    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @VodafoneIdeaIN there is some issue in the network, from few days I am not able to receive or make calls. Request you to look into this. Same issues is faced my many customers all over India, this can lead to customer loss to the company. @ViCustomerCare

    Finally issue got fixed by Vi tech guys aftr struggling for 5-6 days. Problem ws related to Signalling whr users in specific area wr not able to connect with 4G services, instead SIMs getting lached to 2G only. Nyways, I m happy tht it ws a known issue fixed by @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Having voice and call drop related issues. I have also registered complaints but didn't get any satisfactory response. Please add SAMSUNG M31 into your VoLTE supported phones atleast I can use wifi calling whereever available. Kindly resolve at earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare Please don't sell your 2G speed in the name of 4G plan. If Vi cant provide better service why you are selling these worthless plan . And I am surprised youtube is only your good customer where you send all your traffic. @reliancejio you are doing good job.
