@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare I am living on 6th floor and no network from vodafone . Though Jio and airtel is giving better network . Raised complained , no resolution . Porting is the only option left I guess , as vodafone is not helping out

I repent why I did not port from @ViCustomerCare to @reliancejio I had three mobile & I only ported one to #jiophone which is very helpful as I am able to call 1860xxxxxxx in time of emergency especially with credit card. #Vodaphoneidea doesn't even allows SMS to seven digit no.

@ViCustomerCare pathetic service! Been waiting for new SIM activation for more than 24 hrs, while old sim was deactivated within 20 minutes. Customer care has no response except please wait for some more time! @airtelindia seems like the only option now.

@ViCustomerCare it's really worst after paying full payment. Customer care executive Kiran at Kharghar branch ask waiting for 25 minutes. Don't know why. Payments updates provided realtime. vi please look into this.
