@_swanand @ViCustomerCare International roaming is pathetic with vodafone. They will just disconnects the service WITH OUT ANY NOTICE. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY CALL, CANNOT!! Then they ask you to pay some amount they feel like. Just like prepaid connection. Can't even port while overseas #TRAPPED

@TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Even I am switching after 10 years due to poor coverage everywhere. Customer service is worst, no resolution in last 2 years, they closed all the complaints by themselves only stating remote location. CS checks on how I am, not about their services
