    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @Airtel_Presence I'm not sure why Airtel is not giving star sports live TV.. Seems like time to switch to other network. @Idea @VodafoneIN @JioCare

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneFdn After escalating my issue I got call from Sudha Yadav, Vodafone.she accepted the problem in their system but not able to rectify the fraud. My bill was calculated wrong.Some executives are tempting me of Rs. 100 deduction for ignoring their fraud.

    @ViCustomerCare I did what U asked there. do we have link guidelines for Voicemail Box service? Explaining how to do and manage ? Coz everytime I call your staff acts like Dumb today one of your Vi ministore says we never use it so you need to go store even main store. How bad this experience.
