    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

    @ViCustomerCare : No resolution in call drop issues. Your customer care seems unable to comprehend my issue. My issue is call drop and your employee is asking me to clear my internet cache and browser history. How is that going to help? Left with no option but to port.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 11.47 pm night still your internet is down since early morning in my area... This is happening in regular basis not only in my area it is slow slow everywhere in entire pincode. I think we should together leave vi in coming days....
