@VodafoneIN wasted whole day if can't provide service why take cust for a ride ordered new sim card was supposed to be delivered today but no phone ,no agent came to deliver have doubt if choosing Vodafone was right or wrong this is just the beginning.

@ViCustomerCare NO CALL NO MESSAGE NO VISIT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT STILL I RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE ... PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS Network complaint with reference no. GUJ-V00476156681 was a temporary issue which is successfully resolved by our team of dedicated Vi engineers.

@ViCustomerCare I only know that FRC could not be done. Don't know the issue but had tried all the plans with every option available to recharge out there. Vi has just disgruntled me. Cannot figure out who is gonna pay for all the losses. #poorcustomerservice #vodafoneidea.

@ViCustomerCare Currently I am in Bihar and my sim is on roaming. I am neither getting internet speed nor my volte is working. All this issue is happening despite there is a VI tower around 200 meters away from my house😑😑. Please help
