    @ViCustomerCare If anyone gets intimated fro VI Care that they have sent a DM - it means a Dummy Message from a Deaf Management. Complaint pending since jan23 and have got 25 DMs as hold reverts!!

    @ViCustomerCare sim is not working from yesterday. Not receiving calls or msgs nor able to make any from my end. Its showing error as Not registered on network. When visited service center today they handed new sim agyer paying 100 rs and told that it will start but still waiting

    @ViCustomerCare call forwarding is disallowed on my phone. You can check the call record. So why don’t you accept your fault, instead of harassing your customer?

    @ViCustomerCare My in coming call to voice mail. I never requested call forwarding. Your Vi person who called me on what’s app on 3rd April at 10:00AM usa time ( india time 7:30PM) , phone number, +918318287460 told me clearly that they are not forwarding any call to voicemail as

    @ViCustomerCare I have never seen such pathetic service. VI is asking to wait till 11th April for the network restoration. VI India can you also provide a stay at the Airport? Because I am not able to book a cab. @airtelindia Can you help to port to Airtel?

    @ViCustomerCare Team, It's a village and I have given u all the details of the village.. Till today also, The signal hasn't improved. Please do the needful. I have to go for alternate options. Though, I am on Premium Plans. 😪

    @ViCustomerCare lost my prepaid Vodafone number when went to vodaphone store to get new sim with same number store representatives asking that you have to take postpaid plan otherwise no sim ..such a disgusting and disgrace customer service to your loyal customer since 14years

    Extremely poor service provided by @ViCustomerCare in our locality. I am tired to sharing this network issue to Vi authority. Too much poor net connection. Really unfortunate that I am Vi customer. Now regretting Vi network. By name of 4G service Vi provide 2G network service.
