  @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

  It will be really good if I am returned the amount I paid for the recharge. It's so annoying to have such reputated company providing worst service in the market. I regret my decision to buy @ViCustomerCare kindly refund my amount as it's useless I cannot make any call. Pathetic!

  @ViCustomerCare I cannot believe your service has gone from bad to worst. I cannot make call as it doesn't even ring to number dialed 4G speed is so pathetic that I feel I am using 2G. Switched to @reliancejio never faced any problem but coming back to vodafone was a mistake

  @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to recieve any messages, my sim is not working properly recently it doesn't get any network so made a new sim of same number for 250 rs and now it is not receiving any message. Planning to #portthesim if those problem continue........

  @ViCustomerCare What kind of service vodafone is providing in hinjewadi, Pune area. We are getting E internet service . Why the hell vodafone is doing this. Why don't you shut your business and ask customer to switch to other network.
