    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @Airtel_Presence I'm not sure why Airtel is not giving star sports live TV.. Seems like time to switch to other network. @Idea @VodafoneIN @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare Worst services ever seen. I will not recommend anyone of using VI even they provide best numbers. It's better paying high somewhere else. There is no surprise in claiming a huge losses in the previous quarter. It deserves the loses. @ViCustomerCare

    I seriously rqst @ViCustomerCare 2 take necessary action. Some1 frm ur team calls me & manipulates me to cncl my PORT request. Wat is dis cheap process u do in order 2 save ur customer? Provide better coverage & service, ur customer will not go anywhere else searching... @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for d response, bcoz of ur decision, VI is loosing many customers. As the minimal RC is increased to 128/- from 49/-. Where many customer parents are dono how to use mobile, and that's why they make 49/- to just receive calls Thanks for ur service, nd we're PORTING..!!!

    @nikhilchawla @ViCustomerCare I am using idea from 2010 but after new rules I port to bsnl last month. Rule - No outgoing messages for small recharge like I need to recharge minimum 129 for just one message for upi registration in my phone, I have 70rs balance but no outgoing message. Very bad rules by vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been repeatedly asking for a resolution, however every month I am been charged without using, and you guys are **** only calling for collection, this is why you are in loss I am with you for 10 yrs and now I am leaving thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Your Representative Charged 150 Rs to reactivate the SIM Card , and the old SIM card for no reason lost the network coverage . Your Loss now would be paid from this type of services . Also no receipt was given for the same . @TRAI #amalner #425401
