@TRAI what is the use of porting request when @ViCustomerCare not allowed me to port. My request was not Accepted and released twice even after i got new sim from new network, kindly take action. I had to pay their bill too without usage

@ViCustomerCare Hi, I need help, I recently activated my new SIM, there is one concern. I did the Tele verification system, after giving the code, I think I was suppose to press 1 but instead pressed 2. If I pressed 1, 4G LTE would've been activated sooner?

@ViCustomerCare l have Rs 7.48 in main bal.and Rs 220/ in 2nd bal. But I can't be sent any message. So I port .Vi NO care TRAI order in this case I request all Vi customer to port from Vi to another operater । Vi executive call me but also tell Vi policy in Rs 155 send message

@ViCustomerCare Hello As per ur engineers visit, today, the N/W signal was found OK only today. However it’s under observation & if it is like this 80% of the time out of 8 hours, I am at Office area. I shall not report any further issues. Till then the case is OPEN.
