@ViCustomerCare Are ur cust care persons stupid? Or are ur billing person thieves ? I have THRICE called on cust care in last 1 yr to turn off international roaming on family number - they say done, but you keep charging me 149 w/o my consent. Do you want a consumer court case ?

@VICustomercare My complaint No: [GUJ-V01847327878] was closed without resolution. I'm still facing the same issue. Your team gives no proper replies despite repeated complaints. This is my last warning. We shall switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia if not fixed.

@VICustomercare My last tweet about this issue was ignored, and the complaint was closed without resolution. The problem still exists, and your support team gives no meaningful response. This is my final warning. If not resolved I’m switching to other operators. #ViIndia #Network

Even After complaining several times @airtelindia has not given any resolution. It’s worse than @ViCustomerCare . Last option left for us is @JioCare let’s use that and see. Time to port again
