  @ViCustomerCare Please, you are requested to solve this problem immediately. The way people porting your SIM in Tehsil Baheri, District Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh are charging money in a forced manner, this is not right at all.

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  I had ported my Airtel sim to vi @ViCustomerCare i paid 854 online on their website but no one visited and delivered sim 48 hours passed , I contacted customer care 3+ times everytime they say 30 minutes but no call nothing happen no status update vi scammed me 854

  @ViCustomerCare Vi is just proving again that a lot of unworthy people are sitting to contact customer and waste their time. Who in the world is training then? I suppose Ai does the job better than this. No wonder..
