    @ViCustomerCare Your DM is nothing but fake assurance, nothing has changed on ground.the network issue remains same. We pay & get no service. You guys get salaries to give false assurances.

    Hi Azimuddin! Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I do understand your concern. We have registered your network compliant with Ref. No. MUM-V00946439747 which is in progress. The expected resolution date is 13 Jun '22 at 10:13 AM. But it's 17 jun'22 prob not slve @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare my friend lost his sim. From past 11years he is using it. He bought it at road side. At that time. From past 11 years he is using it. Now he lost the sim. The name of the sim some other name. What is the process to get that sim. Kindly help. 🙏🏻
