    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

    @Jago_Bharati @Sanjay_Dixit @ViCustomerCare Exactly same problem I have been facing since 1 month. There was no connectivity and very slow internet speed. So, I switched to other operator. They called me 4-5 times to request not to port. But they didn't improve quality of network.

    @ViCustomerCare , I have a old idea sim which is now deactive, I want to restore the sim, I have visited a customer care store in Burdwan, near Tinkonia busstand (wb). The customer care operator there forced almost everone for restoring the sim you have to switched to postpaid.

    @ViCustomerCare there is a network issue in my area. Lot of call dropping, call not connecting property, other person not able to hear property. This has been the issue for more than a week now. Happening for all the Vi users in and around. @TRAI
