@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Airtel_Presence I am facing it on most of all locations from 300km range. Although my @ViCustomerCare network is working fine in same phone 2nd slot. Why call is dropping? Why during call suddenly call is moving to other unknown number? Why during call voice is disturbing issues? Fix it @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare These people are so punctual that i entered the VI store at 10:25am, store was open and employees were there but they refused to entertain the customer just because there timing is 10:30am Great work @ViCustomerCare 👍 nice services.
