    I don't mind paying more for data so long as it is reliable. Be it @airtelindia, @VodafoneIN/@Idea or @reliancejio I get the 4G/LTE symbol, full signal but nothing loads.

    .@VodafoneIN network in Mumbai is the worst!! Made the bill payment, money got deducted but the bill didn't get paid. Customer service even worse.

    @VodafoneIN lost all network to zero inside the Boomerang Business Park in Chandivali Powai. Losing all important calls and business.. Will have to change operator if this is going to go on.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Vodafone's employees are not sticking to their promise. Even though Vodafone and Idea come together, their service is the same. Don't use Vodafone's network. Jio's network is better than Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare If you people don't have the capability to give quality service as per QOS guidelines then say no to customer instead of cheating them. Pathetic Call Center Please ask CEO and Management to attend customer calls as your call center is pathetic and unprofessional

    @ViCustomerCare I already told - I don’t need automated calls coming to my phone and playing advertisements and caller tunes related stuff. Hence requested you - during this crisis when we are all tensed about receiving phn calls, pls avoid such calls. That’s it. No more help needed.
