    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your quick response and the advice. But the issue is not resolved yet. Sms facility or incoming calls are working; The problem is only with the outgoing calls.

    @ViCustomerCare my problem haven’t rectified That Switchoff problem When my friends call me to my vi number it is showing the number is switchoff please rectify the issue happening with both Airtel and Bsnl operators who are calling to my vi number note I am postpaid user..!

    @ViCustomerCare Network issue!! Internet speed is very less, sometimes not opening or download media files. It’s very bad experience and your service tram is asking to resolve issue within five days ! I am surprise !

    @ViCustomerCare is Vodafone support team(or contractor) sharing customer information or its getting leaked ? Got call from 7304000853 (Airtel) They knew my name/plan details and offer me to Port. However just some weeks ago i chat with support of VI for some plan queries.

    @ViCustomerCare @anchitpandey Worst customer care experience, worst internet network, only want monthly recharge for monthly salary, customer service center person telling change your sim 2 to sim 1, what a logic?

    @ViCustomerCare Don’t do anything to me personally do with your network only ...instead of wasting money on advertising and other stuff...it invests on network improvement...it’s good for company as well as customers
