    @ViCustomerCare new plans with no outgoing sms is allowed are ridiculous. If I am sending sms you can use charge me but not allowing it, really pathetic. That's why you are losing customers. One more down...

    @ViCustomerCare Network Fluctuate Problem past 4 months in Gondia Maharashtra - 441601 Network automatically shifted to 4G to 2G, 2G to 4G fix this issue. @ViCustomerCare
