  @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

  @ViCustomerCare why are you running a fraud scam of canceling number porting to another service provider ? I requested my porting of number today and I am getting 100 calls tricking me to cancel the request by sending the cancellation code. This is very unethical.

  @ViCustomerCare Have been in touch with your team for at least a month. Have received at least 10-12 calls. Initially, I patiently explained my problem to every new person who called, they'd get the problem, promise a resolution, nothing would come through.

  @ViCustomerCare I requested to convert my current number from Postpaid to prepaid. Yesterday i got SIM also from store and it's not activated yet . And customer care guy doesn't have any clue what to do.
