    @ViCustomerCare from last one month in our location the 2G network is fluctuating hardly two to three minutes network will be there other time no network. State Assam Dist Karimganj Bhanga Bazar pin 788701. Solve it as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare poor Customer service. Balance deductions happens automatically and your agents blame I did it. Very unprofessional Customer agents answering calls.

    @ViCustomerCare 3rd class 198 service. Unable to reach you. After giving input your system generated voice call say, I am not sharing right input. It happened again and again. Poor Network and also 3 rd class co-operation. On 20 September, 22 my number will be ported.Disgusting

    @ViCustomerCare You people are looting the rural people money by debiting the charges for caller tune simply rubbish for a reputed company like you. Shame on you for looting the poor people money. Please don't do that if anything happens further you'll be coming to court for consumer frauds.

    such a pathetic experience of Network connectivity provided by vodafone. While India is entering in 5G network era and Vodafone is even unable to provide 2G network in my vicinity @ViCustomerCare @GoI_MeitY

    @ViCustomerCare I've already mailed all the details to customer care and I got this irresponsible and unhelpful reply from them. Tried calling Vi many times but unable to reach any agent....just advertisements are broadcast the whole time while waiting. #terribleVIcustomerservice.

    @VodafoneIN I go to a #vodafoneidea store, get a #postpaid no. with a pvt. univ.-provided letter stating my address. They treat the doc valid. After 4 yes, I go to the same store to update my address with pvt. univ.-provided letter. Now they say it is invalid! Plz explain why?

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I am you ex-employee of VOIS.I have Coorporate connection with Vi Maharashtra circle but as I left VOIS I want this number to port from Coorporate to personal number in kerala circle but there is no help at your centre in Ernakulam……………………
