    @VodafoneIN i am experiencing the worst ever experience from day one with vodofone, after porting from @airtelindia , regarding network every where, though I raised this issue or dispute several times , same with Airtel also .

    @ViCustomerCare I complained so many time about the network issues, My postpaid plan is 499 +gst. I am paying 588rs. Around 600rs am I paying to listen fake claim of India's fastest 4g network!! Don't give any #Jumla

    @ViCustomerCare what does it take to provide a better network in a city like Bangalore? Being a postpaid customer & paying hefty bills that you charge is not able to get proper network and 4G data. What are you guys doing? At this age and time your network sucks!

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI You paid your last outstanding bill correct ? Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

    I m @idea user. My sim card is blocked (26+ hours) without any reason/notice. M stuck amid lockdown. When asked customer care, they are asking to reach out @PMOIndia as it's PMO's order to do a lockdown.@TRAI can you please interfere and take action.Thanks @VodafoneIN @idea_cares

    Failed Company @ViCustomerCare. You activated my port but failed to provide the eSIM for 12+ hours. I use an eSIM-only iPhone, so your delay has left me completely disconnected. Taking a customer’s number and then denying access to the service is a serious failure. Fix this now.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare to prioritise a select few your network #Vi needs 5G SA capabilities which your network don’t have. #Airtel have it for postpaid customers & #jio have it for everyone. Kindly upgrade your network from 5G NSA to 5G SA & expand coverage which is poor.
