    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @Airtel_Presence I'm not sure why Airtel is not giving star sports live TV.. Seems like time to switch to other network. @Idea @VodafoneIN @JioCare

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

    @ViCustomerCare I was thinking that @ViVodaidea will provide better network. So I port my number to @ViVodaidea. Now I am thinking about my wrost desicion. There is no network..Paying for 4G network and getting 2G network. No voice clearity.

    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to connect on 198 for a data issue, I got reply from 4 days all the time that our server is down yet please after 2 hours? 2 Hours or 2 Days or 2 Months??? Never complete your 2 hours in 4 days? How to solve an issue if we couldn't connect in 4 days?

    why my sim is not connecting to the tower. there are no service at all from the vi sim . i was getting the signal in the morning till.5:30am after that i don't know what happen i automatically lost the network and having the blackouot till now .@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

    @purohitjay @ViCustomerCare Record the calls and submit as a proof on DOT website for customer complaints. If you have DND, then it might further help
