    It’s been around 11-12 years still @ViCustomerCare vodafone network in my hometown location is still poor, indoor zero network outdoor 3/4 bars. @reliancejio launched just few years back and has 4/4 signals out and in but #vodafone or now #vi is lagging. 12 years is enough.

    @ViCustomerCare Its enough now wait my complete 90 days to again port to jio। its much better for calling, stable network and no करोना जाप,and speed No matter bcaz same issue here your 4G speed as like that। But in jio calling network stability is good than your vi, So thanks for formelity

    Vodafone should be ashamed of your service. If you can not provide a better service so why you charged still you have not resolved my problem my net speed under 1-2 kbps is that 4g some time its showing 0kb also what going with my previouscomplent @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare @lavanyadeepak 1. Why does your complaint no. 198 automatically disconnect after a Thank You msg whenever I try to connect? 2. My plan is expiring today. If I recharge today, will the validity counted from today or tomorrow?

    @ViCustomerCare - compliant # del-v00389166183. Recharge this morning for 3gb data for 28 days for ₹48. Calling customer desk gets a 48 hour to fix it. Can someone fix it? Hopeless service on calling customer service
