On a daily basis @ViCustomerCare seems to drop to new levels of pathetic. End March, had asked for activation of Intl Roaming. It's been 3 weeks & all I get are emails with each representative giving a diff. story. Am abroad with no network & all OTP services are linked to it.

Hi @ViCustomerCare Thanks for charging extra for the worst service. VAS services included for this month's postpaid bill even though I haven't subscribed to any, not able to connect to Vodafone Care 199 number
