    @deathmach1ne @VodafoneIN Haha bro these guys are good for nothing. Poorest network in Bombay. Someone from their office will call you, give an apology and tell they are working to fix new towers blah blah blah.. and that's it. Problem solved.

    @VodafoneIN As per rwcent communication the problem which I am facing is to be extended till another 8 days @VodafoneIN will resolve the same which is been not rectified in last 3 months

    @VodafoneIN what a pity, in digital era your company engineers are not able to activate a replaced NEW SIMCARD since 16th March, 2020 . SIMCARD was issued by you but your systems are so poor that they can't activate it. Only assurances i get but no resolution.

    @DoT_India @TRAI Please look into the severe network issue faced by @ViCustomerCare VI customers, they are only charging bill every month but no services for it. They only give fake assurance of upgrading network but never under customer pain.

    @VodafoneIN One of your executive called me and asked me to Port out from Airtel. He gives me a plan worth Rs 299 fixed bill and promise me to have Amazon Prime with it. I did MNP from @airtelindia to vodafone but I didn't find any such offer for my number. Please help me out.

    @ViCustomerCare - Hello. Good morning to all. Is there anyone, anyone in VI who can resolve? No one seems to understand. Matters are getting from worse to worst. Never new Vodafone could go so bad. Been with for years and did not want to leave. Seem to have no options. Sorry.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare - I bought a 3799 roaming pack for USA; got mobile data for first 2 days in the US (Jul 1-2), but not since then. Multiple calls to customer care haven't helped; in fact three times your rep has hung up on the call. Very disappointing. Please make this work.

    @ViCustomerCare this time I will take you to the consumer court for your pathetic service. I wanted to port out and you all are doing it intentionally to stop me from porting out . I called 198 and Mr subhojit roy simply refused to take my complaint and disconnected the line

    @ViBusinessIndia Dear @ViCustomerCare, despite repeated follow-ups, I'm still being billed incorrectly for international roaming that was activated only to receive OTPs. Correct the bill immediately or I'll escalate this to consumer and telecom regulators for harassment and deficient service.

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic services u guys r providing. Requested for e sim on your app and got confirmation also but didn’t received QR n my physical sim is also not working now. Customer care is asking for lost list of documents. Poor network n poor services.
