    @ViCustomerCare Ya sure I definitely would like to give a try! Arrogant @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia don’t deserve genuine customers who pays! All they want is money while giving no good service. They even aren’t responding to my request for activating FastLane on my number, why to stay then?

    @ViCustomerCare This is a serious issue. I’m suddenly unable to receive important SMS/OTPs in the UK due to a Vi International Roaming policy change that apparently went live on 20 Aug. How can customers be expected to recharge when even banking OTPs and other critical SMS

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Just got a call from VadaPaav Idea team. They told that my complaint has been closed because thr team planned something for the sit with no deadline of execution. So they have closed the complaint as per thr comfort and not as per client satisfaction. I haven't got any resolution

    It's so pathetic that @ViCustomerCare doesn't work at all. All the time slow speed, internet doesn't work, no network coverage... Wat it always play dead? So irritating & disturbin!

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve shared my details with you twice via DM, but still haven’t received any response. Are you guys seriously fooling customers? This is extremely frustrating . If this can’t be resolved, please help me switch my SIM back to my previous operator @TRAI
