ⓛⓞⓢⓣⓟⓔⓡⓢⓞⓝ (@_princesharma_0) reported@ViCustomerCare Stop sending 5G marketing SMS. My phone is on 5G Auto — sometimes speed is 5G, sometimes it drops to 4G. Network is unstable and indoor coverage is poor. Don’t claim “strong 5G.” Fix it first. If this continues, I will port out after July first week.

Vi resolve the issue immediately and don’t call without go through the previous chat. I’m fed up of explaining the issue again and again. Resolve it or let me port.

But for important things like incoming calls nd OTPs will be stopped, there was no proper information. And which operator stops all incoming calls and SMS within just 2 days? Never heard of this before.
