@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

I was using @ViCustomerCare sim card from last some months, due to some issues I was unable to pqy postpaid bill of the same. Now I paid the dues and visited Vi store to reactivate the same , executive from Vi said this number got deactivated and u will not get the same number.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vi i recently did recharge of 859 where it's written unlimited 5g but no unlimited 5g data available only 1.5gb per day , but 5g signal showing in the mobile still not unlimited data , recently I port in vi that 1month free recharge give unlimited 5g data.
