    Finally it feels good to join @reliancejio after 12 years of Vodafone service. @ViCustomerCare should have understood why its 12 year old customer had to leave Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare poor Customer Experience. Got wrong bill with incorrect calls. Raised complaint but it's open for 10+ days. Complete loss of trust. Fix issue asap
