@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare my vi prepaid sim is not able to provide internet access in iphone hotspot but works in other handset. Also the iphone works well with other sim. 199 executive could not help. Should I opt for MNP? Kindly resolve.

@ViCustomerCare Two weeks back one of your people came home and I showed him the lack of connectivity! The problem is not my home or me! Vi is the problem! Vi towers don't have the bandwidth to handle the demand in the Chetpet/Ignore area! Solve this problem! This has been going on for 3-4 years
