    @ViCustomerCare Vi mobile network down in my area since afternoon. Cant make calls. Unable to use mobile data. Cant reach customer care either. App is also not working. Fix this otherwise we may have to port.

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my SIM from Airtel to Vodafone Idea. There was good network for a day or two and now the network is always bad. And this so so so frustrating

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I am extremely disappointed with the delay in my Tele-verification process. Despite multiple attempts, the verification is not going through, and I am unable to use my services. Please look into this urgently and resolve the issue. #Vi #CustomerService
