    @VodafoneIN 1 hr before one CC executive cld me and asked me about D issue. After explaining D issue I told him that I am willing to pay D amount minus delay payment & other extra charges4 which he said he is taking a request 2wave off. Whe I chat with ur team they gave a different story.

    @VodafoneIN I contacted vodafone customer care executive she told that, i cant able to use the prime becase it is possible to reactivate again. Iam a user of red plan for the last 3+ years and using the same number more than 4 + years in kerala circle

    Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

    @VodafoneIN I am in unlimited plan now and still when I call to other numbers it is saying I don’t have sufficient balance to make a call... I am regretting for changing network from @JioCare to @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I was your proud customer when i was in kerala circle. I had amazone prime subsription. After switching to tamilnadu circle, even i cant able to use the amazone prime, because old all packs are de activated. I requsted for the help

    @Krishna1974 @VodafoneIN KK this is a problem I am having with Vodafone in Porur for the last several months. At last in the last 10 days one of their engineers came and told me my complaint is genuine, and that their main office will call me. That’s all my problem continues.

    @VodafoneIN the worst ever network service iam in now. The last 1 and half month, really begging to vodafone to restore my prime subscription. No response at all. This is one of the reason why Jio is Standing in No. 1 position. Try to understand from the custmr view also

    @VodafoneIN @Krishna1974 More than 6 months hv passed and you are still resolving issues. I hv resigned to this situation as any change may mean jumping from frying pan to fire. Problem I see is your infrastructure does not keep pace with the clients being added.

    @ViCustomerCare My grandfather's sim got damaged and I went to VI Service centre located near Maxus Mall, Bhayander West, Thane. The guy took pictures of my grandfather and his aadhar card 2 times and said there is a problem with the mismatch of the document after 15 minutes.

    @airtelindia it was a mistake to port to airtel. Cannot port to another network bcoz it hasn’t been 90 days yet. The day i finish 90 days moving back to @ViCustomerCare . Airtel is the worst network ever.
