    3/3 @ViCustomerCare what kind of customer service is this? What kind of attitude is this? Then your customer agen is saying bring your adhar card and photo that might be the thing because of which your card might have not been activated.

    @ViCustomerCare 15 days, More than 360 hours, many assurances and no resolution. What crap processes and teams are you running on VI. Customer care for you is ZERO. Most pathetic experience I have ever had with any organization.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I am with Vodafone for past 15 years. Presently I am in Canada and using international roaming since 2yrs. Suddenly I have no network coverage. I ordered new sim and got it personally however the same is also not working. Can someone help

    I've tried to login to the VI app very often but I didn't succeed in it.Whenever I try to login I do not receive any OTP on my phone Now there is no point in even compiling bcs it is postponed by giving a technical answer.I would love to give you a below 0 rating. @ViCustomerCare
