    @ViCustomerCare Hi Iqbal! We never wish for you to go through such an experience. With regard to your network-related concern, as per our system check for the given PIN code (362560), the complaint has already been registered under Sr No. GUJ-V02083989130, and as speed useless

    @ViCustomerCare Hello @ViCustomerCare, I am using Vi’s 365 days Hero Unlimited plan. Even though I live in a good network coverage area, I am not getting the unlimited data benefit. I only receive 1GB of data daily, and after that the internet speed becomes extremely slow.

    Shame @ViCustomerCare ! Your Vi stores are not leaving poor people in scamming. Vodafone converted prepaid to postpaid and the poor lady is struggling to pay a postpaid bill. Her monthly income is just ₹3k & these guys scammed her!
