Dear @ViCustomerCare Your network is pathetic to say the least. One has to literally try all the places around one's home to see where one can find a tiny bit of coverage. Customers never anticipated such pathetic service when you two merged. #pathetic

@ShieldVoC Do help me with the issue with @ViCustomerCare Very poor management and service. Unsatisfactory customer care response and the issue still persists. I just had my sim converted from post to pre but since 2 days no FRC could be initiated on it and I got no sol till day.
