    @ViCustomerCare Clearly Vodafone name comes down a low point...it's almost a month and my caller tune is not activated,it's not even a issue... it's just simple callertune.....so disappointed....very poor.....I am long vodafone subscriber and what I got in return ??????

    @ViCustomerCare just imagine how a man from Vodaphone disappeared like it's network, i received a call from +917290036808 at 10 am today, who introduce himself from Vodaphone and took information about location, now it's 11.07, that man is vanished, till now

    @ViCustomerCare Reminder-1 Dear VI Team so called Giganet or Supernet is not working on my connection. Compaint number is # V00585545999-dated 20-08-2021-Time 2014 hours. Will you please get it resolved as to why it is not working while APN & HLR settings are fine. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare 😕 i am unable to use internet ,its worst speed ever.Poor internet connection in my area ,do something otherwise i go with @reliancejio ,i am not complaining first time remeber.

    @ViCustomerCare Suddenly internet has stopped working from last 2 days. Talked with customer care executives 2 times since then. Visited Vi store also. They all are totally clueless and don't know how to resolve this issue. Most pathetic service ever. Pls improve.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't just do "Lip Service" in place of proper Customer Support. You have shared information in DM which is already there in DM before. This is just passing away time. This is the way you work or is this the norm at @ViCustomerCare ? So what next ?
