    @airtelindia My sim stopped working on 26/8/21. Applied for a new sim card which got rejected for reasons not know. Customer care says to connect with airtel store & vice versa. No call back as promised. Ultimately no resolution @ViCustomerCare Pls connect as I want to port!!

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my Airtel no 8294608488 to Vi. But unfortunately I can't use internet in my location because here Vi 4g network comes for very short period in a day, it always shows 3g network.

    @ViCustomerCare So today I did what i don't do a lot - I called the other customer. Turns out that, not only do we share a name, we speak the same language too. He says he gave you a different email. And he says he has been trying unsuccessfully to reach your cust. srvc number.
