    Hey @ViCustomerCare, how about connecting my call directly instead of telling me about new plans on every call I make, while I already have an active Pack? Corona tune is not enough that you have to add to the problem? Besides if I have to recharge, I can find the pack myself.

    @ViCustomerCare How much time you need to update your system? can't get solution from center while not in remote location to visit store. Is this your service after using 10 years.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, its been 10 days I have escalated an issue related to my bill. Its not yet sorted out, not even getting proper response for my complaint. Poor customer service Better to port out to other network.

    Why don't you remove all recharge plans and give us single plan like a landline. In previous days we keep landline and we pay same amount for that on monthly basis. No changes and no problem with that. @ViCustomerCare

    But there we are getting this kind of **** services those have already noticed by you and you don't bother and no actions were taken against retailers. Then what about customers? Every single month you guys change the plans, features and etc. @ViCustomerCare
