    Hi @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS, First I was charged 599 for International Package where I haven't even used a single call or sms from the package; furthermore, When It was activated i was never notified via sms or email. How am I supposed to know?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is a good example of a 'nagging girlfriend' (who continues to pester despite shooing off) I never had Arbitrary amt reversed after escalation/tweets, residual amt paid, confirmed on E-mail, matter closed & Lo -more phone calls & emails today STOP DISTURBING VI !!!

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 3 weeks since my number is not activated Initially ur store in rewari gave me postpaid sim instead of prepaid by telling false Information After complaint they changed my sim 3 times and still call facility s not active Previous ref no 3-114676273757
