Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare. Purchased a wi-fi router & Company failed to give proper product and proper service. In era or 5G wi-fi router giving 2G speed for professional. Very bad experience. 9512080802 was number.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vi Team, I had port my sim to Vi last week and finding data network issue, called to Vi care and they said week coverage in my area and issue cannot be resolved now. Did my make a mistake in choosing Vi over @JioCare @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare Bizzare service wanted to migrate from post to pre. Customer care informed that goto store. In store they informed you have to sent a msg POST2PRE to 199. And wait for a call 1 hr and then after calll wait one more hour. Why this can be informed from customer care
