    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare Check on your phone select one by one 3g or 4g network, also same time check call waiting and you see in 4g network call waiting not received

    @ViCustomerCare again facing data network issues. Completely fed up with VI services. Customer care number is also not helpful. Few days back only again same complaint I had raised... and again this begins... worst network... fed up now....

    @ViCustomerCare very bad and slow services last 23 day pahle complaint lock kiya hai but not resolve my issue and not refund my money. Vi is cheat the customer.

    @ViCustomerCare my vi mobile oct recharge 1449 rs but my sim inactive koi bhi Karan nhi tha mujhe bataya gaya 1 ..ur sim 9+ 2.. tafcop click 3. Aadhar or sim document naam mistake Solution prepaid ko postpaid Mai kar diya 500 rs charge.
