@Vodaphone4 @VodafoneIN @Vodacom @DoT_India Signals is very weak. when Idea display there are no data & no calling and my number tells forward, While my number is not forwarded to any other number. If the problem is not sorted out, I will port out to jio. Thanks

No network, no services are written on the screen. No Mobile data. I have postpaid my number. Yet the problem is same & I had complained earlier, Solve the problem so that I do not have to port my SIM in jio. @VodafoneIN @Vodacom @VodafoneGroup

@ViCustomerCare called & asked for more time to resolve the issue. She is not aware about special number charges & saying this thing is new for us. They don't have any written instructions for the same. They are charging as per their wish @VodaIdea_NEWS

@ViCustomerCare I got MNP in postpaid from Jio to Vodafone in 999 plan but there is no service on it. There is a lot of cracking of voice when making incoming and outgoing calls from Vi and not given volte service.

for I'd mismatch. #Vi retail support couldn't explain why the other request succeeded using the same #Aadhaar. I made 3 more requests the same day, rejected everytime saying id mismatch. Next day I approached @ViCustomerCare & was asked to go to a mini store instead of retailer

@ViCustomerCare mobile data is not working since last 5days, tried calling customer service they answered saying system down call after 4hrs, so poor service of such a great brand 9682486923, location Narharpur Pratapgarh pin 230401 up.

@ViCustomerCare After putting up the request I get a call from Vi customer care trying to persuade me not to change from postpaid to prepaid. However I have my own personal reasons to change it. On hearing this they disconnect the call and cancel my request.

They gave me another sim, another 4 hours waiting and same id mismatch. 44 kilometers I travelled that day for nothing & I requested @ViCustomerCare for a callback. I was discussing my issue with an agent Zaky & not just he listened to me, suggested me to visit main store

Opening complaint, 24 working hours (3days) for engineer, engineer closing ticket on 2nd or 3rd day without visiting, calling, or solving. Again complaint, 24hr...cont. Nice deadlock. Not going to renew next month. TY for this experience.
