@ViCustomerCare Thank you for sending message, problem is we want to activate esim in our iPhone 14 phone but unfortunately @VodafoneIdeaIN is not able to resolve the issue. Though you have publicly declared to provide esim but it’s not working for you in india.

@ViCustomerCare This is to inform you that My Calls is barred I Paid All the Bills on time Due to which at the emergency/Medical time I unable to make call and my Elder Brother is in Critial Condition because VI stopped my outgoing calls.

@ViCustomerCare prepaid number, charged upto December but no outgoing for past two days. Tried your app & all internet solutions but to no avail. You keep redirecting to register complaint but don't register one. Pathetic service. Contemplating changeover to Jio.

@ViCustomerCare .. writing on twitter is my last hope. My son is in Hong Kong and though we have enabled international roaming service as well as weekly unlimited plan , it's not working. Call support is of no use despite of many calls. Pls help .. he is virtually disconnected :(
