    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.

    @ViCustomerCare When i will get my solution? Its really very harassing. Its my money and i m begging for my money. What kind of depressing situation vi company has put me...its really a horrible. Its a disaster actually. A multi-national company is not working for its customer interest.

    @ViCustomerCare What I still don’t understand is: If my number hd active validity and KYC ws already linked to my Aadhaar, y ws it stopped in the first place? And if verification was needed, why is reactivating an existing customer’s number made so difficult?

    @ViCustomerCare Why it is required to call me 5 times a day. Just send a person to deliver the SIM at my location. Is that solution not going through ??? Instead of calling me, your company can activate the SIM in the past 4 days . But you choosing to not to do that.

    @ViCustomerCare can you please tell me what happened suddenly the internet is working and then suddenly it stops and can't use phone call + internet even showing full 5g bars and all I was in very urgent state and have to call but you're services really sucks at my place

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial @TRAI even after almost ten days of new complaints vi is not taking seriously the network issue. It’s insane to use vi postpaid.
