    @VodafoneIN @Idea We requested for Porting from postpaid to prepaid on 28 September.On 1 Oct 2020 our postpaid number was deactivated and we used new sim for prepaid and tried reaching 59059 for activation but call is not getting connected and no Network.More than 7 Days no solution.

    @VodafoneIN Customer services have deteriorated after the merger. Simple issues do not get resolved. Promises are given but no one is bothered. Sad about it after using the services for many decades.

    @ViCustomerCare It's ok.. never mind. Something's won't change. Wonder why after sending every call n sms a display msg pops up showing the call or sms charges & the validity for prepaid mob. If u all keep irritating & annoying customers with all these then ur customers are bound to move on.

    @ViCustomerCare Recharge is a condition for fixing the network, the disgusting network has not been fixed yet. I will not watch it again, if the network does not improve within the validity of the recharge, it will be ported out straight away.@ViCustomerCare
