    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India Vodafone network is down in most of Mumbai areas, Mumbai-3, Mumbai-8, and today Mumbai-70 also. Please look into this, calls drops, after ringing it gets blank, No signal this kind of difficulty we are facing.

    @VodafoneIN you have been unable to address the problem of poor network this is your latest reply Dear Customer, you are on Vodafone Idea Ltd's upgraded 4G network which will give you wider indoor coverage & seamless video streaming in Nagpada, Byculla, Agripada with upto 50% more towers

    @thebelletrista @VodafoneIN I know right, I was given all these security reasons, this was a local store and no one cared. Also this service is supposed to be free, and they charge Rs.50.

    @VodafoneIN not able to call any person. Live in open area, show good signal strength in mobile . still not able to call and call gets drop multiple times once call get connected .

    @theunsocialguy @VodafoneIN Mine is prepaid, but either way they should! This was a terrible experience. I should have ported, they insisted me changing the sim and try for some time

    @VodafoneIN I really fail to understand, you launched 4G we took your services, but you fail to provide network for it to work. Please tell us will you ever provide the network for it to work. Really sad that most of the time your network does not let us browse.

    Biggest Scam, vodafone, being a post paid they turn your net off, then ask to buy a higher plan then you can call or use net, and customer agent so rude that they cut you phone as soon as this is told, @VodafoneIN #scam #loot

    @ViCustomerCare Airtel is the best service provider no doubt. Airtel converted my post paid into prepaid on a single tweet in 10 minutes. Where as VI , after visiting store, they are telling me it will take 24 to 48 hrs. Such a shame Will port to @airtelindia
