  @ViCustomerCare I want to bring to the notice of all Idea customers a very serious matter. The idea network is subscribing its customers to various online options without concent and charging them for it. This has happened to my husband twice in one day.

  Really it's irritating I have done portability and paid advance to VI but after call customer care and thay told that it will get started after 24hrs till then...... I am not able to make a call,recive call,SMS & not able to use Internet @ViCustomerCare ## worst service

  @ViCustomerCare It won't help also. It's only for saying . I tried many times. You guts only say we resolve your issue within 36 hr but nothing changes except your feedback messages which is is annoying. You give only fake wordings so i don't wanna waste my time anymore. @vodafone
