But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

I use an eSIM-only iPhone, so your delay has left me completely disconnected. Taking a customer’s number and then denying access to the service is a serious failure. Fix this now.

Visited around 2 PM, but staff refused to help, saying only one employee could handle my request while they argued among themselves. Returned at 6:20 PM, the same employee was out for tea.
