Yesterday I brought a brand new connection of @youbroadband, really very disappointed with the service provider. I am unable to load Google homepage in between 6.00pm to 1.00am. Nice way to fool people in the name of @VodafoneIN.

So ending my long association with @VodafoneIN purely on account really bad service ( my number being either unreachable or busy . Last week it was busy for 60 hrs straight). And the way they address the complaint is even worse. Last req to them pls clear my portout req asap.

Such a worst network @ViCustomerCare . Always have one are the other issues... And the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Without solving any issues they keep inboxing telling problems are resolved. I would recommend none to get long term recharges @ViCustomerCare
