But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

But this is a genuine village-wide need, not a personal request. 📍Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 has no proper tower; homes, streets & rooms suffer weak signal. Please conduct an on-ground survey and assess tower feasibility.
