@ViCustomerCare my mother is postpaid customer since 14 yrs .today we had changed sim for 4G at vi gallery. They had committed to activate new sim in 4 hrs .12hrs passed sim still not activated

@ViCustomerCare What the hell of services is this? I switched my number from postpaid to prepaid. I received security refund cheque details only, but no cheque. Noone is there to help in the store. It's two years now, but no refund till now. Such shameless store staff.
