@rsprasad pls issue effective directions to stop spam sms and calls. It should be easily implementable. @trai and @VodafoneIN seem to be either ineffective or probably @VodafoneIN earns revenue from spam, so don’t have interest in stopping spam.

I am a @VodafoneIN customer since 2002 Maxtouch became Orange 10 days after I joined as a prepaid subscriber. After 17 years the same company is harassing me by suspending my number whenever they feel like and charging full #Bhugtaan

@ViCustomerCare I visited the Rajendra nagar sector 5 Sahibabad store today. Service was good, and my issue was resolved. But it is surprising to find only "Cash" as payment option available. How can Vi not have Card / QR code based payment mode available in company stores ?
