    @ViCustomerCare i have been using vi from longtime , but from somedays its internet speed get **** and even dnt get any tower connection , i have rs 666 pack for 3 month , slove my problem either i have to shift to another operator ...

    @ViCustomerCare after following up with you for last 12 days my SMS problem is still there, as a result I am not paying you the current bill and will not pay future bills as well untill this problem is resolved so do not try to put penalty on my outstanding amount. Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare My sincere thanks to Ms.Priyanka Singh who only not understood my problem but gone beyond extent to resolve the issue Vodafone should have more of such employees as compared to the Staff sitting at stores not only are having negative attitude towards customers but rude too.

    @ViCustomerCare From past six month i am getting such bulshit resolution but actuality is different. I am not going to entertain you guys on DM. @ViCustomerCare users should know the actual Vodafone/idea service. Even @TRAI is also not interfere in this customer concern. Shameful for you 😡😡
