@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare And there is a no resolving this continuous problem of mine. They just say there are more users in my area. Thats a fake statement which vi also knows as there is a drastic fall of subscribers in recent years. For a fact there is no vi user in my premises.

@ViCustomerCare @Cristianorahul2 Was already set, the problem was never with sending messages it was with receiving messages, I can't get an OTP because i made the most stupid decision to go with VI for my primary sim, @ViCustomerCare i want a refund for my active plans and get my mumber ported asap.
