    @ViCustomerCare i Have reverted in DM. However nobody has contacted me. This seems to be the regular modus operandi of Vi Team. The customer gets so frustrated that in the end he shifts out to a different network due to sheer negligence as is the case here.

    Strange thing is happening. My VI SIM stopped sending/receiving sms ! CUSTOMER care says - everything is FINE ! Are you forcing me to PORT? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare kindly check the VAS on my account. I did not active any services still I can see deduction from account. I have shared the mobile number via DM. Please cancel the services and initiate refund asap.
