    Hi @ViCustomerCare called customer care 3 times and visited mini store twice still my problem is not solved. Am having internet issue its showing sign in to network. Ported from Jio thinking Vodafone is better but i don't think so.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir again there is problem regarding internet speed. so sir I kindly request pls solve my problem as soon as possible . its is showing volte 4g with all four bar but there is not speed of internet.

    @ViCustomerCare how does one get to talk to a customer service person reg postpaid problem. The call centre just runs you thru hoops.

    @ViCustomerCare our customer no. 36955598 We paid all postpaid bill amount already given a/c number ,due to VI executive fails to proceed our bill and stop VI stop our all sim card services. Pls help

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor customer service of @ViCustomerCare every buddy doing time pass with customers issue. No one ready to listen customers problem. OG and IC block from yesterday night after successfully porting process but unable to connect 59059 for tel verification.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Are you guys literally dead or something. What the heck is happening from last 2-3 weeks? Not a single kb I'm able to use since last 4 days. Your customer support is dead. Not a single of the 198/199/121/123 is working.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I have activated full DND on my number and yet I am receiving promotional messages. Tried reporting those via VI mobile app, but that never gets through. And half of these messages are from Vodafone-Idea.

    I'm using 2 VI sims at a time in my Asus Max Pro M1. My device supports 2 4g Volte at a time. My one sim supporting Volte but another sim can't. I mailed them & they are saying my device is not supported by VI volte. What kind of problem is this?! @ViCustomerCare
