@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@ViCustomerCare what is the easy way to reach your customer care for complaints. Calling 9092000198/198 waste of time. Never connect to service executive. IVR is misleading. For last 2days my elderly parents facing issues on internet and we are not able to reach you.

@ViCustomerCare Still denied to waive the charges. Don't go for Vi they r asking me to pay Rs. 4246 and charging false amount. I am now going to consumer court to seek help. @jagograhakjago @TRAI Help us as this is our hard earn money. Now threatening that we will not waive the charges.
