Bitter experience in @VodafoneIN store, I visited to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. Executive: Dharmendra, who was either super irritated or ignorant abt his own behaviour. Plus credit card machine was not working and they do not want to give receipt if I pay by cash!!!

It's been 10 years since I started using @VodafoneIN Before Jio came into existence it used to be called as the best network but very expensive. Now it barely connects even in metros. I've been loyal to Vodafone all this while. Feel it's time to switch..

@ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone SIM from past 5 years and due poor network in my office I had to use Jio SIM from past 2 years and I reacharge Vodafone SIM with 49 rupees or any plan for putting the SIM active. and now you removed "Outgoing SMS" facilities for 49/- plan.
