    @VodafoneIN when people are completely relieying on mobile data and call your service day by day going worse and your customer care executive are not ready to take a complaint. We cannot make any call, allcall is getting drop within 3min. Learn something from @reliancejio.

    Can you guys please help me out @ViCustomerCare. Because I called on 199 they are saying that my number won’t be available for eSim feature as it is Idea sim. But I’vent selected specifically regarding the service provider. I’ve only purchased it from VI. So why is this happening

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI You paid your last outstanding bill correct ? Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

    @VodafoneIN the company is debiting the account without customer's request for activating any service. Same happened with me more than 3-4 time in the period of 4 months. Yesterday debited ₹99 from my account n account of international roaming. My no. 9760011931. Kindly refund.

    @ViCustomerCare why does you people don't accept e-Aadhaar or and address proof/Identity proof available in electronics form at the time of buying sim or discontinue service? Everything in the world is moving ahead and YOU GUYS ARE MOVING BACKWARD. WHY?

    @ViCustomerCare I am a NRI and dont have more time here in pune but since last 2 days just wasting my time and no solution on my concern. I have raised request for post2Pre and now received msg that its not possible. And I don't know the reason. I need urgent solution on this concern.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.

    If I had a complaint like this in @airtelindia or @reliancejio then some within 30 min someone must have call and activated my SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is just worse than everyone else. I am sure that within 14th May also the SIM can't be delivered.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by your company. My sim card is on hold since 2 days bcz of some minor address error. Imagine if someone is in critical condition. Even after submitting adhar details you are still stopping services of customer. Will meet in consumer court
