@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@ViCustomerCare I am facing very low download speed (500kbps) only on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Did speed test on a very large area but the issue persists. Upload speed is around 18Mbps. Raised location tagged complaints twice with IDs UPE- V01151110435 and UPE-V01157530813.
