    @sundar_s1955 @ViCustomerCare Sir, I had similar experience and Vodafone management was interested in resolving the issue, though I was the customer for longest period.

    @ViCustomerCare Your services and facilities are generally excellent. However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.
