    Hey @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on? 3 days now and my phone is basically useless. It's stuck on a 2G EDGE network in Ahmedabad I use it for work, I’ve already missed stuff because of this I'm paying for 5G and getting this **** I'm changing my network

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing a strange issue. While I am on a call, the data stops working. Even though I am calling on 4G network with VOLTE on. What is this issue? Feels like 2G network era.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue has been resolved by the customer support team, thank you vi customer care. I got the refund of the extra amount. It was resolved by Ravi Kumar, he was seriously very supportive and polite.
