    @ViCustomerCare Vi reps visited me a hour ago and they tested the network speed and said it's ok, but those reps were a bit confused because the speed was around a couple of megabits per second but the true 4g is far beyond that speed, disappointed.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, It's my bad I ported my sim to your network! The expected delivery was showing the next day and now I haven't received the sim but also I have paid your service while booking the sim through application:( Sad thing is none of customer care no works!!!!

    @PinkCityLover @ViCustomerCare Continue 140+ ping bgmi 😑🤬 1 year complete but still not solved issue, with jio network 30-40 ping 🖕 this middle finger is only made for companies like Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Madam Priyanka do you understand Tamil??? #vi is not south indian network, most of you CC executives are speaking or giving reply in English or in hindi. Of course you would have used Google translate. Your network, only story telling.... Nothing else.
