    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @ViCustomerCare I have just cleared outstanding of my postpaid bill. And I request you to terminate the post paid and convert this into prepaid. Today onwards I will not pay anything toward post paid. If you are not helping I will have no option but to port. thanks

    So i understand her and As Process Delay by @ViCustomerCare team From 10th December to 21st December you have Waive off the Charges or give Waiver I'm not ready to pay the charges because that's not my issue

    @ViCustomerCare Once we have recharged, it all seems good for a day and then its back to being asked to recharge again. I dont think you people understand the meaning of customer care...moreover your email ID for customer care is a joke, no one replies to emails....

    @ViCustomerCare i have been receiving calls from unknown caller without any number on the display. It’s been 4 days despite calling Vodafone customer care no help is been provided.

    I would urge every VI consumer to switch their network from such a unstable and unreliable network and people thinking if switching to VI should think twice before doing so! @ViCustomerCare
