For Eg while recharging my cash detected twice i made a complaint later there was no response after regular followup every day cash returned Airtel C.C is decent No issues W Singal/4G is excellent

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I applied 4 port out 4m @airtelindia on last 18apr. got a call 4m idea-voda executive with good offer & saying as I have postpaid so wl b ported in 6-7 hrs. Bt it got ported today. Nw am out f my home netwrk I can’t verify. am stuck pls help @TRAI @TOIGurgaon

    @VodafoneIN the worst ever network service iam in now. The last 1 and half month, really begging to vodafone to restore my prime subscription. No response at all. This is one of the reason why Jio is Standing in No. 1 position. Try to understand from the custmr view also

    @VodafoneIN I don’t expect to resolve the issue because already 3 months gone from June 10. At least tweet and accept you’re incapable of providing voice service in a Metro city. That would really pacify me. Thanks

    @Krishna1974 @VodafoneIN KK this is a problem I am having with Vodafone in Porur for the last several months. At last in the last 10 days one of their engineers came and told me my complaint is genuine, and that their main office will call me. That’s all my problem continues.

    @VodafoneIN Call to numbers of other network are not going through in the first attempt, it says we are dialing a wrong nimber. The issue has been present for the last 3 days

    @VodafoneIN I am highly disappointed with your services lately. Whenever I am on a call there is a bad reception and break in voice . Most of the conversation is lost because of this and it is highly irritating. Please look into the matter.

    @ViCustomerCare I have 2 VI number, but because of bad network I am not able to call and also not able to use Internet. When I raised complaint, customer care just close the complaint without resolving. I think now it's time to change service providers

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I recharged with a ₹145 data pack, but you blocked it and hid it from my app dashboard because my validity expired. I have officially filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (Docket Number: 9522931). Unlock my data or refund my money immediately!

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I have been experiencing mobile network issues for the last 25–30 minutes. The network is either not working properly or showing "No Registration." I checked with a few of my colleagues, and they are facing the same issue as well. Could you please look.
