My Covid infection destroyed my loyalty for @ViCustomerCare . Was not able to talk to even my family during my quarantine times thanks to messy VI network. Vodafone made things only worse for me during my quarantine days.

@ViCustomerCare I've inserted my 4g sim with sufficient data balance in 3g enabled modem ( dongle) but only getting 2g internet. Why such problem?please tell me the methods by which I can get 3g internet by 3g/4g vi sim on modem ( dongle)
