    @VodafoneIN I am highly disappointed with your services lately. Whenever I am on a call there is a bad reception and break in voice . Most of the conversation is lost because of this and it is highly irritating. Please look into the matter.

    @VodafoneIN That’s the next issue. There was no SMS communication about this pack activation and balance deduction in the first place. And there is no way I can see all past deductions through ur iOS app. I got to know through your customer care rep.

    @ViCustomerCare I am very much unsatisfied your service. Half of the time there is slow internet flow and sometimes it shows that I am offline while keeping my data on. Many times 4g suddenly stops and I get 2g net speed. Improve your services!

    @ViCustomerCare recently I have port my number from airtel. Everything from my end I have completed. However, within a month, 4th time my number was suspended due to physical verification. Physical verification made yesterday. Till now my number is suspended. Horrible exp. Help.
