    Bitter experience in @VodafoneIN store, I visited to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. Executive: Dharmendra, who was either super irritated or ignorant abt his own behaviour. Plus credit card machine was not working and they do not want to give receipt if I pay by cash!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I have been your customer for the last 9 years now. Never faced a major issue with your network. But now the internet speed has become bad, like really bad. Cannot even play a song continuously in an above ground metro. Even tweeting this is taking a while.
