Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. cppoppop (@UnitechShayari) reported@ViCustomerCare even after several updates to vi that i am in US eastern time zone, support guys give calls at around 3 - 4 am. Finding - only chat support works in indian night shift, all other support teams including twitter, works in Indian day shift.
