    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare Shame shame to ugly Vi. Rs 49/= deducted from my Vi CNo.81990-25154 reducing balance much low whereas I never opted any game nor interested. Give immediate credit.

    It's my mom's connection. As network is really poor here, we decided to port. I haven't checked any other messages in her phone so i didn't knew that cancel message to 1900 is to cancel the port request. Shame on @ViCustomerCare being fraudulent. I request @TRAI to investigate.

    It's going to be now 48 hrs and the sim didn't get delivered yet, even though the executive confirmed the call from the partner in a few hours. same-day delivery and call from your partner both are void. Pathetic service, wish could have taken some other network @ViCustomerCare
