    @ViCustomerCare as my SIM card stopped working all of a sudden.., I had to visit a Vi store. Apparently my phone was not reading the Sim and this happens to IPhone users it seems. So, basically iPhone users should not use Vi network. I was charged for a new sim. Worst experience!

    @ViCustomerCare not able to make calls neither getting any msgs. Already made a complaint two days back again the same problem. If you can't provide good service in central Bangalore then it's better to switch to some other service provider
