    @ViCustomerCare Now 15 days complete to barred my outgoing service...i don't know where i have to go for this serious issue...Vi company is totally fraud...most worst... most below very third class...there is top management to listen your complaint.

    @ssjsid @ViCustomerCare I Suggest you think in taking Network wisely Brother, JIO will be Good service only while onboarding, Later for any issues in Network or their Wonderful JioFiber issues, their lame BOT responses are horrible!!!!!

    @ViCustomerCare My Pune Vi no activated in 2016 is disabled without giving me prior information. As per customer care in Thane, reason was 5 yrs old SIM card & I have to convert my no to postpaid if I want to active the same no since it is of Pune circle. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I hv raised my complaint to VI customer care but they don't give me any Assurance when this problem will get resolved. They R simply saying tht they R working with this and shall be solved soon. But not mentioned the time line. Customer service is very poor.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am facing so much problems with the network. I am not able to execute my regular job due to this network issue. Service of VI has been getting poor and poor day by day.

    @ViCustomerCare Just check3d the network speed at the said place and believe me it is worst as before .All done . Thank you . You cheated me on the phone call saying that maximum optimization has been done!!
