It’s been around 11-12 years still @ViCustomerCare vodafone network in my hometown location is still poor, indoor zero network outdoor 3/4 bars. @reliancejio launched just few years back and has 4/4 signals out and in but #vodafone or now #vi is lagging. 12 years is enough.

@ViCustomerCare ive raised complain regarding internet speed on 24th march. And yesterday rcvd call from call center and lady saod me that in your area usage is high so network speed is slow. This is the solutions of my complain? And it is very funny that vi closed my cmpln.

@ViCustomerCare DONT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY WITH SUCH A STUPID OPERATOR LIKE VI. THEY DO FALSE PROMISE. NEITHER CALL QUALITY NOR INTERNET SPEED NOTHING IS GUD. I WONDER *** THEY CLAIM OOKLA RATE THEM BEST IN TERMS OF SPEED.
