    @ViCustomerCare As a Vodafone prepaid customer for 7 years I applied in person at Vi Store Sector 27 Chandigarh for porting my Jammu circle Idea No. to Vi Punjab. I was made to change 3 SIMs in 9 days without success. Now Vi wants me to return to Jammu to post a PORT SMS. What?

    @VodafoneIN charging me for service that I have cancelled before time. In spite of giving relevant proofs, they claim system is not working and give false assurance but nothing on ground. #pathetic #vodadone

    @ViCustomerCare Since last 6 months, despite raising multiple requests, the team and cust care simply resolves the request. Even the last time I escalated, even the vodafone team was unable to reach me due to network problems. Why are request raised? To resolve issues, or to resolve request?
