    @airtelindia low-key you suck as a brand and a service provider I ported to @ViCustomerCare yeah you guys suck as well They cut my services for a 35 rupees bill. The instructions aren’t upfront at all. Now that I have the paid the bill I’m not allowed to upload it.

    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

    @ViCustomerCare Your response acknowledges that there is a coverage issue at my location, yet I continue to be billed the full amount every month. If you are aware that you are unable to provide the promised level of service at my location, charging the full tariff is neither fair nor justified.
