@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare I took a VI sim recently in the Kolkata Circle, and using it in my Poco F1 device but not getting the VoLTE support. I contacted 198, they told me my device is not updated to them, so they can't enable VoLTE for me, disappointing for me...

@ViCustomerCare On highlighting the internal process gaps & how Vodafone overcharges us unreasonably & customer service team doesn't even read email trails, I was issued refund. You now have serious due v/s receipt reconciliation issues, pls get it sorted!Don't harass users!

@TheVanityPond @ViCustomerCare I got my cnctn back without doing anything.I can't say Vodafone sucks. It gives the highest 4G speed beating Jio and Airtel with a great margin in my place.Sometimes n/w interruptions may happen and it is acceptable to some extent.But never had such experiences other operators.
