    @ViCustomerCare - Hello. Good morning to all. Is there anyone, anyone in VI who can resolve? No one seems to understand. Matters are getting from worse to worst. Never new Vodafone could go so bad. Been with for years and did not want to leave. Seem to have no options. Sorry.

    Don't know what's wrong with @ViCustomerCare!! Since morning everyone using VI has data problem on their devices.This is much more irritating 😤what's the use they charge us so much and & give such hopeless services from their side.Definitely going for another operator now.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Inspite of repeated request to cancel my VAS you didn't do it for 6 months Now you again charged me for your errors. Please give me one reason why I should not do MNP Neither good network Nor decent service Why should anyone continue your postpaid

    @VodafoneIN No resolution provided since 26 hours of my complaint. Is anyone listening at customer care seriously or just forwarding formal message of noting the complaints. I request action against responsible persons for harassment & compensation for loss of time complaining several times

    @VodafoneIN what a pity, in digital era your company engineers are not able to activate a replaced NEW SIMCARD since 16th March, 2020 . SIMCARD was issued by you but your systems are so poor that they can't activate it. Only assurances i get but no resolution.

    @VodafoneIN wasted whole day if can't provide service why take cust for a ride ordered new sim card was supposed to be delivered today but no phone ,no agent came to deliver have doubt if choosing Vodafone was right or wrong this is just the beginning.

    Can anybody tell me, which agency delivers Vi home delivery SIM. I'm waiting for three days, but no-one calls or tries to connect with me. This is very frustrating. @ViCustomerCare also unable to help. Feeling helpless. Already paid the first recharge amount online.

    @ViCustomerCare Urgent issue regarding my number 9990282014. Despite multiple requests, my father was informed at the Vi Store that the number may have been allotted to someone else without notifying me. This number is linked to my banking & important personal accounts.

    @ViCustomerCare Also, please tell me: where is the nearest store in Dumka? Even the retailer couldn't provide this information; he claims that the entire network in Dumka was down.
