  @ViCustomerCare ur customer services are worst than any other public sector bank.... Third class services. Even in lockdown we are asked to travel(pune to mumbai) as the circle is different. by ur executives.

  @ViCustomerCare how many days fo I need to wait for the solution, the network is so poor and you guys charges hefty monthly charges for the service . You guys dont even provide wifi calling. The network is terrible. In you're VI store itseld the signal strength is 101Db

  @ViCustomerCare Very poor Customer Support at 199. Just cannot speak to the rep on IVR to lodge complaint about DND not working. Have already complained many times on Vi App. No result. Vi is deliberately allowing Spam because it earns money even if customers are disturbed.
