    @VodafoneIN The Worst Telecom Network Award Goes to Vodafone 👏🏻 @TRAI Should Seek in the Network Connectivity of Vodafone. Since 8 Months I have been waiting for the network issue to be fixed by Vodafone India.

    @VodafoneIN Reply Part2 : Vodafone will analyse Ultimately Come up with answer that there is VodafoneIdea is merged so there will be Good Network support and request me to wait for few days and the network will be improved

    During the past 5 months, I have been charged additional data usage charges by Vodafone which is then reversed after numerous follow-ups as the excess data charges are done even on 50% pack usage. Such billing errors seems to be rampant with Vodafone Idea @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK

    But after one month issues same, im followed up with your team to much, after tired with followup i leave and used some other network for internet. But now I'm using Vodafone internet but issues is same. @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    The least I expect is for a senior person to call me and give me an explanation. Your call centre guys don’t have the minimum level of intellect require to comprehend the issue at hand and solve the recurring issue permanently @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN From The Tweets for @VodafoneIN it seems that most of the customers are not happy with Vodafone Services, I have a suggestion @TRAI Please Charge Vodafone India with heavy penalty and fine for not taking and resolving the network problems, despite of many complaints.

    Vodafone network has gone from Good to worse and getting more worse day by day. There was a time when @VodafoneIN network was excellent but it’s gone very bad especially after merging / take over of Idea.

    @VodafoneIN I agree that there is so much of Competition in the telecom market, and I feel You are not able to generate expected revenue that you upgrade your network system, if you cannot handle this competition, kindly shut down your company.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneIN I am been called to tell that the charges are being reversed for one month but my complaint clearly is for two months. SMS evidence of over-charge has been provided. But the larger question of why it is being repeatedly happening for 5 months is left unattended.

    @ViCustomerCare Been on vodafone postpaid for 6 years and made a port out request on 22 aug & then your customer care called me several times and asked the reason then assured me to deliver the sim at home along with conversion from postpaid to prepaid but still not delivered..

    What is dumbest thing in the of telecom history? NO SMS SERVICE, in a pack. You can have the prepaid balance but you cant send SMS until you buy Pack Offering SMS. So even if you to port you need to buy SMS pack inorder to send SMS. @ViCustomerCare #looting #VodafoneIdea
