@ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp VI has found a new way of defrauding it's long term customers. According to the Customer Service Officer, there was some free service activated in Feb 2018 and suddenly after 3 years VI decided to charge for it without my consent on the service. This is #Fraud
