    Even after multiple SRs and unlimited customer support chats, 10s of tweets, and more than a month of waiting. There is no resolution to the issue of the network and billing from @ViCustomerCare. After 14 years of being loyal to #Vodafone now it is time to say goodbye (1/2) @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Dear sir my employee having a sim of ur company bearing number 7900602397 It showing locked because he complained abt set lost according to ur data.but he set was never lost and he didn't make any complaint. And a surprising fact is that out going of that number

    Many times the date of the resolution was extended, I was kept in the dark, finally, the resolution for my complaints was a 1000rs waiver whr the Bill was for 10k. @ViCustomerCare do I have to wait this long for 1k? @TRAI the outgoing was barred while the issue is pending (2/2)
