  @ViCustomerCare Enough this is my last recharge to vi my plan expiring soon in 1st week of July after that I am porting this no to jio as it is far better than your network as my concern related to speeds never got solved as many times I've complained i tell everyone not use this

  @ViCustomerCare pathetic service. I have activated my internal roaming pack of Rs995 but it is not working. Talking to customer care and they have put my call on old and ended my call in between. no way to treat your customers like this. please respond

  @ViCustomerCare bought a postpaid number and service of the number suspended as soon as i reach Srinagar. Whats the point of buying this number when VI betrayed when i needed the most? Don’t know what to do .. someone start my connection else i am not paying **** to you guys.

  @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 It has been over 2mths I have port postpaid to prepaid,ever since then i'm annoyed with the service. no. is not working since 2mths,evrytym nearest store jst give replacement of SIM and den it shows active and with no network. Rq. no.MNG-V00496333702

  @ViCustomerCare you have the most pathetic network I have ever seen, I lived in a city and I face this kind of speed, your customer executive only give me false hope that they will rectify the Issue ASAP but as usual, in 2021 my network came down to 2G, as if we r still in 2008
