  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

  @ViCustomerCare Advertising with SRK is senseless.. when network is not stable like airtel.. i dont know how much you pay for SRK but with that money you can seriously fix atleast my area signal strength problem..

  Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.
