    @ViCustomerCare I'm complaining from last 3 to 4 months for the internet speed, and now from last two days it's not showing a network, automatically goes on emergency call, not coming back and if it's on it will show the network as E, G, not even 3G.

    @ViCustomerCare Pls check Vi team msg, Vi "gave-up" to solve, so pls no formality to reply. It's our bad luck - we need to bear SP. @ViCustomerCare focuses only on customer count, not better service. Nothing done by Vi and when will apply to change SP, you'll became active, only on phone calls😡

    @ViCustomerCare If you take 4 days to resolve any issue than what type of network we should expect.. My mistake to join you guys Hello! Your complaint dated 03-Sep-2022 11:15:30 AM with reference number OMMN3... is registered. We assure resolution by 07-Sep-2022 11:16:45 AM.

    @ViCustomerCare Can u bring back 3G service as 4G is not working in many parts of India. Because of this many people are giving up on Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare mobile data stopped working in my SIM. Immediately deliver new replacement SIM to my address without any cost. I will raise a complaint with TRAI if I don't get the new SIM within 24 hours
