    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare Have checked. You mean the issue regarding network coverage has been resolved?? But I did not get any improvement. Not able to call, not able to use mobile data at my location. There is no signals or sometimes 1 bar. Is this your resolution?

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 5 days now(no internet), not even a single response on the complaint. It's just 35 days left, you are going to regret this one. I have never seen incompetence on such level & such next level stupidity even from a nodal officer.
