    @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.

    No @ViCustomerCare network in Dharamshala for 4 days. I don't know the reason. Sim is okay till April 30th. Ridiculous to see nobody cares.

    @ViCustomerCare looks like no one is having time to.look into customer issues of no network. You are forcing us raising it to TRAI and other forums.
