@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare am really fed up with the customer service which Vi providing. When I spend my time twice to disconnect unused postpaid line. And thrown out the sim. How come it’s getting activated without my consent and asks me to pay the bill amount. Immediate response needed👎
