    @ViCustomerCare Hi having a very bad experience with Vi customer support, first I was committed to getting Sony Liv, Zee 5 & Amazon subscription with a 499 plan. Then you support said Sony Liv is not available, I did not complain and now you're charging me for Amazon Prime subscription.

    @ShreekarPai @ViCustomerCare Bro port to Airtel na. How can online customer care so irresponsibly say we dont have details- "Visit Vi Store". During Covid times, its risky to go to store. And they are asking to go to store. If this continues, Vi will lose all its customer base.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN Day 20!!! The issue is not resolved and surprisingly showing closed in VI app. @TRAI please intervene. See how VI is not resolving the issue and charge monthly bills. This is loot.

    @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Vi is unable to provide VoWiFi as an alternative even though my handset is compatible, regretting to port in to Vi network.
