    @VodafoneIN You’re supposed to be improving the coverage in Colaba, Mumbai, not reducing it! I even got a call from you over a month ago for the exact location. Yesterday my Vodafone number & 2 others lost complete network in a part of my home where I used to get low network.

    @kamleshsutar @VodafoneIN doesn’t care about it service anymore. Bad service, over billing etc is the norm for them. I had cancelled a Vodafone no after 14 years because of all those mentioned above

    More than 72 working hours after I applied for a new sim cos my phone was stolen More than 48 hours after I complained on Customer Care number More than 24 hours after my Tweet & your assurance of assistance Result - Nothing as yet @VodafoneIN do not deserve my loyalty

    @VodafoneIN Allow me to clarify: - it's been 2 weeks since I've had this SIM issue. - I've visited the local gallery 6 times. All 6 unsuccessful. - time money and petrol spent. - The phone app is buggy, the execs have taken my picture multiple times all across the gallery.

    I am loyalist of @VodafoneIN from last 15 yrs & a very high user at high price thinking that it’s a global telecom company with professionalism & ethics. It was shattered last month, when they approached by international roaming issue with utter absurdity! #LeaveVodafoneIdea

    @JioCare I can get a plan worth the money or an alternate solution which is extending my phone plans as per the value of my recharge Rs-601 (I would have got 70-80 days of service for that money but it was wasted approx Rs-400 worth was gone without the service @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare Hi Team @JioCare I wish to move my number from @ViCustomerCare due to there pathetic service . And no resolution for the Issue since almost an Year. I did a recharge for RS 601 validity 28 days so that I would get Disney Hotstar service for an year.

    @ViCustomerCare Net speed is very horrific.every time speed 1/2kb/s. Many times I complain but no solutions from operator. Every time just promises after taking complaint and they just drop this msg within some days it will be resolved. But my problem was same.
