    @ViCustomerCare vi network and 4G internet speed is very slow in our area. This problem is from long time I have filed complaint many times but there is no improvement I am very unhappy with your service.

    @ViCustomerCare Please invest in your VI app. Login OTP never arrived in last 2 months . Neither on app nor on web. Your app cant even send an OTP . Please develop a proper app instead of this ****.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been your loyal customer for 20 years. Your customer care and network have deteriorated drastically. Even after multiple escalations my issue hasn't resolved even after 15 days. I will port out all my numbers if I don't get any resolution within 5 days. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare I'm complaining from last 2 months about internet speed, no response they only held a date and say before that day your problem will be resolved (A FALSE SERVICE AND DATE)
