@ViCustomerCare it's very unfortunate to see VI is cheating their customer. Past 1 year my VI bill was around 550 only. And on 13th I have given the opt out Request to VI and the final bill that's from 15th April - 14th May shows as 1250 which is ever highest. I'm take it to TRAI

For probably the 100th time, I paid @VodafoneIN whatever they'd billed me for the month. The rental is now higher, network is substandard. So basically I just threw my money at a few incompetent and useless people for free. In Tamil, we call those, தண்டசோரு #DhandaSoru

2/2 @TRAI to pay Rs 500 approx which I paid amd asked them to terminate the phone number, they sent me a demand letter again in Feb and the same issue happened now in October they have sent me a demand letter again @VodafoneIN I am tired of this.

@ViCustomerCare Please stop making excuses. And do something, I'm using Vodafone since 2015. But back in 4 days, your network becomes horrible as 2011's as 2G. My prepaid plan of unlimited calls for 84 days and 4GB data per day is wasting.
