Instead of my guest calling me e for guidance after my guest reached my place I had to beg from one of the guests for her mobile to call customer care to activate my number today again @VodafoneIN suspended my number

@rsprasad pls issue effective directions to stop spam sms and calls. It should be easily implementable. @trai and @VodafoneIN seem to be either ineffective or probably @VodafoneIN earns revenue from spam, so don’t have interest in stopping spam.

I am a @VodafoneIN customer since 2002 Maxtouch became Orange 10 days after I joined as a prepaid subscriber. After 17 years the same company is harassing me by suspending my number whenever they feel like and charging full #Bhugtaan

@ViZzFans @ViCustomerCare @nichekws VoLTE is already enabled on my number which I am able to use it in Karnataka & West Bengal circle. Vi (Bihar & Jharkhand) network only doesn't support VoLTE calls. Vi should quickly upgrade its 4G network in Jharkhand circle.
