It’s such a torturous experience to find a mobile centre in Gurgaon. All centres that one sees on the internet for VI/ Vodafone are closed. My VI sim has stopped working and am not getting any line of sight of how to get this sorted. How can you help? @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I have been facing problems with #Vodafone #Network a lot for the last couple of days at my place. While the call is on, I can hear the other person but the person at the other end doesn't get to hear me.

Today I have exchange a old idea sim to new vi sim (5:20p.m). Employee said your sim will work in 2 hrs . Still now no updates on sin no signal nothing is working due to this unable to use Paytm etc all accounts. Very bad behaviour VI @ViCustomerCare)

@ViCustomerCare I am not happy with ther service of Vodafone, my balance was dedusted yesterday by some VAS , I tried to call customer care ..they are saying it cannot be reverted back. This happened twice in the same month cheated by the fake service activation
