    @VodafoneIN - pathetic network provided. Never tried to improvise your service always try to rob people money. What the hell employees in Vodafone doing, can't monitor the poor service provided. Better everyone switch to airtel. Let this vodafone shut down their business.

    @VodafoneIN How many times i have complained about network and data speed. Nobody responded it and not even rectified it. After complaining so many times blindly had belief n your executive said RedX has data speed but after using for 2 mnts jus experienced that you are jus promoting Netflix

    The life of @VodafoneIN 's customer- 1. Get charged with some new service without you asking for it 2. Money gets deducted from account 3. Write an email to @VodafoneIN for refund 4. Get amount refunded 5. Repeat the same process again next day

    @ViCustomerCare Re 9811069090 Mockery of customer service u have deactivated existing SIM card n given me prepaid SIM for a post paid connection. Activate connection forthwith to enable me to port to other telecom. Without prejudice to approaching Consumer Forum for appropriate damages.

    @ViCustomerCare Just wanted to add that Since I have started using VI its not superior experience to be Frank. I'm totally fed up with the speed I'm getting in 3 signal bars in 4G, just 15 and 50 KBPS speed of 4G seriously?
