  @theparaschawda @ViCustomerCare They don’t have vowifi. It’s failure with #vi. Only few places they are providing , that too not successful. Airtel & jio are only providing true 4g and vowifi. #vi just a 4g network.

  @ViCustomerCare its over 6 months when I was able to use my mobile data for internet in Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur & Panchkula. I cannot carry a wifi everywhere I go, either I have to switch or you guys fix it.

  @ViCustomerCare after being with a Customer (Since 2004) from the time it was Hutch, there is not even one relationship manager who is assigned for me. When I contact the previous Ops Head, she left, previous rel mgr, left .. Pity no one really cares about the Customers
