    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to send or receive SMS since last one week. I am in UK and my international roaming is activated. I raise a service request on 8th August but issue is not resolved yet. It’s critical for me to get SMS for multiple services. Please look into this asap

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad customer care service. I will port in other telecom now. Vi is not worth it waste of money.

    They fired almost 70% of the field staff and yet @youbroadband charges more than it used to with worse service and even worse customer care, @ViCustomerCare really shat the bed and rubbed off the wrong way here,
