@ViCustomerCare It's ok.. never mind. Something's won't change. Wonder why after sending every call n sms a display msg pops up showing the call or sms charges & the validity for prepaid mob. If u all keep irritating & annoying customers with all these then ur customers are bound to move on.

Srabani from Vodafone Idea / Vi India earlier promised to resolve the issue but 1st attempt failed. Confirm clearly if you can help or not, or Vaishali Sharma (AGM - Regulatory) will be answerable in a legal way, as my pursuance to legal avenues remains the same @ViCustomerCare

I was using a @JioCare jio sim card for 4 to 5 years I never pay for caller tune but this year i port to @ViCustomerCare i want to add caller tune but when I know #vi charge for this service i was shocked.
