    @ViCustomerCare I've 14 Vi numbers in my family & employees. Tomorrow I will port all my Vi Mobile Numbers in Airtel or Jio. So be ready to loose 14 Vi Customers. Bcoz u dnt wanna listen to customer.i m sending msg frm 7:00 A.M morning. But no reply till evening & night.

    @ViCustomerCare This number 8410112561 is closed. Incoming I am upset after recharging and calling customer care. But the people of the idea have no time. Why is the idea making a fool. to customer, Solve our Problem immediately

    @ViCustomerCare Your SIM replacement process is broken. Your process is 1. recharge for 100 2. you will deduct 50 from the balance 3. issue a new sim. Except your servers don't reflect mobile recharges for blocked sims. I tried 4 times today

    @ViCustomerCare Kindly change your tower operator of Parsapur Thanwa Mankapur Gonda U.P. PIN 271302. He always stop tower when electric power cut & network stops. We can't make any call without network, Our recharge got wasted. More then 30 villages in this areas are suffering.
