    @VodafoneIN Purchased new no today from Vodafone Gallery, Powai, Mumbai. Assured of activation within 2 hrs. Even after 10 Hrs no activation. Helpline says, you need to visit gallery again for activation. Extremely poor service. I am travelling, can any vodafone guy help!

    @VodafoneIN my wife just got back from the UK and isn’t getting network. Complained on 198 some lady said it will take 4-5 days to resolve and cut off my call! Please help! Vodafone user for over 10 years and very disgruntled at the moment.

    @VodafoneIN Waive off my charges for amazon prime. Its was not informed me that you guys are renewing my subscription, such a ******* experience I m getting noew days from @VodafoneIN u can't renew without informing customer.

    @VodafoneIN this is really frustrated to customers that they only keep follow-up to resolve their technical issues. If your back end team unable to resolve issue it's there look out why I keep calling customer care. Better I'll do MNP @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone customer support getting worst day by day, I have raised my issue calling so many times but no call back from your support team and now my outgoing stopped by without resolving my issue. Very WORST experience.

    @ViCustomerCare My experience so far with @ViCustomerCare so far - zero coordination between phone team and twitter team. Ask millions of questions to customer so that he is frustrated and stops follow up and finally assume all customers to have two numbers …amazing indeed
