  @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

  @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

  @ViCustomerCare when I try to login into Vi app , the app says OTP has been sent yet I was not able to recieve it . This kept on happening like more than 10 times. The Vi app is what irritates me a lot .Vi app not sending otp

  @ViCustomerCare I seen your twitter account posts.many customers have to the same problem. You copy and paste the same message to all customers. I request to all the customers that you come with me and we will expose & fight against this company. Changing company will not solve the problem.
