@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare my number 9820651247 stopped working post sim upgrade from micro to nano. It’s 10 days passed, but no proper response I received from VI yet, I’m in conversation with customer care as well as vi store guy Fakar Ahmad bhilwara, but no response,it’s disappointing.
