    @ViCustomerCare Wifi calling not working of Vi in our area pin code 400061. Vi is the top rated cellular network company but I am highly disappointed.

    @ViCustomerCare Not yet Solve the issue . Not able to call and not able to use internet on 5G and 4G network. 24 Hours passed. Is this possible or not ?

    @ViCustomerCare As requested, I have already shared all the required details, payment proofs, screenshots, and every document you asked for through your private inbox. However, I still have not received any meaningful resolution. I have only received three calls from your team, but my issue remains unresolved. The SIM has been activated, but it has been activated with a different number. The premium/fancy number that I specifically paid for has not been provided. My phone displays the fancy number I selected, but whenever I make a call, the person receiving the call sees a completely different number. The fancy number I paid for is neither functioning correctly nor being displayed to others. I request Vi to urgently investigate this matter, provide the fancy number I paid for, or offer an appropriate resolution. I hope this issue will be resolved without any further delay.

    @ViCustomerCare I was sent a bill of 14450 but later i was told it was indeed 18980. My services were barred so i had to pay the bill even though my case was under investigation. Worst service provider who is looting the customer

    @ViCustomerCare Please take action urgently . 5G Network with 3 Bar but Internet with in 10kbps speed. Some time Network fully vanish . Even after Network serch not show any VI network.

    @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.
