and help. #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare kindly reply, it's not fair. You are not replying to my message. Kindly reply, otherwise I will be forced to port my sim to either jio or airtel. I know your service is bad, but at least make your customer support team pro-active. Otherwise you'll lose users.

    @ViCustomerCare It was my biggest mistake to MNP into Vi but I will maintain my patience till next 90 days to get out of this worst network. You closed my SR without fixing the issue.. shame on you @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You need to work with efficiency of your store incharge or service executive. Why a Customer suffer because of negligence of your employee? They did kyc then how come this number allocated to someone else, and where is my ₹299 paid for service?

    My Vi internet is nearly unusable despite a ₹365 recharge. The speed is extremely poor, and 5G isn't even available. This is a serious issue affecting my daily work. Urging @ViCustomerCare, @DoT_India, and @TRAI to look into this violation of consumer rights. #Vi #SlowInternet
