    @ViCustomerCare Give me my 350 back as data is not working. I recharged bcoz it worked fine after i complaint last time..Is thr ny settings to give gud network whn data pack is abt exhaust and thn reverse it once new pack is activated......My money bck or resolution....i would take this further

    @ViCustomerCare In a family of 4 , 3 of us are VI customers and neither of us are able to place or receive calls on/from our VI numbers. Is there a major network fault?

    @ViCustomerCare This was on 5 April waiting for a call since then to resolve it as on 5 may 2021 not even received a single call on my no. 9999053014 for resolution. 😡😡😡😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare Useless customer care. My existing vi sim not working from last Friday and called cc they told team will contact you within a days. But i got call today only,meanwhile i replace sim with 150 rs additional cost. Vi want me on one week without any communication? Bad

    The next unsolicited call I get from @ViCustomerCare I swear I'll make his day miserable. **** YOU VODAFONE OR VI OR WHATEVER ******** YOU CALL YOURSELVES. FOUR ****** CALLS EVERYDAY FOR OVER A MONTH NOW.
