Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. Even though I have an active plan, callers are frequently told that my number is 'out of reach' or 'switched off.', even BSNL has improved its service here, yet Vi remains unreliable. Please look into this connectivity issue.
