  @ViCustomerCare Dear team thanks for so bad signal services in Agra UP west region. Being a city of Taj Mahal where footfall of tourists are very high your tower signal are worst from bad. One cannot talk while sitting in home and need to go on terrace or open garden to talk.

  @satyamvarshney1 @ViCustomerCare Don't expect any services from Vi. They are worst service provider in telecom sector. To get replaced sim Card due to change of mobile device I am running piller to post without any result. Customer care executives are dumb asking same details without looking into their records.

  So I called Vi customer care and told my issue to the representative. She suggested me that I should just ignore the prompts (warnings) I’m getting to hear while calling people and get ahead with my life. What an idea, why didn’t I think of that! @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare It's been 3 days no network in my area. The worst network in the whole world. Using postpaid for 1 year and never faced this type of issue. How could I contact my manager and team leads with this worst network. reference number OAYGDANRDC.
