    Hello @VodafoneIN The biggest telecom company of India...your time limit is over of 1st October..still no proper network,no data access,full voice breaking during call,automatically disconnecting running call. Kindly give me my UPC code

    @VodafoneIN Don't make your valuable customer(specially A RETAILER) fool by giving them same & same answers with only change the name in last.... Your service is totally crashed & no voice call& internet access is going properly & u r making just fake promises

    61 days gone..of my 1st complaint.. of your fake & wrost & crashed & chutiya banane Wala network..@VodafoneIN 2 timelines gone of YOUR COMPANY.. Still result is ZERO..full of voice breaking,call dreoup,no internet access..& u don't give me my UPC CODE too..

    @TRAI I had make mo. recharge it is done on my family member mobile number on which already service is active I'm requesting to @ViCustomerCare to transfer this service to my other no. but they revert they are unable to do this.

    @ViCustomerCare very big problem sim card user if any customer didn't able to pay his bills because of the funds problem.they will stop giving service,.ok .after the payment clear then. U are my premium customer pay 11080/- to get again the same no. reopen. They think cust. fool.

    @ViCustomerCare: Activated International Roaming for 24 hrs via customer care. Charged again the next day without consent.Told it “auto-renewed”? I was in India. No usage.Reverse the charge. Stop forced auto-renewals, scoundrel & fraud activities. #ConsumerRights #Telecom

    @ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert My number 9820109*** has been activated on someone else's name. Upon calling Vi customer care they are just asking to wait. Not sure how much time it takes to rectify their mistake. Store PPL asks to put in social media and still no response.@TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare "We have checked and found that the charges were genuine. However, as a one-time gesture, we can offer you a waiver of Rs.500/- (including 18% GST).” I repeatedly get this response from @ViCustomerCare but no explanation to my query … is this customer service?

    This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve been using my mobile number since 2019. It was originally @reliancejio, then I ported to @airtelindia, and later to @ViCustomerCare. Recently, my number got deactivated due to re-verification issues. Here’s what happened 👇
