    @ViCustomerCare @_DigitalIndia I raised my complaint with VI CARE on 10th August (issue is - I'm not able to send sms to verify UPI, messages are not sent/ unsuccessful). I paid to #VI more than Rs. 499 per month Continuously following for the issue from more than a month.

    @ViCustomerCare It's generic answer and not problem solving reply. No meaning of system generated message in DM. If you really want to resolve issue then first try to under stand issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Afzal, I have no signal at all for my Vi network. I can't even call customer care from that number now. And worst of all it has happened 2-3 times in last 15 days all lasted more than half day.
