  @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has a very bad service for SIM delivery. They do not deliver the SIM on time. If you call them, they say that they will get it delivered or they will get it delivered but they do not get anything done.

  @kaleemansari1 @ViCustomerCare First of all, good decision. Support the underdog. Secondly, celebrities are NOT kings or queens. They’re just doing their job. Lastly, given how he went from Airtel to Jio to Vi, it shows they go where money takes them. Not their beliefs and values. Don’t be blindfolded.

  @ViCustomerCare instead of paying huge money for promotion, try to fix your services and plan, then you don’t need big celebrities , I remember the days when #Hutch was using only a Cute Dog to promote. “Wherever you go, our network follows” but you ruined Hutch

  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
