    On 29th June, I requested help of @ViCustomerCare with my Mom’s Spice -> Idea -> Vi mobile connection that suddenly went offline. They have been extremely supportive and continue assuring me this is TOP PRIORITY. Only it’s been 35 days and all I have been getting are assurances.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi VI, I am not getting SMS and phone calls also after reacharge and I am trying to reach coustamer care but they are not responding properly if you are not solving my issue in 24 Hrs. I will port my number to different network.
