@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare I had port three VI number in JIO, because of poor connectivity. Now I have three others VI working Post-Paid connection. If there is no improvement in VI network, will definitely Port remains Three connection.

@ViCustomerCare Hello, I recharged my number recently. Why can't I send messages even after recharging. When will it be resolved. I can't even connect to customer care to resolve the issue. I will have to port if this persists.
