    @ViCustomerCare I know the my nearest store but they said "you must visit our regional office there only you get solution". But regional office is nearly 100km away from my place. In this digital world your company is running in stone age period policy.

    Switching from Vi to Airtel but even after repetitive requests (20th Apr onwards)for MNP code , didn't received the same yet . @airtelindia & @ViCustomerCare please advice accordingly. @airtelindia suggest alternate solution .

    @ViCustomerCare After long 15 hours you network just came in my area... Now going to port out finally all my 6 vi no. @JioCare @airtelindia who will give me better offers at the time of switching to your network I will join them. Bye bye vi.... Pathetic service sa mukti finally

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday from 4pm there is no network in my area.pincode-787059. It's being more than 15 hours there is completely no network. What ******** is going on... As soon as network comes I will port out ... Everyone should leave vi... Such a pathetic service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare No response yet. @rmstakkar Could you pls take action against your team for no resolution? As promised by Agent Kumar Swami, he assured me that I'll call you and provide you the amount of 150rs but no resolution yet and the issue is pending since long time as your team is worst
