Hello @VodafoneIN The biggest telecom company of India...your time limit is over of 1st October..still no proper network,no data access,full voice breaking during call,automatically disconnecting running call. Kindly give me my UPC code

@VodafoneIN Don't make your valuable customer(specially A RETAILER) fool by giving them same & same answers with only change the name in last.... Your service is totally crashed & no voice call& internet access is going properly & u r making just fake promises

@ViCustomerCare hi VI, why would I continue on your network when from last 24 hour's there is no signal in my area. I am your valuable customer more than 12 years. It not only me facing this issue,almost every VI customer is having same problem and they can't even reach your CC.

@ViCustomerCare Facing issues with international roaming for many months. No service at all in the USA. The dumb agents just know how to copy paste steps on the VI chat. No direct number available to call from US. On top it you are charging for international roaming every month.

I'm a postpaid user of VI. Total 6 Connections of VI i'm having. Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.

Disappointing service from @ViCustomerCare , on Nov 15 i ordered a postpaid SIM instead of prepaid mistakenly. I got that SIM pack on Nov 16 in that pack it has written as postpaid, i asked that delivery man not to activate as i placed order wrongly, he said my job is to activate
