@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare 1912 This no. is of uppcl for filling complain against some electricity issue. Whenever I try to call this no. With VI sim it says no. is incorrect. But if I dial the same no. With other sim the call connects easily. I cannot recharge all my no. Fix it soon

@ViCustomerCare what's going on ? Seems like your internet service is once again down. Guess we have to switch with other connections soon. Idea was one best services available hence we opted for it but it's disappointing to see network issues back to back always.
