@ViCustomerCare Just received a call from vodafone and i told them to give me a brief about the billing and i told them “ki mam please thoda jaldi btaiyga” as i was bit occupied and guess what she said “madam aap itni jldi may toh mein nhi bta paugi.ab btaiye. Worst VI .

I have been charged multiple times for accecing playzone, TELESYNC GAMES which i have never accessed or downloaded.and every time Rs 7 has been deducted from my balance without my concern. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS This is the level of competence of your so called Customer Care !! A clear back end network issue, instead of being fixed, is being probed as if a years old consumer is a novice, and does not even select networks; despite sending a page long DM, explaining all.

@piyushchaudhry Sir, If your service provider is **** @ViCustomerCare the OTP or sms may never come. I have experienced this thousand times. The **** is so smelly, that their Customer Service will give you a call in the afternoon when one is taking a nap. #Vodafone @AdityaBirlaGrp #Mumbai
