@TRAI @VodafoneIN Vodafone has 3 days continues outage in Sarjapura area in Bangalore, Many complaints have been filed, but they didnt acknowledge the outage. @TRAI This is what happens when a telecom has no capacity but it operates, causing inconvenience to users.

@nishbsha @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence Been on Vodafone since 2002. Unbeaten service & humility. Sometimes they're a bit slow but at least they get back to you. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia defines stupidity. Our company moved out of Airtel 2 years ago because of crappy service & they haven't changed one bit since!

@VodafoneIN It is now 3rd day, there is no network in the Sarjapura area, still the issue is not rectified. Your CC says that not a single complaint filed, but whole area is affected, and many complaints filed, So you are basically lying, and dont even acknowledge network is down

@ViCustomerCare Vi doesn't care customers. For damaged sim replacement I have visited store 5 times in the critical condition of corona. 3 time request rejected with different reason. 5th time told KYC document not available with them cause very old sim. Very bad administration.

FAcing issues with Vodadone idea network at my home since past 1yr, multiple tickets raised still the same issue persists. VI representatives just create ticket, ask for 2 days and close the ticket on their own without asking JIO's network is better @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare can somebody care to confirm if my three sims have been dispatched? This is the least you can do you make your customer a little happy and satisfied to be with the right partner. Otherwise, I am sure you would have got completely bored of sending robotic replies.
