    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare what the hell am I supposed to do now? I have to recharge with almost 300 for sending 1 SMS? What kind of charges are these? @TRAI is is possible that they can take back the 118 and then I recharge 128? Or I have to switch to another network. #Scam #pathetic

    Pathetic service @ViCustomerCare Had to send 1 SMS to bank. I didn't had talktime, I recharged with 50 Rs talktime. SMS didn't go as I didn't had service validity. Then recharged with 118 for service validity. Even now SMS doesn't go. They say I need recharge with 128 again

    @ViCustomerCare I called many times for migration my postpaid into prepaid & visited your store 5 to 6 times @VISTOREBYCULLA executive name Poonam Pandey contact +917304886857 but from your side I didn't received any resolution from last 3 months. 😡😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare The agent Karishma did a great job understanding the issue but alas was tied down due organisational policies & very limited access to really solve the problem. No issues with the agent but Vi continues to disappoint due to its limited scripted responses & approach to an issue.
